Zn2SiO4:Mn2+ thin film phosphors (TFPs) have been synthesized by RF magnetron sputtering, using a single multicomponent stoichiometric target. And 2D photonic crystal patterns were introduced on a quartz substrate to enhance the light extraction efficiency. In order to introduce 2D photonic crystal patterns on a quartz substrate, nanosphere lithography was used. Polystyrene spheres, with diameter of 330 nm, were transferred on the quartz substrate and subsequently were served as an etch mask. Quartz substrates were patterned by CF4 gas-based reactive ion etching. Zn2SiO4:Mn2+ were deposited on that 2D photonic crystal patterned quartz substrate and the effect of height of photonic crystal layers were investigated. The light extraction efficiency of Zn2SiO4:Mn2+ thin film phosphors deposited on the photonic crystal patterned quartz substrate was enhanced three times to compared with that of flat Zn2SiO4:Mn2+ thin film phosphors due to the Bragg diffraction and leaky mode caused by PCLs. Transmittance of Zn2SiO4:Mn2+ TFPs deposited on the photonic crystal patterned substrate was high enough, above 70% in the visible light region with respect to that of quartz substrate.  相似文献

采用气泡液膜法,将Zn2+,Ni2+和Fe3+与OH-在液膜中进行共沉淀反应,制得了Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4铁氧体的前躯体,用元素分析、EDS、TEM、FT-IR、XRD和VSM方法进行表征。结果表明,前躯体中Ni、Zn和Fe元素组成较精确地保持了原料溶液中Zn2+,Ni2+和Fe3+的配料摩尔比并纳米级均匀分布。前躯体组成是0.6Ni(OH)2.0.4Zn(OH)2.2Fe(OH)3复合物,粒径为1~3nm的球状纳米粒子。前躯体于240℃水热反应4h,制得纳米Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4铁氧体,其Ms=73.669emu/g,Mr=1.1035emu/g,Hc=8.896Gs,密度d=5.554g/cm3,再于800℃烧结1h,制得固结铁氧体的Ms=82.136emu/g。  相似文献

为了研究Zn2+含量对CoZn铁氧体结构和磁性的影响,以正硅酸乙酯和硝酸盐为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米Co1-xZnxFe2O4/Si O2(0≤x≤1)复合材料。利用XRD、TEM、VSM和M ssbauer效应分析了样品的结构、形貌和磁性。结果表明,经900℃热处理后,Co1-xZnxFe2O4/Si O2复合材料中Co1-xZnxFe2O4为晶粒分布均匀的尖晶石铁氧体结构。Zn2+替代Co2+后引起Co1-xZnxFe2O4晶格膨胀。随Zn2+含量的增加,样品的矫顽力减小,而比饱和磁化强度先增大后减小,样品从磁有序状态转变为顺磁状态。Zn2+的掺杂对Fe3+核处的s电子密度有较大的影响,对尖晶石结构对称性影响较小。  相似文献

蔗渣经多氨基改性处理后,得到多氨基改性蔗渣吸附剂。考察了多氨基改性蔗渣吸附剂对模拟废水中Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Cu2+的吸附性能,主要包括吸附时间、溶液pH值和温度对吸附量的影响以及吸附等温式的研究。研究表明,在实验范围内,Pb2+的吸附平衡时间为12h,适宜吸附Pb2+的pH值范围在4~5,Pb2+的最大吸附量为34.96mg/g;Zn2+的吸附平衡时间为20h,适宜吸附Zn2+的pH值在6.2左右,Zn2+的最大吸附容量为2.24mg/g;Cd2+的吸附平衡时间为20h,适宜吸附Cd2+的pH值在5.0左右,Cd2+的最大吸附容量为10.40mg/g;Cu2+的吸附平衡时间为20h;适宜吸附Cu2+的pH值在5.0左右;Cu2+在不同温度下的最大吸附容量为2.60mg/g。多氨基改性蔗渣对Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Cu2+的吸附均可用Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程描述。  相似文献

Eu2+ doped M-thiogallate (MGa2S4, M: Zn, Ca, Sr) phosphors were prepared by solid-state reaction. The dependence of luminescent properties, photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence, on M2+ ions was investigated. ZnGa2S4: Eu2+, CaGa2S4: Eu2+, and SrGa2S4: Eu2+ exhibited a green emission band at 540 nm, 560 nm, and 535 nm, respectively. The red-shift between CaGa2S4: Eu2+ and SrGa2S4: Eu2+ was originated from the radius difference of Ca2+ and Sr2+ ions. However, it did not apply to ZnGa2S4 : Eu2+ despite of smaller radius of Zn2+ ion. The particle size of ZnGa2S4 : Eu2+ was much smaller than those of the other thiogallates, leading to extremely low CL emission.  相似文献

采用新颖的气泡液膜法,将Zn2+、Ni2+和Fe3+与OH-的共沉淀反应在气泡液膜中完成,制备了Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4铁氧体前驱体纳米粒子,经元素分析、FT-IR、XRD和SEM等表征。实验结果表明,前驱体较精确地保持了原料溶液中Zn2+、Ni2+和Fe3+的配料摩尔比。前驱体分别经300、400、500、600、700或800℃烧结,制得Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4铁氧体,用XRD和VSM表征。结果表明,在700℃烧结制得的Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4铁氧体的粒径为26.92nm,磁饱和磁化强度sσ=64.22A.m2/kg,剩余磁化强度rσ=14.25A.m2/kg,内秉矫顽力jHc=16kA/m。将这种Ni-Zn铁氧体分散到合成油中,制成耐高温磁性液体。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法成功地制备出适用于彩电显象管内荧光体着色的Co1-xAl(R=Zn、 Mg, x=0.8~1.0)钴蓝颜料: 450nm波长处反射率最大提高18.2%, 600nm处反射率最大降低5%。通过对该颜料反射率的影响因素,如掺杂离子类型、掺杂浓度和Co2+离子浓度的探讨,结论如下:Zn2+、Mg2+改变钴蓝颜料反射性能的作用机理为晶格畸变引起Co2+3d轨道电子能级分裂程度的变化;对于掺杂离子Zn2+、Mg2+,x下限值分别约为0.85和0.8.  相似文献
