本文利用差示扫描量热分析研究了PBT/PET共聚酯及其纤维热性能与形态结构的关系。实验结果表明PBT/PET共聚酯高温稳定性好,其结晶结构为PBT/PET共晶结构,随PBT含量增加,其熔融热增加,熔点下降,PBT/PET共聚纤维的熔融热随拉伸倍数增加而增加,这表明纤维结晶度随拉伸倍数而增加,适宜于PBT/PET共聚纤维的拉伸温度为80℃。 相似文献

Melt blends of poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) and poly (ethylene naphthalate) (PEN) with 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 wt% PEN
were prepared using a single screw extruder and injection moulding machine. 13C and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra were obtained with a Bruker DRX-400 instrument, on solutions prepared by dissolving
samples of the homopolymers and each blend in deuterated trifluoroacetic acid + chloroform mixtures (1:1 by volume). The absence
of new signals in 1H and 13C spectra, that would be expected to result from transesterification reactions in the PBT + PEN blend system, provides convincing
evidence that such reactions do not occur in these blends under the melt processing conditions that were used. In the light
of published work on solid-state NMR studies of these and related blend systems, and our observations of partial miscibility
with a very small domain size, together with substantial enhancement of the mechanical properties of PBT by blending with
PEN, we conclude that the improvement in mechanical properties arises from molecular scale mixing of the homopolymers and
strong but non-covalent bonding interactions over the very large interfacial area between the PBT-rich and PEN-rich phases. 相似文献

The crystal morphology, impact strength and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)/maleinized poly(ethylene-octene) (PTT/PEO-MA) copolymer blends were studied by using the polarized optical microscopy, impact tester and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Avrami theory modified by Jeziorny, Ozawa and Mo theories were used to study the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of the blends, respectively. The results suggest that these methods are suitable for analyzing the crystallization kinetics of the PTT/PEO-MA blends. The PEO-MA component, serving as a nucleation agent in blends, can increase the start crystallization temperatures and accelerate the crystallization rate of the blends. The crystal dimensions are predominantly three-dimensional growths, judged from the Avrami exponent n and the Ozawa exponent m, but the spherulites in blends are much smaller than those in pure PTT. The crystallization active energy suggests that the PEO-MA component can make the PTT component easy to crystallize in blends. The blend has the highest Izod impact strength as PEO-MA content is 3wt.%. Considering both the crystallization kinetic analyses results and the crystal morphology of the blends, the modified Avrami method is believed to be the most useful in reflecting the crystallization of the blends. 相似文献

The research in the area of Radar Absorbing Materials (RAMs) has been actively pursued for at least four decades. Although
resonant RAMs were originally designed by transmission line approach, and the broad band RAMs were obtained by multilayering,
the quest for ultrawide band performance has led to novel approaches such as chirality and even exploring biochemical products.
It is observed that radome materials are frequently used as RAMs. The understanding of the underlying principles of electromagnetic
analysis and design, fabrication and the trends in RAMs reviewed in this paper could lead to indigenisation, and even pioneering
