以蓖麻油基阴离子水性聚氨酯为载体,采用生物3D打印技术制备含碳酸酐酶的生物活性聚氨酯涂层,并与传统涂覆法制备的含酶涂层进行对比。通过动态光散射、红外、扫描电镜-X射线能谱、热重、接触角等各种手段对涂层中酶与水性聚氨酯之间的相互作用进行了分析表征。结果表明,在形成生物活性涂层过程中,碳酸酐酶是通过与聚氨酯链段上阴离子基团的静电吸引被固定在聚氨酯涂层中。催化活性结果表明,与传统涂覆法相比,涂层的酶活回收率为50.51%,比传统涂覆法提高了4倍。这可能是由于生物3D打印技术制备的含酶涂层更薄、更均匀,表面更平滑。 相似文献

Effects of nanoparticulate silver on the corrosion protection performance of polyurethane coatings on mild steel in sodium chloride solution 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) and high solid polyurethane (HPU) coatings containing nanoparticulate silver were coated on mild steel and compared to the corresponding coatings without nanoparticulate silver in NaCl solution using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The EIS results showed WPU coating degradation in the presence of nanoparticulate silver, while inclusion of nanoparticulate silver in HPU coating revealed no significant effect on the coating resistance. The WPU and HPU coatings morphology was investigated by SEM cross-section, which showed loss of WPU coating integrity in the presence of nanoparticulate silver, while no significant effect was observed for the HPU coating. The dual behavior of nanoparticulate silver in WPU and HPU coatings was connected to their different chemical structures confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy. 相似文献

A castor oil (CO) was modified via thiol-ene click chemistry reaction between CO and 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane, with the conversion of CC bonds of CO over 99% based on 1HNMR spectra. The obtained modified castor oil (MCO) was used as a biobased polyol to prepare waterborne polyurethane (WPU) dispersions. The modification of CO exhibited a great effect on the properties of WPU dispersions and coatings, and an obvious change is the improvement of the water resistance of WPU coatings. WPU dispersions with MCO had good storage stability. A WPU coating with 7% MCO had high surface hydrophobicity, and its water absorption was as low as 3.2%. Conductive carbon black filled WPU coatings with MCO were cured by efficient UV radiation, and their conductive percolation threshold could decrease to 0.76%, which could be attributed to the well filler dispersion and strong filler-polymer interaction. The WPU dispersions are ecofriendly, and can be used to produce biobased WPU coatings with a great application potential in antistatic coating fields. 相似文献

In this study, effect of high-loaded silica capsules with corrosion inhibitor on thermal degradation and self-healing properties of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was investigated. Silica capsules were synthesized using an oil in water (O/W) microemulsion and WPU was prepared via the prepolymer method. Assembled capsules demonstrated pH dependent release of their core. Incorporating silica capsule as an inorganic component resulted to improve thermal and barrier properties of WPU coatings. WPU coating with 1% silica capsules demonstrated better barrier quality in corrosive media and adding more than that resulted a rapid deterioration in barrier properties. Furthermore, such coatings possess an excellent adhesive strength with steel substrate. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used in corrosion monitoring and healing procedure. Moreover, capsule morphology and thermal degradation of the WPU coating has been investigated separately by scanning electron microscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Waterborne polyurethane/polydopamine (PDA) functional reduced graphene oxide (WPU/PDRGO) nanocomposites were prepared by in situ emulsification method. The presence of a PDA layer and the partial reduction of GO by PDA were confirmed by FTIR, XRD, Raman spectra, and TGA. It was found that the interfacial PDA layers facilitated the dispersion of the PDRGO sheets in the WPU matrix and enhanced mechanical properties of the WPU matrix. The resulting WPU/PDRGO nanocomposite coatings show excellent electrical conductivity (9.9?×?10?6–1.1?×?10?4 S cm?1) corresponding to a PDRGO content of 1–16 wt%. The obtained waterborne polyurethane/graphene nanocomposite dispersions are promising for anticorrosion, antistatic, conductive, and electromagnetic interference shielding coatings. 相似文献

A novel waterborne polyurethane (WPU) coating with a self-roughed surface is prepared using a general prepolymer emulsion polymerization method. A rough surface is formed by crosslinking the WPU particles through the introduction of a polyfunctional amine-based chain extender. Ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine (DETA) and triethylenetetramine (TETA) with different functional groups are used as chain extenders, and their effect on the surface morphology and gloss of WPU films is investigated. DETA and TETA form a rough surface on the WPU film by crosslinking the polymer chains and promoting phase separation between soft and hard segments. A rough surface reflects light diffusely, resulting in a decrease in the gloss of the film. Overall, the chain extension improves the thermal stability and tensile strength of the WPU film. In particular, the WPU film with DETA, exhibiting the highest chain extension effect, shows the lowest gloss value, the highest tensile strength and thermal stability. The present series of WPU materials, prepared without matting agents and special treatment processes, can be an effective alternative for producing low-gloss coatings. © 2022 The Authors.
