This paper investigates the distributed tracking control problems for a group of networked mechanical systems. We describe three scenarios that motivate these problems. Firstly, under the conditions that the desired time‐varying trajectory is available to a portion of the networked mechanical systems and that the available signals from the neighboring mechanical systems include the position and velocity information, a distributed tracking control strategy is proposed. Next, we remove the requirement for the neighboring mechanical system's velocity information and propose a control method so that the coupling signals among the networked mechanical systems can be only position information. In the third scenario, we assume that only positions are measured for each mechanical system. Distributed nonlinear observers are proposed to estimate the local mechanical system's velocity and acceleration. Based on the estimated states, the distributed controllers are designed to achieve the tracking control. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed control laws. 相似文献

This paper presents a cyclic-small-gain approach to distributed control of nonlinear multi-agent systems for output agreement. Through a novel nonlinear control law design, the output agreement problem is transformed into a stabilization problem, and the closed-loop multi-agent system is transformed into a large-scale system composed of input-to-state stability (ISS) subsystems which are interconnected with each other through redefined outputs. By forcing the redefined outputs to go to arbitrarily small neighborhoods of the origin, practical consensus is achieved for the agents in the sense that their outputs ultimately converge to each other within an arbitrarily small region. A recently developed cyclic-small-gain result is adopted to assign appropriately the ISS gains to the transformed interconnected system. Moreover, if the system is disturbancefree, then consensus can be guaranteed. Interestingly, the closedloop multi-agent system is also robust to bounded time-delays and disturbances in information exchange. 相似文献

For large-scale networked plant-wide systems composed by physically (or geographically) divided subsystems, only limited information is available for local controllers on account of region and communication restrictions. Concerning the optimal control problem of such subsystems, a neighbor-based distributed model predictive control (NDMPC) strategy is presented to improve the global system performance. In this scheme, the performance index of local subsystems and that of its neighbors are minimized together in the determination of the optimal control input, which makes the local control decision also beneficial to its neighboring subsystems and further contributes to improving the convergence and control performance of overall system. The stability of the closed-loop system is proved. Moreover, the parameter designing method for distributed synthesis is provided. Finally, the simulation results illustrate the main characteristics and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 相似文献

In this paper,a resilient distributed control scheme against replay attacks for multi-agent networked systems subject to input and state constraints is proposed.The methodological starting point relies on a smart use of predictive arguments with a twofold aim:1)Promptly detect malicious agent behaviors affecting normal system operations;2)Apply specific control actions,based on predictive ideas,for mitigating as much as possible undesirable domino effects resulting from adversary operations.Specifically,the multi-agent system is topologically described by a leader-follower digraph characterized by a unique leader and set-theoretic receding horizon control ideas are exploited to develop a distributed algorithm capable to instantaneously recognize the attacked agent.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out to show benefits and effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献

Fragmentation of base relations in distributed database management systems increases the level of concurrency and therefore
system throughput for query processing. Algorithms for horizontal and vertical fragmentation of relations in relational, object-oriented
and deductive databases exist; however, hybrid fragmentation techniques based on variable bindings appearing in user queries
and query-access-rule dependency are lacking for deductive database systems. In this paper, we propose a hybrid fragmentation
approach for distributed deductive database systems. Our approach first considers the horizontal partition of base relations
according to the bindings imposed on user queries, and then generates vertical fragments of the horizontally partitioned relations
and clusters rules using affinity of attributes and access frequency of queries and rules. The proposed fragmentation technique
facilitates the design of distributed deductive database systems.

Video on Demand(VoD)systems are considered as one of the most valuable services for the next generation broad-bandwidth Internet. To provide high-quality service, the VoD system must employ an admission control module to guarantee QoS, but there are still less research works having been made in this field, especially for distributed VoD systems. In this paper, we mainly focus on distributed admission control for VBR video streams in distributed VoD systems. We firstly discuss different approaches and then two admission control strategies are proposed with experimental comparisons. Our research is also further extended to resource assignment in distributed VoD systems. At the end of this article, we address issues in implementing distributed admission control. 相似文献
