We propose a semantic collaborative filtering method to enhance recommendation quality derived from user-generated tags. Social tagging is employed as an approach in order to grasp and filter users’ preferences for items. In addition, we explore several advantages of semantic tagging for ambiguity, synonymy, and semantic interoperability, which are notable challenges in information filtering. The proposed approach first determines semantically similar users using social tagging and subsequently discovers semantically relevant items for each user. Experimental results show that our method offers significant advantages both in terms of improving the recommendation quality and in dealing with ambiguity, synonymy, and interoperability issues.  相似文献

This paper describes an architecture for workflow management systems based on Workflow Intelligent Business Objects (WIBOs). The design of WIBOs is based on principles of intelligence, autonomy, collaboration and co-operation. Using WIBOs that carry out tasks on users’ behalf, it is possible to build workflow systems that bring further improvements in process automation and dynamic management, and achieve dynamic (re)allocation of resources to Actors. A WIBO prototype architecture has been implemented using Java. A Java Remote Method Invocation (RMI) has been used to enable WIBOs to communicate over an Intranet or Internet.  相似文献

Most of the existing personal knowledge management systems have been employing blogging services which is capable of providing various services (e.g., knowledge distribution and knowledge creation) to people. However, automated knowledge delivering service among the systems is difficult to take into account the corresponding context (or semantics) of the knowledge, so that the service can spread irrelevant information into knowledge management systems. In order to solve this problem, this study proposes a novel architecture, called blog context overlay network, to fulfill context matching between blog-based knowledge management systems. It is referred to as detecting ‘shared’ context between knowledge management systems. Thus, with respect to the contexts, we want to identify a community of practice (CoP) on a knowledge blogosphere where a set of blog-based knowledge management systems are incorporating with each other. As a result, newly generated knowledge can be proactively diffused to the blog-based knowledge management systems of which context is relevant to the knowledge, even before the bloggers’ queries are explicitly asked.  相似文献

知识图谱(KG)可以通过高效组织海量数据实现信息的有效抽取,因而基于知识图谱的推荐方法得到了广泛的研究和应用。针对图神经网络在知识图谱建模中的采样误差问题,提出了一种无采样协作知识图网络(NCKN)的方法。首先,设计了无采样知识传播模块,通过在单个卷积层使用不同大小的线性聚合器来捕捉深层次的信息,实现高效的无采样预计算;然后,为了区分邻居节点贡献度,在传播过程中引入注意力机制;最后,协作传播模块将知识嵌入同用户交互中的协作信号相结合,以更好地描述用户偏好。基于三个真实数据集,评估了NCKN在CTR预测和Top-k预测中的性能。实验结果表明,与主流算法RippleNet、知识图卷积神经网络(KGCN)相比,NCKN在CTR预测中的准确率平均分别提升了2.71%、4.60%;Top-k预测中,NCKN的准确率平均分别提升了5.26%、3.91%。所提方法不仅解决了图神经网络在知识图谱建模中的采样误差问题,且提升了推荐模型的准确率。  相似文献

基于领域知识与顾客购买倾向相关联的事实,从知识表示、知识获取、系统实现三个方面研究了个性化协同商务推荐系统的实现策略。知识表示研究了自然语言的本体表示,主要包括:知识本体描述、模糊关系设计、概念关联抽象和公理修正四个部分;知识获取采用多层次领域知识获取和基于数据挖掘的智能知识获取两种方法,对知识的形式化和结构化进行了研究;基于J2EE技术创建了由客户端、服务器端、存储系统组成的协同商务推荐系统的结构模型。最后通过测试网站对系统的有效性进行了验证。  相似文献

Group collaborative editing is an activity by which people geographically dispersed can edit the same document simultaneously. It makes use of computers and network communication to provide an interactive and convenient environment, so people can save much of their time and cost. We have developed a group collaborative editing system which not only allows participants to jointly view and process multimedia documents but also provides real-time interactive conversation facilities to let users feel realistic and friendly. This paper describes the concepts of group collaboration and the mechanisms of our system. It also presents the interface design strategy and the synchronization control method.  相似文献

In automotive industry, manufacturers expand their duties in the product's service life by means of providing the car troubleshooting services to end users. Moreover, product service system (PSS) has turned into a significant study issue in the recent decade, it focuses on stressing the specific requirements in the new service model. Hence, generation of a PSS-oriented automotive troubleshooting mode not only enhances the service quality, but promotes thoroughly the values of business and its products. Besides, under the support of network communication mechanism, it becomes easily to manage the knowledge and process of automotive troubleshooting in collaborative environment. This study explores the different relationships among car enterprises, focusing on the decision-making processes as well as communication and management of knowledge in automotive troubleshooting. This study also investigates the potential utilization of improved content management architectures in the automotive engineering field that is controlled by conventional engineering information modes. A framework of collaborative troubleshooting procedure is presented, constructed and evaluated by using an instance automobile problem, which reveals the meaningful efficiency could be reached and the module of content management has several benefits than the conventional engineering information modes in conducting the information of automotive inspection, maintenance, repairing and service involving unorganized and dynamic knowledge.  相似文献

Based on the End User Computing (EUC) concept, this paper proposes a generic system using simple macro routines of a spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel) that can be used in a practical way between the different users of each level of an organization. This system is not only for managers, but also for employees in order to supply common information and enable simulations and decision making in the scope of each level's responsibilities. Computer systems managers make decisions about hardware and software selection, performance evaluation, capacity planning, and other resource variables on the basis of factual data, accounting data, subjective judgements, and assumptions about the resource consumption of the jobs being run. The importance of computer resource planning calls for effective support methods. A Knowledge-Based DSS (KBDSS) will be able to assist managers in making these policy decisions by utilizing knowledge of the existing configuration and its capabilities, the organizational computing environment, available external resources, and their suppliers. Combining procedural and declarative methods, such a KBDSS may provide early warning of possible bottlenecks, forecast growth of hardware usage, and employ knowledge based inferencing to suggest suitable remedial actions to the systems manager. This paper presents a KBDSS for supporting computer resource planning decisions using a procedural/declarative framework, and illustrates the system's usage aspects.  相似文献

This paper focuses on industrial design and simulation processes especially in automotive and aerospace areas. Designers use business models (called expert models) such as CAD (computed aided design) and CAE (computed aided engineering) models to optimize and streamline the engineering process. Each expert model contains information such as parameters, expert rules, mathematic relations (parametric models, for example) which are shared by several users and in several different domains (mechanical, thermal, acoustic, fluid, etc.). This information is exploited at the same time in a concurrent engineering context. It is the basis of an imperfect collaboration process due to the fact that existing tools do not manage encapsulated information well and are unable to ensure that parameters and rules are consistent (same value of parameters for example) throughout different heterogeneous expert models. In this context, we propose an approach to manage knowledge using configurations synchronized with expert models which enable designers to use parameters consistently in a collaborative context. Our approach is called KCModel (knowledge configuration model): it allows acquisition, traceability, re-use and consistency of explicit knowledge used in configuration.  相似文献

In today’s competitive global marketplace and knowledge-based economy, user requirement becomes an important input information for enterprises to develop new product and a critical factor to drive product collaborative design evolution. Meanwhile, there remains no consensus on how best to support knowledge activities and significant challenges to establishing design information management facing to rapid collaborative product development with dynamic user requirement. This paper introduces solutions for designer to deal with dynamic user requirement information through requirement evaluation and prediction method. In this study, we propose a user requirements-oriented knowledge management concept that is based on a four level hierarchy map model with special regard to knowledge collaboration and information communication. Furthermore, a novel distributed concurrent and interactive user requirement database was constructed, and the framework driven by user requirement was put forward to support collaborative design knowledge management. Finally, the service robot design project of a start-up company is used as a case study to explain the implementation of proposed framework.  相似文献

We propose a collaborative filtering method to provide an enhanced recommendation quality derived from user-created tags. Collaborative tagging is employed as an approach in order to grasp and filter users’ preferences for items. In addition, we explore several advantages of collaborative tagging for data sparseness and a cold-start user. These applications are notable challenges in collaborative filtering. We present empirical experiments using a real dataset from del.icio.us. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm offers significant advantages both in terms of improving the recommendation quality for sparse data and in dealing with cold-start users as compared to existing work.  相似文献

为了更有效地进行图片检索,提出了一种面向Web2.0协作标签系统的图片检索聚类方法。该算法首先针对标签空间由于标签表达多样性带来的不一致问题,并通过挖掘标签间的词汇关系实现语义级查询扩展来得到语义可能相关的扩展图片结果集;然后根据标签间的相关度度量选出图片结果集中与查询标签高相关的标签集,接着采用一种自顶向下启发式的图划分算法来自动对次相关标签集进行分类。最后图片结果集即根据标签分类结果被聚类。为验证该方法的效果,从标签图片共享网站Flickr上随机下载了大量真实图片集以及所含带的标签元数据,在已实现的图片检索原型系统PivotBrowser上进行了大量实验,结果证明,该聚类算法能有效解决标签空间存在的标签表达不一致问题和标签查询歧义性问题,能提供更满意的用户检索。  相似文献

Recently, enterprise systems have been extensively adopted to boost enterprise competitiveness. The development and implementation of enterprise systems is a knowledge intensive procedure, being related to enterprise processes and involving information, system and software engineering technologies. Consequently, knowledge management is required to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise system development and implementation, thus helping to increase industrial competitiveness.This study aims to develop a distributed knowledge model for knowledge management, capable of supporting the collaborative development and implementation of enterprise systems. We report an investigation exploring the effect of avatar gender on the anxiety level caused by personal space (PS) invasion in desktop collaborative virtual environments (DCVE). We outline an experiment in which participants, of both genders, whose avatars PS were invaded by other avatars of either gender, reported their anxiety levels through the use of a post-experiment questionnaire. The data from the questionnaire are analysed and discussed. The results suggest that the combination of the gender of the invading avatar and the avatar being invaded has an influence on the PS invasion anxiety level and that the ranking of gender combination groups has a striking difference from those observed for PS invasion in physical environments. Results also show that the participants in general did not register high anxiety, contrary to what one might expect from personal space invasion in the physical world.

Tacit knowledge, which refers to the know-how, is critical to understand and reuse since it is located in the human heads. It represents the foremost element for human and team evaluation. Seeking for tacit knowledge is achieved only by communicating with the concerned persons, which makes losing it axiomatic if people leave their work without documenting their know-how. Thus, providing a collaborative environment based on a common conceptualization of the domain to formalize the experts’ knowledge and to share their outcomes is required. However, some barriers pertaining to cultural and social factors such as personality traits impede capturing the conceptual model. To cope with these issues, we have proposed a generic two-step methodology that copes with human barriers when capturing the domain experts’ tacit knowledge, their skills, and seeds terms in order to converge to a common knowledge representation. Considering the scientific research management as a use case, we followed the proposed methodology to formalize our scientific research knowledge in the context of network and communication research field. Based on the generated ontology, we have developed a semantic web platform that allows collaboratively annotating experts’ knowledge in a computer interpretable format that can be shared and reused by human and machines. Our evaluation is based on end users’ quality of experience and feedbacks.  相似文献
