由于多层电容器的壁很薄,薄壁之间的间距小,环形的凹槽深,设计该零件的冷挤压模,若采用整体凸-凹模和固定凹模结构,则凸-凹模难以加工制造,且工件难于脱模。给出的多层电容器冷挤压模,采用镶套式组合凸-凹模和浮动凹模结构,不仅解决了型腔制造和工件脱模问题,而且改善了模具的填充、排气性能。  相似文献

通过对新型移动灯具的上、下灯座盖形体要素的分析,找出了上灯座盖形体上存在的凸台、型孔、大批量和外观要素;下灯座盖形体上存在的凸台、L形凸台、大批量和外观要素。针对特大批量,注塑模采用了一模八腔可分别成型上、下灯座盖的模具结构形式,对于下灯座盖形体上存在的凸台要素,因凸台突出于下灯座盖外形,可以采取定、动模整体型芯进行成型。利用定模型芯的开启,顶杆脱模的最佳优化结构,避免了使用抽芯机构的结构。除了能确保上、下灯座盖的成型和脱模,还简化的注塑模的结构,使之注塑模加工的上、下灯座盖具有多、快、好、省的特点。  相似文献

通过运用Moldflow进行模流分析,在产品加工制造前分析成型质量,确定最佳工艺参数和成型条件.结合利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行型腔结构受力变形分析,获取应力在型腔接触面上呈不均匀分布的特性;增加型腔厚度对改善其抗压性减小变形效果明显,但随着厚度增加效果减弱并存在极限值;还薮悉模板的变形量随着材料杨式模数的增加为线性造减趋势,为优化注塑模结构设计提供参考.实践证明:在模流软件Moldflow和有限元分析软件ABAQUS的协同环境下设计注塑模具是非常有效且简便的方法.  相似文献

介绍了在中文版Pro/EngineerWildfire平台下利用Pro/Toolkit开发工具在Visual C++6.0环境中进行二次开发的关键技术,实现了齿轮注塑模CAD系统中齿轮塑件、齿轮注塑模凸、凹模以及模架的三维造型图的快速自动生成,并且给出了详细设计步骤和实现方法。该系统界面友好,操作方便简洁,降低了Pro/E软件的使用难度,减少了模具设计的工作量,大大提高了注塑模的设计效率,具有较大的使用价值。  相似文献

In injection molding, high pressure is required to completely replicate the mold geometry, due to the viscosity of thermoplastic polymers, the reduced thickness of the cavity, and the low mold temperature. The reduction of the drag required to fill a thin‐wall injection molding cavity can be promoted by inducing the strong slip of the polymer melt over the mold surface, which occurs within the first monolayer of macromolecules adsorbed at the wall. In this work, the effects of different laser‐induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) topographies on the reduction of the melt flow resistance of polypropylene were characterized. Ultrafast laser processing of the mold surface was used to manufacture nano‐scale ripples with different orientation and morphology. Moreover, the effects of those injection molding parameters that mostly affect the interaction between the mold surface and the molten polymer were evaluated. The effect of LIPSS on the slip of the polymer melt was modeled to understand the effect of the different treatments on the pressure required to fill the thin‐wall cavity. The results show that LIPPS can be used to treat injection mold surfaces to promote the onset of wall slip, thus reducing the injection pressure up to 13%. POLYM. ENG. A graphical method based on dimensional analysis is presented for estimating the injection pressure and clamp force required for injection molding amorphous polymers to form disk-shaped parts with a constant wall thickness. A procedure is suggested for estimating clamp force when the projected area of the mold cavity is smaller than the surface area of one side of the molded part. The results reported here are based on a numerical simulation of a power-law fluid filling a cold mold at a constant injection rate. The dimensionless bulk temperature and the ratios of the nonisothermal injection pressure (clamp force) to the isothermal injection pressure (clamp force) are given as functions of the dimensionless cooling time τ, the Brinkman number Br which characterizes viscous heating, the power-law exponent n, and a dimensionless temperature β which includes the inlet melt and mold wall temperatures and the temperature coefficient for viscosity.  相似文献

A modified injection molding machine with a compression mechanism, and a mold with a movable wall and shut-off mechanism, were used to investigate the effects of processing parameters on the quality of injection-compression-molded polystyrene disks. The compression start-up time, compression force, melt temperature, and part thickness were selected processing parameters. The disk moldings were evaluated based on dimensional accuracy and birefringence. It is found that the compression start-up time affects packing time, and thus greatly affects the residual orientation. If the transition from packing to compression could start before peak cavity pressure, disks with low residual orientation could be obtained. High compression force improves part quality and reduces thickness. Since both compression-induced reduction and cooling-induced shrinkage are involved, the effects of temperature and thickness are not as straightforward as the trends in conventional injection molding.  相似文献

利用华南理工大学自主研发的注水系统和水辅注塑弯管模具,研究了熔体温度、模具温度、注水延迟时间、熔体注射量、注水压力、注水温度、熔体注射速率和熔体注射压力等8个水辅成型主要工艺参数对聚丙烯制品壁厚偏差率的影响,并分析了影响机理。结果表明,部分工艺参数对于制品弯曲段的壁厚偏差率有影响;增加注水延迟时间,降低注水压力和模具温度,短射填充区的制品壁厚的偏差率有所减小;提高熔体温度,壁厚偏差率的波动幅度增大。  相似文献

This article studied the demolding of an array of injection molded micro‐structures based on a design of experiments (DOE) method. The demolding force (Fd) to eject an array of 4 × 5 micro‐ridges from the cavity of a mold was calculated indirectly. It was found that mold temperature had a significant effect on the demolding force: the demolding force decreased as mold temperature increased and as the part substrate thickness also increased. The demolding force is a combination of the adhesion force and friction force that exist between a molded feature and the microcavities of a mold. When the processing parameters were optimized to minimize the demolding force during the ejection process, it was found that the adhesion force had a bigger influence than the friction force. POLYM. 为考察型腔截面对溢流法水辅助注塑中水穿透的影响,基于装备有自行研发的水辅助注射系统的注塑机对几种具有代表性的型腔截面进行溢流法水辅助注塑实验,探究了型腔截面形状、大小对水穿透截面形状、中空率及残留壁厚等方面的影响规律,并分析了影响机理。实验发现:在溢流法水辅助注塑中,水的穿透截面形状会趋向型腔截面形状;在型腔截面积相近时,水穿透的中空率随截面圆率增大而增大;在型腔截面圆率一定时,水穿透的中空率受截面大小影响不大;型腔截面恒定,水的穿透截面也较恒定,残留壁厚均匀;圆截面型腔的残留壁厚最均匀,且残留壁厚随截面的增大而变厚;型腔截面的最大残留壁厚和最小残留壁厚与壁面到截面内切圆中心的距离有关。这些发现为水辅助注塑制品的截面设计提供了参考。  相似文献

In the rotating/compressing/expanding mold (RCEM), one mold wall can expand, compress, and rotate during injection molding, thus offering opportunities to control the thermomechanical history of a polymer and its microstructure. A computer simulation of flow and fiber orientation in RCEM was developed. The predictive model extends the generalized Hele‐Shaw formulation to account for compression/expansion and rotation of the mold wall, and uses the Folgar–Tucker model for fiber orientation predictions. A 20% GF polypropylene was molded under various molding conditions. The predicted fiber orientation distributions were compared with experiments. The model compares favorably with experiments, provided that the fiber orientation equation is modified by a strain‐reduction factor that slows the transient development of fiber alignment. The effect of fountain flow on orientation must also be included to correctly predict fiber orientation near the mold walls, mainly for the case of stationary and linear motions of the mold surface. Compression or expansion of the mold has only a small effect on fiber orientation, but rotation of the mold dramatically changes the orientation, causing fibers to align in the tangential direction across the entire thickness of the molding. This rotation action perturbs the fountain flow and becomes the dominant factor affecting fiber alignment across the entire cavity thickness. POLYM. ENG. 注射成型过程中由于型腔压力大于锁模力而产生的胀模现象对注塑制品质量具有显著的影响。基于全电动三板肘杆式注塑机,系统研究了注射成型过程中的胀模特性和由胀模引起的锁模力变化特性。结果表明,在肘杆式注塑机的胀模过程中,锁模力变化量能够反映胀模程度的大小,锁模力最大增量与锁模力变均可作为衡量注塑制品质量的指标。  相似文献
