本文主要对双辊薄带坯连铸实验钢种的产业化问题进行了讨论。认为用1Cr18Ni9和2Cr13、PH15-7Mo连铸薄带坯生产出的冷轧带钢质量可达到国家有关标准,但要实现产业化还有些问题需要解决。高钼奥氏体不锈钢(6^Mo)适于双辊薄带坯连铸,硅钢和高速钢则还不能作道先产业化的考虑。 相似文献

本文研究了稀土元素对热轧辊用钢60CrMnMo热疲劳性能的影响,同时对不同稀土含量的60CrMnMo钢高温短时拉伸性能和硬度进行了比较。试验结果表明:稀土元素可明显提高60CrMnMo钢的热疲劳寿命和塑性,抑制60CrMnMo钢的循环软化,并得出稀土元素的合适含量为0.05%-0.10%。 相似文献

介绍了明弧堆焊的原理和特点,针对连铸辊使用工况和失效形式,合理设计和制定了明弧堆焊材料与工艺,对不同焊后热处理的试样进行了组织,机械性能和耐磨性等试验分析,结果表明,1^#试样的综合性能最好,更适合于连铸辊的实际工况要求。使用结果表明,明弧堆焊连铸辊使用寿命是埋弧堆焊连铸辊使用寿命的2倍以上。 相似文献
