基于教育部提出的"新工科"建设,应满足学生"求知、增能、成才"的需求。基于文献统计法,以"建筑结构"、"建筑结构课程"为关键词,获取建筑结构涉及内容和课程改革方向。剖析了传统工科建筑学专业建筑结构课程在教学过程中存在的问题,主要包括学生学习兴趣缺乏、力学基础薄弱、教学手段单一、传统工程教育模式弊端等。结合智慧建筑与智能城市,提出了建筑结构课程教学改革方案,优化课程内容,丰富教学手段等,以期为建筑类专业工程教育教学改革提供借鉴。  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) land development and utilization has become the trend for urban planning in the current metropolis. This paper presents a method for building a 3D cadaslral management system from survey plans with SketchUp. It concentrates on the geometric representation and topological consistent maintenance of 3D cadastral objects. In this system a complete topological model is built to express the body construction and spatial relationships among 3D property units. SketchUp is used to automatically construct 3D models with attributes and thematic information from 2D survey plans. Spatial topologic relationships and operations are analyzed with the programming and development of Ruby language. The resulting system can manage 3D cadastral objects and manipulate them with spatial operations to support spatial analysis.  相似文献

This study examines ethical dilemmas and problems that are encountered by psychologists across rural and urban communities. A survey instrument was created on the basis of previous surveys of ethical practices. A national sample of 1,000 psychologists stratified into urban and nonurban practitioners was surveyed; 447 usable surveys were returned. Data analysis revealed significant differences between small town/rural and urban/suburban groups for several ethical categories. Notably, small town/rural psychologists are more likely to encounter several types of multiple relationships than their urban counterparts. Small town/rural practitioners are also more likely to be highly visible, or well-known, in their communities. Qualitatively, respondents described their struggles with dual relationships, and several offered suggestions to cope with boundary issues. These findings suggest the need to study the practice of psychology in rural communities in more depth, to study the impact of rural characteristics on clients and practitioners, and to create a conceptual model of best practices for rural practitioners. This paper presents a systematic approach to environmental management of pollution and∕or hazards caused by urban construction projects in China. It proposes a qualitative approach to assess and control the problem and a method to calculate the construction pollution index (CPI), which provides a quantitative measurement of pollution and∕or hazards caused by the urban construction projects. Based on the analysis and discussions, the paper further proposes that major construction companies in China should obtain ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) certifications. By doing so, the construction companies can integrate the concept of environmental management into their construction management practice.  相似文献

The demand for urban underground space has been increasing in the past decades to create living space and to avoid traffic congestion. A critical concern during the design and development of the underground space is the influence of construction-related ground movements on neighboring facilities and utilities. Currently, engineers can estimate ground movements using a combination of semiempirical methods and numerical model simulation. However, these advanced analyses require accurate as-built construction staging data, which most projects lack. The traditional approach of collecting construction-staging data is both labor intensive and time consuming. This paper explores the use of three-dimensional laser scanning technology to accurately capture construction activities during development of an urban excavation. The paper describes the planning, execution, and data processing phases of collecting accurate construction as-built staging information over a period of 4?months at an urban excavation site in Evanston, Ill. The resulting data provide an unprecedented level of detail on the as-built site conditions and provide much needed information to civil engineering disciplines involved in an urban excavation including construction management and structural and geotechnical engineering.  相似文献

Transformation of land use/land cover change occurs due to the numbers and activities of people. Urban growth modeling has attracted substantial attention because it helps to comprehend the mechanisms of land use change and thus helps relevant policies made. This paper tends to apply logistic regression to model urban growth in the Jiayu county of Hubei province, China. It is applied in a GIS environment to calculate variables and, then, in SPSS to discover the relationships between urban growth and the driving forces. The relative operating characteristic (ROC) shows the modeling accuracy with the curve 0.891 with standard error 0.001. A probability map is generated finally to predict where urban growth will occur as a result of the computation. The result shows the model simulates urban growth well in the county scale.  相似文献

Evaluating construction requirements should be an indispensable part of improving the constructability of a facility project. However, a number of existing function analysis approaches focus mainly on the final functions with respect to the finished facility. The construction industry still lacks methodologies to represent and evaluate the functional construction requirements for constructability analysis. This paper develops the concept of intermediate functions for representing the construction requirements from three perspectives, namely, function user, function provider, and the temporal and spatial relationships between the user and the provider. This is followed by the development of an in-progress product model to abstract the construction lifecycle of a facility product utilizing the concept of component state. Furthermore, the reference relationships among such perspectives as in-progress product, intermediate function, resource, and process are addressed. Based on these reference relationships, the bottleneck states for providing the intermediate functions can be detected. A case study of constructing the deck of a bridge using the balanced cantilever approach is presented to illustrate the utilization of this concept and representation.  相似文献

This paper provides some leads as to how personality traits affect negotiating behaviors and negotiation outcomes in a construction dispute negotiation. To achieve this, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The Big Five Personality Model was used to measure the personality traits of construction negotiators. Factors of negotiating behaviors and negotiation outcomes were developed. By interrelating these three elements, moderated multiple regression (MMR) was used to examine how personality traits affect the relationships between negotiating behaviors and negotiation outcomes. The results suggest that 16 MMR models are of significant moderating effects on these relationships. Among them, the top five MMR models with relatively strong moderating effects are identified. These models reveal that the personality traits of extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness can significantly moderate the relationships of negotiating behaviors and negotiation outcomes. In addition, their moderating effects are plotted to examine their natures. Effective zones of extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness are identified to show precisely how these personality traits can effectively facilitate positive negotiation outcomes. These results provide construction organizations with indicators to which type of personality traits can help improve negotiation outcomes and optimize the overall performance of construction dispute negotiations.  相似文献
