通过等温热压缩试验获得Inconel625合金在变形温度为1000~1200℃,应变速率为1~80S^-1条件下的真应力-应变曲线,利用加工硬化率,结合lnθ-ε曲线上的拐点判据及-δ(1nθ)/δε-ε曲线上的最小值,来研究Inconel625合金动态再结晶的临界条件。结果表明,在该实验条件下,Inconel625合金的lnθε曲线均出现拐点特征,对应的-δ(lnθ)/δε-ε曲线出现最小值,该最小值处对应的应变即为临界应变;临界应变随应变速率的增大和变形温度的降低而增加,并且临界应变和峰值应变之间有一定的关系,即εc=0.69εp;动态再结晶时临界应变的预测模型可以表示为εc=4.41×10^-4Z^0.14261。  相似文献

采用放电等离子烧结法(SPS)制备出30%Cr-Cu复合材料,对其致密度、硬度和导电率等相关性能进行测试,并观察分析该复合材料的显微组织。利用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机在变形温度650~950℃、应变速率0.001~10s-1、变形量60%的条件下对30%Cr-Cu复合材料进行热模拟压缩试验。对热压缩试验得到的真应力-应变数据进行拟合、计算和分析,构建该复合材料的本构方程,同时得到材料的加工硬化率θ,利用材料的lnθ-ε曲线出现有拐点和-(lnθ)/ε-ε曲线对应有最小值这一判据,分析该复合材料的动态再结晶临界条件。结果表明:30%Cr-Cu复合材料的真应力-应变曲线主要以动态再结晶软化机制为特征,峰值应力随应变速率的增加和温度的降低而升高;该复合材料的lnθ-ε曲线出现拐点,-(lnθ)/ε-ε曲线对应有最小值,该最小值所对应的应变为临界应变εc,且εc随变形温度的升高和应变速率降低而减小,εc与Zener-Hollomon参数Z的函数关系为εc=2.38×10-3 Z0.1396。  相似文献

Mg(1-y)Ca(y)H(x) (0.03≤y≤0.17) alloy thin films covered with thin Pd were hydrogenated using 4% H(2) in Ar under atmospheric pressure at room temperature. The complex dielectric functions (ε=ε(1) + iε(2)) in the range of 0.75 to 5.0 eV of these hydrides were evaluated with spectroscopic ellipsometry. The imaginary part of the dielectric function ε(2) was composed of one Drude and three Lorentz oscillator terms whose peak positions were about 1.2 eV (L(1)), 2.8 eV (L(2)), and 5.2 eV (L(3)). The L(3) term observed in all hydrides is attributed to optical absorption of MgH(2) with E(g)=5.16 eV. The Drude term, which may be due to unhydrogenated Mg-metal, was observed in the hydrides with a low Ca composition y of less than 0.04. The L(1) term was observed in the hydrides with a Ca composition of more than 0.05, while the L(2) term was observed for more than 0.11. These L(1) and L(2) terms were estimated from a variation with hydrogenation of ellipsometric angle Ψ which is due to optical absorption of CaH(2-α) (L(1)) and MgCaH(3.72) (L(2)).  相似文献

用PZT压电陶瓷粉末分散在无压电性的橡胶基体中制成压电复合材料。通过压电常数和介电常数测定、扫描电镜、介电谱等手段研究了有关因素对复合材料压电性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的压电常数d33随PZT体积含量φ和橡胶介电常数ε1的增加而增大,随PZT介电常数ε2的增加而减小,符合理论式 d33=15φε1d33/(1-φ)(2+3φ)ε2 橡胶基体的极性基团、极性链节和交联健偶极的转向极化及分子链的柔性对复合材料的极化和压电常数有重要影响。橡胶的极性越大及分子链的柔性越高,则复合材料的压电常数d33越高。   相似文献

Mass density, dielectric, elastic, and piezoelectric constants of bulk GaN crystal were determined. Mass density was obtained from the measured ratio of mass to volume of a cuboid. The dielectric constants were determined from the measured capacitances of an interdigital transducer (IDT) deposited on a Z-cut plate and from a parallel plate capacitor fabricated from this plate. The elastic and piezoelectric constants were determined by comparing the measured and calculated SAW velocities and electromechanical coupling coefficients on the Z- and X-cut plates. The following new constants were obtained: mass density p = 5986 kg/m(3); relative dielectric constants (at constant strain S) ε(S)(11)/ε(0) = 8.6 and ε(S)(11)/ε(0) = 10.5, where ε(0) is a dielectric constant of free space; elastic constants (at constant electric field E) C(E)(11) = 349.7, C(E)(12) = 128.1, C(E)(13) = 129.4, C(E)(33) = 430.3, and C(E)(44) = 96.5 GPa; and piezoelectric constants e(33) = 0.84, e(31) = -0.47, and e(15) = -0.41 C/m(2).  相似文献

The strain hardening behaviors of 32Mn-TCr-1Mo-0.3N austenitic steel were characterized by a simple and effective method. The results show that Hollomon relationship is not applicable during total uniform deformation stage. The flow equation was proposed, Inσ=αexp(lnε/b)+c. The variation rates of strain hardening exponents with true strain at 77 K are obviously higher than that at other temperatures and the value of d^2σ/dε^2 becomes positive during high strain stage. The characters of this variation are principal reasons for increasing elongation at 77 K. The forming of mechanical twin as well as ε-martensite leads to a high elongation at 77 K.  相似文献

利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,在温度为1050~1250℃、应变速率为0.001~0.1s-1、真应变量0.16的条件下,研究和分析SA508Gr.4N钢高温塑性变形及动态再结晶行为。结果表明:SA508Gr.4N钢的高温真应力-应变曲线主要以动态再结晶为特征,峰值应力随变形温度的降低或应变速率的升高而增加,属于温度和应变速率敏感材料;在真应力-应变曲线的基础上,建立材料热变形本构方程,较好地表征了材料高温流变特征,其热激活能为383.862kJ/mol;其硬化率-应力(θ-σ)曲线均呈现拐点且-dθ/dσ-σ曲线出现极小值;临界应变随应变速率的增大与变形温度的降低而增加,且临界应变(εc)与峰值应变(εp)之间具有一定相关性,即εc/εp=0.517;临界应变与Z参数之间的函数关系为εc=8.57×10-4 Z0.148。  相似文献

为考察在融雪盐环境下路面材料的性能变化情况,对内蒙古寒冷地区常用的SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)改性沥青和胶粉改性沥青利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)进行重复蠕变试验,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)进行微观结构观测,比较分析盐冻循环前后两种沥青的微细观结构以及流变学性能的变化,为寒冷地区道路路面材料的选择和使用提供参考依据。AFM测试发现,SBS改性沥青出现"蜂形"结构,冻融循环后,"蜂形"结构出现不同变化;胶粉改性沥青未出现"蜂形"结构,冻融循环后胶粉改性沥青表面形貌相差不大;重复蠕变试验结果显示:冻融循环前后SBS改性沥青和胶粉改性沥青永久变形与卸载瞬时应变的比值(εP/εL)在加载初期均随着加载次数的增加而增加,一定次数后达到稳定状态;冻融循环后SBS改性沥青的εP/εL降低,胶粉改性沥青的εP/εL基本不变;利用Burgers模型拟合得到蠕变劲度的黏性成分G_v,冻融循环后SBS改性沥青G_v值小于原样SBS改性沥青,胶粉改性沥青G_v值大于原样胶粉改性沥青,且两种沥青水冻循环与盐冻循环G_v值差别不大。胶粉改性沥青具有更好的高温使用性能。  相似文献

Commonly used fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) includes Carbon, Glass, and Aramid FRP composites. Meanwhile, some new FRPs such as PBO (Polypara-phenylene-Benzo-bis-Oxazole), PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate/Polyester), Dyneema, and Basalt have been gradually applied in recent years. Over the past 20 years, there has been extensive research on modeling of stress–strain response of confined concrete using the common types of FRP. In this study, most popular and recent models are investigated to evaluate their general practical application in predicting the response of FRP-confined concrete with strain-hardening performance without any restriction on the fiber used. The aim of the study is twofold. In case of different types of FRP composites, providing equivalent confinement modulus (lateral stiffness), five models are employed to find the FRP-confined concrete stress–strain relationship of three scale-model circular columns. Second ascending part (second stiffness) of the stress–strain relationship of FRP-confined concrete with strain-hardening performance is evaluated in the light of available database from the existing literature using these analytical models. The results showed that the examined models do not satisfy the fact that the slope of the second ascending branch of the stress–strain curve of FRP-confined concrete is independent of its types, provided the design confinement modulus is the same. A comparison of predicted values of the second stiffness with the collected test results of 257 cylinder specimens confined with the common types of FRP composites revealed the necessity for a more accurate model. Based on the discussion of the features and accuracy of these models, a model considering the effect of FRP lateral stiffness is proposed. Because of the variability observed in the test data, however, it appears impossible to develop simple empirical models based on the current database with less than approximately 27% mean absolute error for the second stiffness, and 16% mean absolute error for ultimate strength.  相似文献

Exocyclic DNA adducts, including 1,N(2)-propano-2'-deoxyguanosine derived from acrolein (AdG) and crotonaldehyde (CdG) and the three lipid peroxidation-related etheno adducts 1,N(6)-etheno-2'-deoxyadenosine (εdAdo), 3,N(4)-etheno-2'-deoxycytidine (εdCyt), and 1,N(2)-etheno-2'-deoxyguanosine (1,N(2)-εdGuo), play an important role in cancer formation and they are associated with oxidative-stress-induced DNA damage. Saliva is an easily accessible and available biological fluid and a potential target of noninvasive biomarkers. In this study, a highly sensitive and specific assay based on isotope dilution nanoflow LC-nanospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (nanoLC-NSI/MS/MS) is developed for simultaneous detection and quantification of these five adducts in human salivary DNA. The levels of AdG, CdG, εdAdo, εdCyd, and 1,N(2)-εdGuo, measured in 27 human salivary DNA samples from healthy volunteers, were determined as 104 ± 50, 7.6 ± 12, 99 ± 50, 72 ± 49, 391 ± 198 (mean ± SD) in 10(8) normal nucleotides, respectively, starting with 25 μg of DNA isolated from an average of 3 mL of saliva. Statistically significant correlations were found between levels of εdAdo and εdCyd (γ = 0.8007, p < 0.0001), between levels of εdAdo and 1,N(2)-εdGuo (γ = 0.6778, p = 0.0001), between levels of εdCyd and 1,N(2)-εdGuo (γ = 0.5643, p = 0.0022), between levels of AdG and 1,N(2)-εdGuo (γ = 0.5756, p = 0.0017), and between levels of AdG and εdAdo (γ = 0.3969, p = 0.0404). Only 5 μg of DNA sample was analyzed for simultaneous quantification of these adducts. The easy accessibility and availability of saliva and the requirement for the small amount of DNA samples make this nanoLC-NSI/MS/MS assay clinically feasible in assessing the possibility of measuring 1,N(2)-propano-2'-deoxyguanosine and etheno adducts levels in human salivary DNA as noninvasive biomarkers for DNA damage resulting from oxidative stress and for evaluating their roles in cancer formation and prevention.  相似文献

以乳酸(D,L-LA)和ε-己内酯(-εCL)为原料,采用梯度升温法,通过直接熔融缩聚合成了系列端羟基聚(乳酸-己内酯)共聚物(PLCA)。最佳工艺条件为:压力0.098MPa,催化剂Sn(Oct)2用量0.8%(质量分数),n(D,L-LA)∶n(-εCL)=8∶2,聚合温度170℃,反应7h。用特性粘度、FT-IR1、H-NMR、XRD、DSC等对其进行表征,结果表明,系列PLCA中的粘均分子量最大可达20785,Tg均比PLA的小,且随-εCL含量的增加,Tg越小,有效改善了PLA的脆性。结晶度比PLA有所降低,说明-εCL的加入使柔韧性增强。  相似文献

Architected lattice materials are some of the stiffest and strongest materials at ultra‐light density (<10 mg cm?3), but scalable manufacturing with high‐performance constituent materials remains a challenge that limits their widespread adoption in load‐bearing applications. We show mesoscale, ultra‐light (5.8 mg cm?3) fiber‐reinforced polymer composite lattice structures that are reversibly assembled from building blocks manufactured with a best‐practice high‐precision, high‐repeatability, and high‐throughput process: injection molding. Chopped glass fiber‐reinforced polymer (polyetherimide) lattice materials produced with this method display absolute stiffness (8.41 MPa) and strength (19 kPa) typically associated with metallic hollow strut microlattices at similar mass density. Additional benefits such as strain recovery, discrete damage repair with recovery of original stiffness and strength, and ease of modeling are demonstrated.

Iron-nitride films were prepared by reactive sputtering, and the effect of annealing treatment on the structures was investigated by means of in-situ electron microscopy and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM). As-deposited films were observed to be a mixed structure of a few ultrafine ε-Fe2-3N particles existing in the amorphous matrix. lt was found that the structurerelaxation in the amorphous occurred at 473 K, and the ultrafine grains began to grow at the higher annealing temperatures. The transition of the amorphous to ε-Fe2-3N was almost completed at 673 K. It is considered that the formation of the ideal ε-Fe3N is originated from the ordering of the nitrogen atoms during the annealing in vacuum. On the other hand, γ'-phase (Fe4N) was seen to precipitation of ε-phase at 723 K. Two possible modes are proposed in the precipitation of γ'-phase, depending on the heating rate and crystallographic orientation relationships. i.e. [121]ε [001]γ, (210)ε(110)γ and [100]ε[110]γ, (001)ε(111)γ. In addition,α-Fe particles were observed to form from the γ'-phase at high temperatures. We assumed that these structural changes are due to the diffusion of nitrogen and iron atoms during the annealing,except for the case of the precipitation of the γ'-phase as depicted above. The results obtained in this work are in a good agreement with the assumption.  相似文献

The change of microstructure with strain was investigated in a Fe-32Mn-5Si austenitic alloy at room temperature by X-ray diffraction profile analysis. The experimental results show that the Fe-32Mn-5Si alloy is deformed by the strain-induced γ→ε transformation and the twinning except dislocation slip at room temperature. The amount of strain-induced ε-martensite, the stacking fault probability and the twinning probability all exhibit parabolic relationship with increasing strain. The stacking fault probability is higher than the twinning probability.  相似文献

The low-cycle fatigue (LCF) properties and post-fatigue microstructure of a Fe–15Mn–10Cr–8Ni–4Si austenitic alloy were investigated under an axial strain control mode with total strain amplitudes, Δεt/2, ranging from 2.5 × 10−3 to 2 × 10−2. The fatigue resistance of the alloy was described by Coffin–Manson’s and Basquin’s relationships, and the corresponding fatigue parameters were evaluated. In addition, the Masing behavior, which is associated with a constant deformation mode during fatigue, was revealed at the examined strain amplitudes. Microstructural observations of the fatigue fractured samples showed that the strain induced ε-martensitic transformation accompanied by a planar slip of the Shockley partial dislocations in the austenite is the main deformation mode controlling the fatigue behavior of the studied alloy at Δεt/2 < 2 × 10−2. However, at Δεt/2 = 2 × 10−2, the formation of a cell structure was found in the austenite in addition to ε-martensitic transformation. The LCF resistance of the alloy was compared with conventional Cr–Ni austenitic stainless steels, ferrous base TRIP and TWIP steels and low yield point damping steels. It was found that at the studied strain amplitudes the alloy possessed a higher LCF resistance compared to conventional Fe-base alloys and steels. Remarkably, the fatigue ductility coefficient, εf′, of the studied alloy is 1.3–6 times higher than that of the stainless steels because of a cyclic deformation-induced ε-martensitic transformation. The results showed that the ε-martensitic transformation that occurred in the studied alloy during LCF is the main reason for the improved LCF resistance.  相似文献

We demonstrate an integral equation for the total local strain εT in an anisotropic heterogeneous medium with incompatible strain εp and which is at the same time submitted to an exterior field. The integral equation is solved in the case of an heterogeneous and plastic pair of inclusions, for which we calculate the average fields in each inclusion as well as the different parts of the elastic energy stocked in the medium.The solution is applied to the case of two isotropic and spherical inclusions in an isotropic matrix loaded in shear. The results are compared with those deduced from a more approximate method based on Horn's approximation of the integral equation. In appendix we give a numerical method for calculating the interaction tensors between anisotropic inclusions in an anisotropic medium as well as the analytic solution in the case of two spherical inclusions located in an isotropic medium.  相似文献

目的研究ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐/壳聚糖复合涂膜对樱桃的保鲜效果。方法以"美早"樱桃为保鲜对象,采用壳聚糖涂膜、ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐/壳聚糖复合涂膜保鲜樱桃,以未涂膜处理的樱桃为空白对照,并用一次性打孔水果包装盒包装樱桃,研究冷藏贮藏期间不同处理组樱桃的主要品质指标随贮藏时间的变化情况。结果ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐/壳聚糖复合涂膜在降低樱桃质量损失率、凹陷率、腐烂率等方面表现更佳;在贮藏6 d后,ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐/壳聚糖复合涂膜处理组樱桃的可滴定酸质量分数为0.52%,Vc含量为59.5 mg/kg,与未涂膜的空白组樱桃相比,可以在一定程度上减缓樱桃中可滴定酸和Vc含量的降低;ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐/壳聚糖复合涂膜能够更好地改善贮藏期间樱桃的硬度和色泽。结论ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐可以与壳聚糖协同作用,对樱桃发挥更好的保鲜作用。  相似文献

利用自行研制的适用于中空圆柱体试样并可控制试样内、外边界温度的热固结试验装置,进行了一种饱和粉质黏土的热固结试验。温度路径包括试样内、外边界等温单级和多级升温-降温以及内、外边界不等温多级升温-降温,温度荷载的施加范围为25℃~75℃,围压为50 kPa、100 kPa、150 kPa、200 kPa四种情况。论文研究了不同升温-降温路径和不同固结压力条件下饱和粉质黏土的孔隙水压力和固结体应变随时间的演化规律,并对不同温度路径下的试验结果进行了比较。分析表明:同一温度路径下,围压越大,升温或降温所产生的最大归一化孔隙水压力的绝对值越小,固结体应变的大小与围压大小并不成单调关系;同一围压下,升温或降温幅度越大,所产生的最大归一化孔隙水压力的绝对值越大,相应的固结体应变也越大;经过不同温度路径升、降温到同一温度值,设置的温度等级越多,产生的体应变也就越大,并且相同温度等级路径,内、外等温的情况要比不等温情况产生的体应变大。  相似文献
