Mesocrystalline TiO2/sepiolite (TiS) composites with the function of adsorption and degradation of liquid organic pollutants were successfully fabricated via a facile and low-cost solvothermal reaction. The prepared TiS composites were characterized by FESEM, HRTEM, XRD, XPS, N2 adsorption-desorption, UV–vis DRS, and EPR. Results revealed the homogeneous dispersion of highly reactive TiO2 mesocrystals on the sepiolite nanofibers. Thereinto each single–crystal–like TiO2 mesocrystal comprised many [001]-oriented anatase nanoparticles about 10–20 nm in diameter. The photocatalytic activity was further evaluated by the degradation of anionic dye (methyl orange) and cationic dye (methylene blue) under the UV-vis light (350≤λ≤780 nm) irradiation. By selecting appropriate experimental conditions, we can easily manipulate the photocatalytic performance of TiS composites. The optimal TiS catalyst (the sepiolite content of 28.5 wt.%, and the reaction time of 24 h) could efficiently degrade methyl orange to 90.7% after 70 min, or methylene blue to 97.8% after 50 min, under UV-vis light irradiation. These results can be attributed to their synergistic effect of high crystallinity, large specific surface area, abundant hydroxyl radicals, and effective photogenerated charge separation. 相似文献

A commercial Alloy 80A and a modified alloy with lower titanium and zirconium contents, e.g. 1.4% and <0.01%, respectively, were subjected to unidirectional solidification followed by a rapid quench in water to preserve the structure at elevated temperatures. The slow solidification results in a coarse dendritic structure with a high enrichment of sulphur (up to 2%), aluminium (up to 4%), titanium (up to 13%) and zirconium in the interdendritic zones. In the commercial Alloy 80A, the zirconium and sulphur present in the interdendritic zone result in a eutectic containing ZrS and NiCrTi-matrix. Excess zirconium forms an NiZr-intermetallic. No TiS is formed in this case. In the absence of zirconium, the titanium enriched in the interdendritic residual melt forms a eutectic of TiS. In both cases the effective solidus temperature corresponding to the composition of the residual melt is 1170°C, compared to 1330 °C, which is the solidus temperature of the bulk material. 相似文献

为提高Ti6Al4V合金的高温摩擦学性能,采用激光熔覆技术在其表面原位合成多相混杂金属基高温自润滑耐磨复合涂层,熔覆粉末的成分为Ni60-16.8%TiC-23.2%WS_2(质量分数,下同),系统地研究复合涂层的显微组织、物相结构及其在20,300,600,800℃下的摩擦学性能和相关磨损机理。结果表明:复合涂层的显微硬度(701.88HV0.5)约为基体(350 HV0.5)的2倍;由于原位合成固体润滑相(Ti_2SC/TiS/NiS/TiO/TiO_2/NiCr_2O_4/Cr_2O_3)和硬质相(W,Ti)C1-x/TiC/Cr_7C_3的协同作用,复合涂层的耐磨减摩性能明显优于基体。随着温度升高,涂层和基体的摩擦因数和磨损率均呈下降趋势,在800℃时复合涂层和基体的摩擦因数分别为0.32和0.43,磨损率分别为1.80×10-4,2.92×10-5mm/Nm。在800℃下塑性变形、分层和氧化磨损为基体主要磨损机理,复合涂层以氧化磨损和轻微的黏着磨损为主。 相似文献

为研究不同温度热处理对激光熔覆钛基复合涂层组织和微动磨损性能的影响,采用激光熔覆技术在TA2钛合金表面制备40%Ti-25.2%TiC-34.8%WS_2(质量分数)复合涂层,将涂层分别置于300,500℃和700℃真空中保温1h,分析热处理前后涂层的显微组织和微动磨损耐磨性能。结果表明:未经过热处理涂层及经过不同温度热处理涂层的主要物相均为α-Ti,(Ti,W)C_(1-x),TiC,Ti_2SC和TiS。未热处理及经过300,500℃和700℃热处理1h涂层的显微硬度分别为1049.8,980.7,1143.3HV_(0.5)和1190.7HV_(0.5)。经过700℃热处理1h涂层表现出优异的微动磨损性能,磨损机理为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损。 相似文献
