提出了以钙离子选择性电极为指示电极,甘汞电极为参比电极,EGTA标准溶液为滴定剂的电位滴定法测定钙奶中钙含量,滴定终点由电位突跃来判断,此法简便,灵敏,准确,相对标准偏差为0.16%。加标回收率为99.0%-100.%,可用于直接测定混浊或有色液体中钙含量。 相似文献

研究了以银电极为指示电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,用自动电位滴定法测定维生素B1含量。探讨了该分析方法的工作电极的选择、滴定剂浓度等实验条件。在最佳实验条件下,对维生素B1含量进行测定,并与紫外分光光度法加以比较。实验均用AgNO3标准溶液滴定,通过电位突跃来判断滴定终点。该方法的标准偏差约为4.51×10-4,相对标准偏差为0.78%,加标回收率为99.2%~100.7%。 相似文献

以硝酸-氯酸钾体系分解样品,以二甲酚橙作指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液作滴定剂测定锌精粉中锌含量;沉淀用盐酸分解,以二苯胺磺酸钠作指示剂,用重铬酸钾标准溶液作滴定剂测定锌精粉中铁含量,实现锌精粉样品中锌、铁含量的连续测定,且RSD均小于3%,试验测定值与标准推荐值相吻合,能满足日常生产要求. 相似文献

In this article, separation and adsorption properties of poly styrene‐graft‐ethyl methacrylate copolymer for zinc, copper, and cobalt ions in water samples were investigated. For this aim, some experimental and analytical parameters such as solution pH, sample flow rate, type of eluting agent, and sample solution volume were optimized. The adsorbed metal ions on polymeric resin were eluted with 5 ml of 2 mol l?1 HNO3 and they were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. In optimized conditions, the adsorption capacities for Zn, Cu, and Co were obtained as 6.8, 5.2, and 7.5 mg g?1, respectively. The detection limits were calculated as 0.82 μg l?1 for Zn, 1.24 μg l?1 for Cu, and 0.68 μg l?1 for Co from standard deviation of the blank (50 ml, pH 5.8) measurements 10 replicates. The relative standard deviation of recoveries for seven replicate analyses of Zn, Cu, and Co ions (50 ml of 0.10 mg l?1) were found as 2.4, 2.8, and 1.5%, respectively. The accuracy of method was checked with certified reference material (NIST SRM 1643e, trace elements in water) and the developed method was successfully applied to tap water, commercial drinking water, and mineral water samples. Compared with conventional method of violet spectrum, determination of the content of sulfides in fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline by using the potentiometric titration of lead tetraacetate has some advantages such as clear potentiometric abrupt change at the stoichiometric point, stable potentiometric value, exact and credible results, and simple operation. The content of sulfides in FCC gasoline of Shenghua refinery is 0.136% by this method. The standard deviation about this method is less than 0.01% and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.42%. 相似文献

采用微分电位溶出法测定了100名(男女各50名)3~10岁健康儿童头发中锌和铅的含量。结果表明,锌平均含量为(135.1±57.86)μg/g,铅平均含量为(11.89±7.42)μg/g。该方法准确度、精密度高,锌、铅测定的相对标准偏差分别为3.8%和8.2%,回收率分别为93.8%和103.5%。 相似文献
