报道了一种基于微加工金电极的细胞电穿孔芯片及一套完整的细胞电穿孔系统。该系统能够在多种细胞系中实现高效细胞电穿孔(对典型HEK-293A(人胚胎肾细胞)细胞的穿孔效率高于90%,3T3-L1(小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞)的电穿孔效率高达80%)。并且具有手动模式和自动模式。同时,由于基于独特的电极设计,其所需电压也远低于现有设备(典型工作电压为60 V),成本更低,操作更安全。  相似文献

针对现有细胞电融合仪的不足,研究开发了一种基于微系统技术的高效自动细胞电融合仪。该仪器将MEMS工艺加工的电融合芯片与电融合信号发生器集成为一体,通过精确的结构设计和信号产生来控制细胞的位置。由于芯片的结构特点,使融合控制电极间距减小,从而降低了对融合电压的要求。融合装置可选用多种不同尺寸规格的电极,而且,细胞融合进程可以直接进行显微观察和操作。融合实验表明:该装置可以提高细胞融合效率,融合率达到40%。  相似文献

基于针-网放电结构,设计了一种新型的辉光放电装置,并研究了放电针数量、针间距、放电间距和载气流速等因素对放电稳定性、起辉电压、放电功率及放电能量密度的影响.实验表明:载气流可带走放电产生的不均匀热量,使得放电更加稳定;电极间距越小,起辉电压越低,越容易向火花放电过渡;针间距越大,单针的放电功率也越大.放电能量密度不仅受针间距的影响,还受到放电针数量的影响.  相似文献

由于环境的非结构化,视觉引导和视觉伺服技术是实现细胞自动注射的重要途径.其中细胞位置和姿态的识别是该技术应用中的重要环节.针对卵细胞浆内精子注射(ICSI)的操作,提出了一种显微镜下细胞位姿的计算方法.首先根据二值图像的区域几何特征,检测出细胞区域,确定细胞的中心位置,然后依据倒置式光学显微镜的成像特点,通过图像中细胞膜区域的定向区域灰度特征,判断细胞的俯仰角是否为零.对俯仰角不为零的情况,通过Hough圆检测识别出细胞膜内轮廓包围的区域中的极体,最后通过空间几何关系计算出细胞的姿态角.实验结果表明,该方法能有效地计算出ICSI过程中细胞位姿调整阶段中的细胞位置和姿态信息.  相似文献

利用化学显微技术和生物电镜技术,系统地研究了小麦秆锈菌在感病寄主上发育过程的组织学及超微结构特征。结果表明:小麦秆锈菌的发育过程可分为几个明显的阶段:孢子萌发和芽管形成,附着胞的形成和气孔下囊的分化,初生侵染菌丝和次生侵染菌丝的形成和生长,吸器母细胞和吸器的形成,夏孢子床和夏孢子堆的产生。小麦秆锈菌菌丝沿着细胞壁生长和蔓延.菌丝顶端细胞原生质稠密,代谢旺盛;吸器母细胞形成在细胞壁周围,吸器产生在细胞里面,呈指状,吸器外同和细胞膜区域有吸器外问质的存在。小麦秆锈菌发育早期,小麦细胞一直保持正常;而在发育后期,小麦细胞发生了质壁分离,叶绿体片层受到破坏。  相似文献

我厂煤制氢装置蒸汽与煤气的流量比值调节是整个制氢装置中的一个重要控制参数.长期以来,一直是手动控制,操作人员楼上楼下跑上跑下,有时一个班要跑几十次、劳动强度较大.由于人工控制,滞后较大,汽气比忽高忽低,系统难以控制稳定.若汽气比高即蒸汽量大,浪费能源,缩短催化剂寿命,生产成本增加;如汽气比低即蒸汽量小,则使催化反应不完全,变换炉出口一氧化碳增加,造成不合格产品.由于对汽气比的要求很高,对该系统进行自动控制势在必行.  相似文献

为了实现自然条件下降雨强度的全范围的模拟,基于单个喷头的测试结果,将单喷头试验得到的水量分布数据作为一个多维向量,建立了多喷头在正方形布置时的仿真模型,得到不同间距条件下的均匀度系数和降雨量等值线图,分析确定最佳间距.并在此最佳间距下进行了实测试验,对4个喷头组合时降雨发生装置产生降雨环境进行均匀性和稳定性分析.结果表明:在目前的降雨发生装置产生的降雨环境中,可以在稳定时间之后,在东、西、南、北四个位置布置翻斗式雨量计进行大降雨强度测试.  相似文献

描述了生物细胞的电模型。细胞内生物电效应的实验观察包括细胞颗粒的破裂而又不能使细胞膜受到永久性伤害,细胞内游离钙值的突然升高和基因表现的增强。在较高场强时,亚微秒脉冲的作用是感应生物细胞凋亡(编程细胞死亡)和抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。细胞内电效应的应用包括增强基因向细胞核的释放,肿瘤医疗诊断和控制细胞功能(如生物细胞“冻结”,但不一定死亡)。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献
