构建了供应链伙伴间资源依赖、信任、关系承诺与跨组织信息系统协同之间关系的理论模型。以广东省珠三角地区141家制造企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对供应链伙伴间资源依赖、信任、关系承诺与信息系统协同之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果发现供应链伙伴间资源依赖程度对信任与关系承诺均有显著的正向影响,但对跨组织信息系统协同的正向影响并不显著。另外,研究还发现供应链伙伴间信任水平对关系承诺与跨组织信息系统协同均有显著的正向影响,然而关系承诺对跨组织信息系统协同则没有显著的正向影响。研究告诉企业管理者,在选择合作伙伴时应该着重考虑彼此之间的资源互补性与相互依赖性,并高度重视人际关系网络的构建,提高供应链伙伴间相互信任水平,从而可以更好地进行跨组织的信息系统协同。  相似文献

构建了供应链设计、供应链整合、信息共享及供应链绩效之间关系的理论模型,并以广东省珠三角地区162家制造企业为调查对象,对供应链设计、供应链整合、信息共享及供应链绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,供应链设计对供应链整合、供应链绩效均有显著的正向影响;供应链设计对信息共享的直接影响并不显著,却会以供应链整合为中介对信息共享产生间接影响;供应链整合对信息共享、供应链绩效有显著的正向影响;而低层次的信息共享对供应链绩效并无显著影响。根据上述实证研究结果,本研究结合中国情境给出了相关管理启示。  相似文献

目的新创企业在何种情况下更倾向于因果推理逻辑或效果推理逻辑是近年创业和效果推理两个领域的重要研究议题。本文研究市场、技术和制度三种环境不确定性对创业资源整合情境下因果-效果推理决策逻辑的影响及网络关系强度和关系质量的调节作用。方法运用SPSS和AMOS对305份有效问卷数据进行探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果技术不确定性对因果-效果推理决策逻辑有显著负向影响,而制度不确定性对因果-效果推理决策逻辑有显著正向影响;网络关系强度和网络关系质量都对制度不确定性与因果-效果推理决策逻辑的正向关系中有调节效应。结论技术不确定性对因果推理决策逻辑有预测作用,而制度不确定性对效果推理决策逻辑有预测作用;网络关系强度越高,制度不确定性对效果推理决策逻辑的预测作用越强;网络关系质量越好,制度不确定性对效果推理决策逻辑的预测作用越强。  相似文献

以珠三角地区108家制造型企业为研究对象,对内部利益相关者、资源承诺和绿色供应链管理绩效之间的关系进行实证研究.将资源承诺划分为财务资源和IT资源两个维度,将绿色供应链管理绩效划分为环境绩效和经济绩效两个维度.实证结果表明,内部利益相关者对资源承诺的两个维度有显著的正向影响,且资源承诺的两个维度均对环境绩效和经济绩效均有显著的正向影响;不同规模的企业在资源承诺方面有显著的差异;在绿色供应链管理绩效方面,不同规模的企业在环境绩效上有显著差异,但经济绩效并不存在显著差异性.根据上述实证研究的结论,从宏观和微观角度提出了相关建议.  相似文献

为探讨团队依存性对团队差异性和个人创新行为之间关系的影响机制,对来自浙江省的32个企业团队进行了问卷调查.研究结果显示:技术与知识差异性对个人创新行为有显著正向预测作用;任务依存性对个人创新行为有显著正向预测作用;目标依存性在技术与知识差异性、个人创新行为之间起调节作用;技术与知识差异性、任务依存性和目标依存性三者的交互作用对个人创新行为有显著的正向影响作用.  相似文献

以广东省珠三角地区190家制造业为调查对象,构建了政府支持、信任与供应链整合间的理论模型,并利用阶层回归分析工具,实证研究了政府支持、信任与内部整合对供应商整合、客户整合的关系和作用机制及其交互作用的影响机制.研究结果表明,内部整合对供应商整合存在显著的正向影响,而对客户整合的影响不显著;信任与客户整合存在显著的正向影响,而对供应商整合的影响不显著;此外,尽管政府支持因素对供应商、客户整合的影响均不显著,但其与内部整合、信任的交互作用对供应商和客户整合有显著正向影响.  相似文献

本文以广东省珠三角地区制造企业为调查对象,对供应链伙伴关系、信息共享与企业运营绩效之间关系进行研究.研究结果表明,供应链伙伴关系对信息共享存在显著的正向影响,即增强供应链伙伴关系将有助于提高企业之间信息共享水平;信息共享对企业运营绩效存在显著的正向影响;供应链伙伴关系不仅直接影响企业运营绩效,而且通过信息共享间接地影响到企业运营绩效.另外,我们还发现在供应链伙伴关系中的信任对信息共享与企业运营绩效均有非常显著的影响.本文研究结论可为我国制造企业实施供应链管理策略提供理论指导.  相似文献

从供应链关系形成的角度,建立了4个主要的度量因素沟通、信任、承诺和合作对供应链协同的影响顺序及相互关系的假设模型,应用结构方程模型的方法进行验证,其中协同效应以信息共享、同步决策和激励联盟作为评价指标。经过对163例制造行业供应链的研究,结果表明,在供应链关系形成过程中,相关企业是从沟通开始,建立相互间的信任后,企业双方承诺发展长远关系,从而产生合作行为,最终通过合作对协同效应产生正性影响。另外沟通和信任对协同运作的影响最为重要,合作的影响最为直接,而承诺对协同只有间接作用。  相似文献

团队任务反思行为,是团队主动信息加工方式,影响着人们的判断与选择。因此,以团队任务反思行为理论为基础,提出了团队任务反思行为与决策绩效之间关系作用的研究假设。利用150名MBA学员展开了团队任务反思行为对决策质量、决策满意度和决策一致性影响效应的实验研究。研究结果表明,团队任务反思行为与决策质量有正"U"型相关关系,对决策满意度有显著正向预测效应,与决策一致性的正向相关关系显著。研究结果为决策群体利用团队任务反思提高决策绩效和团队效能有重要的实践意义。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
