标题化合物(B2055)是具有较高原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂除草活性的N-苯基酞酰亚胺类新化合物,合成该化合物的关键步骤是2-[7-氟-4-(丙-2-炔基)-3-氧-3,4-二氢-2H-苯并噁嗪[b][1,4]-6-基]-4,5,6,7-四氢-2H-异吲哚-1,3-二酮(丙炔氟草胺,flumioxazin)的碘化。为寻求更经济和可工业化的合成路线,考察了不同的碘化剂、溶剂、原料配比、反应温度及反应时间对丙炔氟草胺的转化率和产品B2055收率的影响,在以醋酸为溶剂,氯化碘为碘化剂,原料丙炔氟草胺与氯化碘的物质的量比为1∶3,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为60 min的工艺条件下,原料丙炔氟草胺转化率为92.2%,产品B2055收率为90.7%。 相似文献

2,4-二氯苯乙酮经溴化得ω-溴-2,4-二氯苯乙酮,该化合物与丙三醇在对甲基苯磺酸催化下脱水,得2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-溴甲基-4-羟甲基-1,3-二氧戊环,该中间体与苯甲酰氯在常温下反应,合成了2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-溴甲基-4-苯甲酰氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环,然后与三氮唑钠盐在130℃反应36 h,之后在碱性条件下水解,获得1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-羟甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑,再以吡啶为缚酸剂继续与甲磺酰氯反应,合成了1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-甲磺酰氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑,最后在碱性条件下,与12个不同结构的酚缩合成标题化合物1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-烃氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑。标题化合物的结构用GC-MS、FTIR进行了表证。生物活性实验结果表明,12个标题化合物对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑菌率均在88.0%以上,其中,1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-间甲基苯氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑达100%。1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-苯氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑和1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-对硝基苯氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌率分别为100%和97.8%;1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-间甲基苯氧基甲基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]甲基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制活性为91.2%。 相似文献

Angular 2,3-dihydronaphtho[1,2-b]pyran(4H)-4-ones 1a,b react with an excess of thionyl chloride to give the α-chlorosulfenyl chlorides 2a,b, which are reduced by iodide ion to give the corresponding 1,3,4-oxadithiino derivatives 3a,b. However, the aducts 4a,b and 5a,b were obtained by reduced 2a,b with iodide ion in the presence of 2,3-dimethyl-1,3-butadiene and 1,3-cyclohexadiene, respectively. Direct oxidation of 2a,b afford 3,3-dichloronaphthopyran-4-ones 6a,b, whilst conversion to the sulfenamides 7a,b prior to oxidation provides 3-chloronaphthopyranones 8a,b. While α-chloro β-oxo sulfenyl chlorides 2a,b undergo straight forward substitution with 1-methylpiperazine and with potassium cyanide to give 9a,b and 10a,b, respectively. Some of the prepared products were selected and tested for their antiviral activity against herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1). Plaque reduction infectivity assay was used to determine virus count reduction as a result of treatment with test compounds. Compound 5a showed moderate effect against HSV-1. 相似文献

New tetrahydropyrazino[2,3-c]quinolin-5(6H)-ones were prepared from 3-chloroquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones and ethylene diamine. In their reaction with HNCO, an unprecedented molecular rearrangement produced new types of hydantoin derivatives. All prepared compounds were characterized on the basis of their 1H, 13C, and 15N NMR and ESI mass spectra and some were authenticated by X-ray analysis of single crystalline material. A proposed mechanism for rearrangement is discussed in this essay. The CDK and ABL inhibition activity as well as in vitro cytotoxicity of the prepared compounds was also tested. 相似文献
