In this paper a method of the torque control attenuating the undesired torque pulsation for brushless DC motor with nonideal trapezoidal back EMF is presented. It is the direct torque control method in which the applied output voltage is calculated from the reference torque and the torque of the previous step in the two-phase conducting period and in the commutation period considering the back EMF waveform. The time delay due to the calculation is compensated by the one step ahead current prediction. To measure the instantaneous torque ripple, a torque observer is constructed using a high precision encoder of 50000 pulse per revolution. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the torque ripple significantly and that it keeps the torque control dynamics as well 相似文献

A method for the robust position control of brushless DC (BLDC) motors is presented. The linear quadratic controller plus load torque observer is used to obtain an approximately linearized robust BLDC motor system for an AC servo, using the field-orientation method. The gains are obtained systematically from a discrete state space analysis. The robustness is obtained without affecting the overall system response. The load disturbance is detected by a zero-observer of the unknown and inaccessible input, and is feedforward compensated without requiring noisy current information. The overall system is controlled using a microprocessor, and the performance of each control algorithm is compared with both the simulation and the experimental results for two types of machines, a BLDC motor and a brushless direct drive (BLDD) motor 相似文献

针对无刷直流电机相电流闭环PID控制的控制参数复杂及转矩脉动大的问题,提出了一种基于转矩误差极性的无刷直流电机四象限控制方案。该方案通过在电流环采用设置电流滞环的控制方法,自动判断电机的运行状态及控制电路导通逻辑,从而控制电机正/反转的加减速运行。仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,合理设置电流滞环环宽度能有效抑制转矩脉动。 相似文献

This paper presents a comprehensive study on reducing commutation torque ripples generated in brushless DC motor drives with only a single DC-link current sensor provided. In such drives, commutation torque ripple suppression techniques that are practically effective in low speed as well as high speed regions are scarcely found. The commutation compensation technique proposed here is based on a strategy that the current slopes of the incoming and the outgoing phases during the commutation interval can be equalized by a proper duty-ratio control. Being directly linked with deadbeat current control scheme, the proposed control method accomplishes suppression of the spikes and dips superimposed on the current and torque responses during the commutation intervals of the inverter. Effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified through simulations and experiments. 相似文献

提出了一种适用于飞行器上的无传感器型无刷直流电机的控制方案。采用ATmega8作为系统控制器,利用片内模拟比较器,通过比较电机非导通绕组的反电动势与虚拟中点电压得到过零点时刻,并延迟30°电角度作为电机换相时刻。利用MOS管设计了三相桥式驱动电路,采用单边PWM控制方式实现电机调速,采用三段式启动方法实现了电机的软启动。软硬件结合实现了MOS管自检、过流保护、欠压保护的功能,提高了系统的安全性。实验表明,调速系统性能良好,能正常驱动新西达2217外转子式无刷直流电机。 相似文献

This paper presents a robust output tracking control design method for a linear brushless DC motor with modeling uncertainties. Two frequency-domain specifications directly related to the mixed sensitivity function and control energy consumption are imposed to ensure stability and performance robustness. With regard to time-domain specifications, the rise time, maximum overshoot and steady-state error of the step response are considered. A generalized two-parameters proportional, integral, and derivative (PID) control framework is developed via a genetic searching approach ensuring the specifications imposed. The proposed design method is intuitive and practical that offers an effective way to implement simple but robust solutions covering a wide range of plant perturbation and, in addition, provides excellent tracking performance without resorting to excessive control. Extensive experimental and numerical results for a linear brushless motor confirm the proposed control design approach. 相似文献

直流无刷电机效率高,转矩大,维护方便,广泛应用于工业过程的各个方面。提出了一种基于模糊PID控制的直流无刷电机调速系统并与传统的PID调速系统进行比较。运用传统的PID调速方法,参数不容易整定并且不容易得到满意的控制特性。由于模糊控制能够满足人们对控制特性的要求并且参数易于调整,因此设定了模糊PID控制器,对直流无刷电机进行调速。实验结果表明与传统PID控制相比,模糊PID控制的电机转速相应快,无超调,转速波动小,调节时间短,转速波动小,其性能明显优于传统PID控制,具有优良的静态性能和动态性能。直流无刷电机的建模,控制和仿真都在MATLAB/Simulink软件上进行。 相似文献

In comparison to classical DC motors, brushless DC motors are very reliable, Nevertheless, they can also fail, caused by, e.g., overheating or mechanical wear. This paper proposes a parameter estimation technique for fault detection on this type of motor. Simply by measuring the motor's input and output signals, its parameters can be estimated. This method is based on a mathematical model of the process. In the presented work, a square-wave motor is considered. An appropriate model is derived. To be able to implement the method also on low-cost microcontroller-based control units, only the power inverter supply voltage, DC current, and the motor's angular velocity have to be measured. The parameter estimation technique provides information about the electrical resistance and the back-EMF constant as well as about the mechanical parameters. Comparing the nominal with the computed parameters, faults can be detected. The approach might be applied to both end-of-line and online fault detection. Results for simulated data demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed procedure. Finally, a real-world application-an actuation system with a brushless DC motor mounted to a gearbox-is given 相似文献
