点焊镀锌钢板时电极表面熔敷TiC涂层对电极失效的影响 总被引:12,自引:1,他引:12
利用SEM、EDx和XRD等方法分析了在点焊镀锌钢板时电极表面熔敷TiC涂层对电极失效的影响.结果表明:点焊镀锌钢板时电极的失效机制主要是电极和镀锌板之间局部焊接的断裂发生在电极表面而导致的电极磨损,以及电极和镀锌板表面的锌之间的合金化.表面涂敷TiC的CuCrZr电极的寿命(1 200点)是CuCrZr电极寿命(500点)的2.4倍,表面处理能提高电极寿命的主要原因是在点焊镀锌钢板时表面涂敷的TiC层能阻碍电极和镀锌板之间的局部焊接和阻碍电极和镀锌板表面的锌之间的合金化. 相似文献

研究了含 Ti B2 为 1.5 %的铜基复合材料 (Ti B2 /Cu)作电极在点焊镀锌钢板时的失效形式 ,结果表明 :Ti B2 /Cu电极在点焊镀锌钢板时的平均使用寿命是 Cu Cr Zr合金电极的 4倍 ,Ti B2 /Cu电极的失效形式主要是表面的合金化 ,少量的细碎翻边、粘附和坑蚀 ,不出现蘑菇状 ,是一种较好的点焊电极材料 相似文献

采用扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度等表征手段,分析TiB2-ZrB2涂层与TiB2-ZrB2/Ni涂层电极点焊镀锌钢板时的失效过程.研究发现,无论是ZrB2-TiB2涂层还是ZrB2-TiB2/Ni涂层,在一定程度上均具有阻碍钢板镀层与点焊电极基体产生合金化反应的能力.ZrB2-TiB2、ZrB2-TiB2/Ni涂层电极失效过程存在些许不同,前者由于涂层与基体间结合力差,且涂层内塑性相相对较少,导致在点焊热和力的作用下,涂层逐渐脱落,点焊电极最终在合金化及塑性变形作用下发生失效.后者由于具有一定塑性,且涂层与基体结合力较好,点焊过程中涂层不会出现完全脱落现象.涂层作用一直持续至电极失效,电极失效形式主要表现为塑性变形. 相似文献

By means of the quadratic regression orthogonal combination design, a mathematical model of the relationship between the quality of spot welds and the welding parameters, including welding current, welding time and electrode force, is established.The influences of welding parameters on long-axis dimension of the nugget and shearing resistance of spot welds are studied and the welding parameters are optimized. The results show that the regression equation obtained can realize the accurate prediction of long-axis dimension of the nugget and shearing resistance of spot welds. 相似文献

镀锌钢板电阻点焊时由于锌层的影响电极损耗非常严重。以厚0.8mm家电用热镀纯锌钢板DX51D+Z为研究对象,探究在正交试验优化焊接参数后,热镀锌钢连续点焊时焊接接头质量变化的规律和电极损耗的特点。结果表明,当采用I=11 kA、P=2 500 N、T=13 cyc的点焊工艺参数组合可获得力学性能最佳的点焊接头;连续点焊试验初期(150点前)焊点力学强度稳定且焊点成形较好,焊接后期(150~300点)接头力学强度波动大,焊接状况不稳定;电极损耗至失效是接头质量急剧下降的主要原因,电极失效形式为头部塑性变形、端面坑蚀和Cu-Zn合金化,在本试验条件下,Cr-Zr-Cu电极焊至150点后显现不稳定现象,电极寿命约280点;失效电极端面的Cu-Zn合金层约65μm。 相似文献

热镀锌低碳钢板在车身内外板上获得了广泛应用.在传统的气动焊枪作用下,采用恒定的电极力焊接时,点焊质量不稳定.然而变电极力对镀锌钢板电阻点焊质量的影响很大.因此利用伺服焊枪能够精确控制电极力的特点,运用正交试验设计方法,深入分析了点焊过程中三个阶段电极力,即预压力、焊接力和锻压力对点焊质量的影响,得到了最优的变电极力参数.结果表明,点焊过程中的锻压力是影响点焊质量的重要因素,其次是焊接力,而预压力是最次要因素;最优的变电极力参数能够明显提高热镀锌低碳钢板的焊点拉剪力和熔核直径,这为基于电极力检测的点焊质量实时评价和电极力控制方面的研究奠定了基础. 相似文献

对利用自动数据采集技术获取的不锈钢点焊过程中的动态电阻信息进行系统研究.结果表明,不锈钢点焊过程中动态电阻能够灵敏且有规律地反映点焊工艺参数的变化,蕴含着丰富的点焊质量信息.焊接过程中动态电阻变化与熔核生长过程具有明显的对应关系,动态电阻曲线的拐点时间及终点值等特征量分别与熔核出现时间和最终熔核尺寸有很强的相关性.点焊过程喷溅会导致动态电阻骤降,其动态电阻变化率曲线在相应位置出现尖峰,为喷溅的自动识别提供了依据. 相似文献

A model was developed to simulate the temperature distribution and nugget formation during resistance spot welding ( RS1V) of zinc-coated steels. It employs a coupled thermal-electrical-mechanical analysis simulating the dynamic RSW process. Temperature-dependent thermal-electrical-mechanical material properties were considered including contact-resistance. The contact area was determined from a coupled thermal-mechanical analysis. A layer of transition elements was used to represent the change of contact area by killing or activating elements. The heat generation and temperature field were computed in a coupled thermal-electrical model. All these analyses were solved using the commercial finite element method (FEM) based on ANSYS code, and some advanced functions were used by writing a paragraph of codes by the authors. Compared with the results from only coupled thermal-electrical model in which contact area was uniform during the whole process, the result matches better to the experimental results. 相似文献

AbstractThis study investigated the electrode life and the electrode degradation characteristics during continuous resistance spot welding of aluminium alloy sheets. When a long welding time and dome radius type electrode were used, the electrode life was extended more than that when a short welding time and radius type electrode are used. The electrode tip is considered to degrade by the following mechanism: an Al–Cu alloy layer is formed at the electrode tip during continuous welding, and then it peels off from the electrode tip transferring to the surface of aluminium alloy sheet. Its peeling makes the electrode tip indented and finally the electrode tip flattens with increasing diameter of electrode tip. In order to eliminate the direct contact between electrode and worksheet, a special Cu foil insert device for resistance spot welding of aluminium alloy sheets was developed and an extremely long electrode life was achieved. 相似文献

The paper addresses the process–microstructure–performance relationships in resistance spot welding of a martensitic advanced high strength steel. Significant softening was observed in the heat affected zone (HAZ) due to allotriomorphic ferrite formation in the inter-critical HAZ and tempering of martensite in sub-critical HAZ (SCHAZ), with the latter plays more important role in mechanical properties of the spot welds. The strain concentration associated with the HAZ softening promotes initiation of pullout failure from the soft SCHAZ. While, the peak load in the interfacial failure mode is governed by the fusion zone size, that of the pullout mode is significantly affected by the HAZ softening. To improve weldability of martensitic steels, the HAZ softening should be minimised via modifications in welding process or steel chemistry. 相似文献

在介绍大电阻介质材料的制备及其在铝合金点焊中的应用方法的基础上,以LF21防锈铝合金点焊为例,经金相试样分析及扫描电镜分析,对比研究了在不同的焊接电流下,应用介质材料与未应用介质材料时的熔核形貌、缺陷及组织.结果表明,未加入大电阻介质的点焊熔核均出现气孔和未熔合缺陷;而加入大电阻介质,形核效果良好,有个别小气孔但未出现影响焊点力学性能的未熔合缺陷.此外,加入大电阻介质降低了对焊件表面质量的要求,从而提高了铝合金点焊质量的稳定性;可降低焊接电流,导致较低的电极温度从而提高了电极寿命. 相似文献

对低碳冷轧钢板、3种不同镀锌量的电镀锌钢板和热镀锌钢板进行了点焊工艺实验和接头强度拉剪实验,并对实验结果进行了计算机回归分析,分别得出了各种材料的点焊接头拉剪强度随焊接电流的变化曲线和焊接熔核直径随焊接电流的变化曲线,通过比较分析,发现镀锌层的厚度对焊接性能有较大的影响,其中没有镀锌层的冷轧钢板焊接性最好,而热镀锌和电镀锌钢板随着镀层的厚度变化焊接性能呈现出一定的变化规律。 相似文献
