非平衡数据集的分类问题是机器学习领域的一个研究热点。针对非平衡数据集分类困难的问题,特别是由于非平衡分布引起的少数类识别能力低下的问题,提出了一种改进算法,AdaBoost-SVM-OBMS。该算法结合Boosting算法和基于错分样本产生新样本的过抽样技术。在新算法中,以支持向量机为元分类器,每次Boosting迭代中标记出错分的样本点,然后在错分样本点与其近邻间随机产生一定数量与错分样本同一类别的新样本点。新产生样本点加入原训练集中重新训练学习,以提高分类困难样本的识别能力。在AUC,F-value和G-mean 3个不同价格的评价指标下8个benchmark数据集上对AdaBoost-SVM-OBMS算法与AdaBoost-SVM算法和APLSC算法进行了对比实验,实验结果表明了AdaBoost-SVM-OBMS算法在非平衡数据集分类中的有效性。  相似文献

推导了使用指数损失函数和0-1损失函数的Boosting 算法的严格在线形式,证明这两种在线Boosting算法最大化样本间隔期望、最小化样本间隔方差.通过增量估计样本间隔的期望和方差,Boosting算法可应用于在线学习问题而不损失分类准确性. UCI数据集上的实验表明,指数损失在线Boosting算法的分类准确性与批量自适应 Boosting (AdaBoost)算法接近,远优于传统的在线Boosting;0-1损失在线Boosting算法分别最小化正负样本误差,适用于不平衡数据问题,并且在噪声数据上分类性能更为稳定.  相似文献

数据流中的不平衡问题会严重影响算法的分类性能,其中概念漂移更是流数据挖掘研究领域的一个难点问题。为了提高此类问题下的分类性能,提出了一种新的基于Hellinger距离的不平衡漂移数据流Boosting分类BCA-HD算法。该算法创新性地采用实例级和分类器级的权重组合方式来动态更新分类器,以适应概念漂移的发生,在底层采用集成算法SMOTEBoost作为基分类器,该分类器内部使用重采样技术处理数据的不平衡。在16个突变型和渐变型的数据集上将所提算法与9种不同算法进行比较,实验结果表明,所提算法的G-mean和AUC的平均值和平均排名均为第1名。因此,该算法能更好地适应概念漂移和不平衡现象的同时发生,有助于提高分类性能。  相似文献

多类指数损失函数逐步添加模型(SAMME)是一种多分类的AdaBoost算法,为进一步提升SAMME算法的性能,针对使用加权概率和伪损失对算法的影响进行研究,在此基础上提出了一种基于基分类器对样本有效邻域分类的动态加权AdaBoost算法SAMME.RD。首先,确定是否使用加权概率和伪损失;然后,求出待测样本在训练集中的有效邻域;最后,根据基分类器针对有效邻域的分类结果确定基分类器的加权系数。使用UCI数据集进行验证,实验结果表明:使用真实的错误率计算基分类器加权系数效果更好;在数据类别较少且分布平衡时,使用真实概率进行基分类器筛选效果较好;在数据类别较多且分布不平衡时,使用加权概率进行基分类器筛选效果较好。所提的SAMME.RD算法可以有效提高多分类AdaBoost算法的分类正确率。  相似文献

针对标记数据不足的多标签分类问题,提出一种新的半监督Boosting算法,即基于函数梯度下降方法给出一种半监督Boosting多标签分类的框架,并将非标记数据的条件熵作为一个正则化项引入分类模型。实验结果表明,对于多标签分类问题,新的半监督Boosting算法的分类效果随着非标记数据数量的增加而显著提高,在各方面都优于传统的监督Boosting算法。  相似文献

医患纠纷类裁判文书的多标签分类是对其进行高效检索和管理的基础,然而,医患纠纷数据集的类别不平衡和标签共生现象直接影响到文书的多标签分类效果。为此,提出了一种重采样和集成学习相结合的文本多标签分类方案。该方案首先提出一种基于标签集合平均稀疏度的样本重采样算法,用于降低标签共生对重采样的影响,从而改善数据集的类别不平衡性;然后,提出一种基于集成学习的多标签分类算法,其基于重采样后的数据集分别训练出多个基分类器,并对各基分类器以一票否决的投票策略进行组合,从而进一步提升分类器的多标签分类效果。实验结果表明,提出的多标签分类方案不仅适用于医患纠纷类裁判文书,而且适用于其他存在类别不平衡和标签共生问题的文本数据集。  相似文献

为提高不平衡数据的分类性能,提出了基于度量指标优化的不平衡数据Boosting算法。该算法结合不平衡数据分类性能度量标准和Boosting算法,使用不平衡数据分类性能度量指标代替原有误分率指标,分别采用带有权重的正类和负类召回率、F-measure和G-means指标对Boosting算法进行优化,按照不同的度量指标计算Alpha 值进行迭代,得到带有加权值的弱学习器组合,最后使用Boosting算法进行优化。经过实验验证,与带有权重的Boosting算法进行比较,该算法对一定数据集的AUC分类性能指标有一定提高,错误率有所下降,对F-measure和G-mean性能指标有一定的改善,说明该算法侧重提高正类分类性能,改善不平衡数据的整体分类性能。  相似文献

现实生活中存在大量的非平衡数据,大多数传统的分类算法假定类分布平衡或者样本的错分代价相同,因此在对这些非平衡数据进行分类时会出现少数类样本错分的问题。针对上述问题,在代价敏感的理论基础上,提出了一种新的基于代价敏感集成学习的非平衡数据分类算法--NIBoost(New Imbalanced Boost)。首先,在每次迭代过程中利用过采样算法新增一定数目的少数类样本来对数据集进行平衡,在该新数据集上训练分类器;其次,使用该分类器对数据集进行分类,并得到各样本的预测类标及该分类器的分类错误率;最后,根据分类错误率和预测的类标计算该分类器的权重系数及各样本新的权重。实验采用决策树、朴素贝叶斯作为弱分类器算法,在UCI数据集上的实验结果表明,当以决策树作为基分类器时,与RareBoost算法相比,F-value最高提高了5.91个百分点、G-mean最高提高了7.44个百分点、AUC最高提高了4.38个百分点;故该新算法在处理非平衡数据分类问题上具有一定的优势。  相似文献

不平衡数据的问题普遍存在于大数据、机器学习的各个应用领域,如医疗诊断、异常检测等。研究者提出或采用了多种方法来进行不平衡数据的学习,比如数据采样(如SMOTE)或者集成学习(如EasyEnsemble)的方法。数据采样中的过采样方法可能存在过拟合或边界样本分类准确率较低等问题,而欠采样方法则可能导致欠拟合。文中将SMOTE,Bagging,Boosting等算法的基本思想进行融合,提出了Rotation SMOTE算法。该算法通过在Boosting过程中根据基分类器的预测结果对少数类样本进行SMOTE来间接地增大少数类样本的权重,并借鉴Focal Loss的基本思想提出了根据基分类器预测结果直接优化AdaBoost权重更新策略的FocalBoost算法。对不同应用领域共11个不平衡数据集的多个评价指标进行实验测试,结果表明,相比于其他不平衡数据算法(包括SMOTEBoost算法和EasyEnsemble算法),Rotation SMOTE算法在所有数据集上具有最高的召回率,并且在大多数数据集上具有最佳或者次佳的G-mean以及F1Score;而相比于原始的AdaBoost,FocalBoost则在其中9个不平衡数据集上都获得了更优的性能指标。  相似文献

AdaBoost 是一种重要的集成学习元算法,算法最核心的特性“Boosting”也是解决代价敏感学习问题的有效方法.然而,各种代价敏感Boosting 算法,如AdaCost、AdaC 系列算法、CSB 系列算法等采用启发式策略,向AdaBoost 算法的加权投票因子计算公式或权值调整策略中加入代价参数,迫使算法聚焦于高代价样本.然而,这些启发式策略没有经过理论分析的验证,对原算法的调整破坏了AdaBoost 算法最重要的Boosting 特性。AdaBoost算法收敛于贝叶斯决策,与之相比,这些代价敏感Boosting 并不能收敛到代价敏感的贝叶斯决策.针对这一问题,研究严格遵循Boosting 理论框架的代价敏感Boosting 算法.首先,对分类间隔的指数损失函数以及Logit 损失函数进行代价敏感改造,可以证明新的损失函数具有代价意义下的Fisher 一致性,在理想情况下,优化这些损失函数最终收敛到代价敏感贝叶斯决策;其次,在Boosting 框架下使用函数空间梯度下降方法优化新的损失函数得到算法AsyB以及AsyBL.二维高斯人工数据上的实验结果表明,与现有代价敏感Boosting 算法相比,AsyB 和AsyBL 算法能够有效逼近代价敏感贝叶斯决策;UCI 数据集上的测试结果也进一步验证了AsyB 以及AsyBL 算法能够生成有更低错分类代价的代价敏感分类器,并且错分类代价随迭代呈指数下降.  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
