摘要:为了研究DP980钢的高周疲劳性能,采用疲劳试验机对DP980钢和DP980钢激光焊接接头进行高周疲劳试验,得到Basquin方程,并利用光学金相显微镜和扫描电镜进行组织和断口分析。结果表明:DP980钢激光焊接接头的焊缝根部和顶部出现形状凹陷,焊接接头的质量为中等。DP980钢疲劳极限为341MPa,DP980钢激光焊接接头的疲劳极限为148MPa,激光焊接接头的疲劳极限较母材的疲劳极限降低约50%。对于DP980钢而言,铁素体/马氏体晶界是裂纹萌生的主要位置,疲劳断口为准解理断口。对于DP980钢激光焊接接头而言,疲劳裂纹源位于焊缝凹陷处,而非热影响区及母材,疲劳断口为解理断口。DP980钢和DP980钢激光焊接接头的疲劳裂纹扩展区均有明显的疲劳条带,并伴随有二次裂纹。  相似文献

For the study of the DP980 steel high cycle fatigue property, high fatigue tests of DP980 steel and DP980 steel laser welded joints were carried out with fatigue testing machine, the Basquin equation was concluded. Microstructures and fractures were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that DP980 steel laser welding joints have the weld concavity at the welding root and top, the quality of welded joints is medium. The fatigue limit of DP980 steel is 341MPa, the fatigue limit of DP980 steel laser welded joint is 148MPa, the fatigue limit decreases by 50% compared with the fatigue limit of the base metal. For DP980 steel, the crystal boundary of the ferrite/martensite is the main location of micro cracks initiation, the fatigue fracture of DP980 steel is the quasi cleavage fracture. For DP980 steel laser welding joints, the fatigue cracks initiation is located in the weld concavity, not in the heat affected zone, the fatigue fracture is cleavage fracture. DP980 steel and DP980 steel laser welding joints crack propagation is characterized by the obviously fatigue striations coupled with secondary cracks.  相似文献

采用中频逆变点焊机对1.8mm厚TWIP980钢板进行了点焊工艺研究,分析了焊接工艺参数对钢板点焊性能的影响规律,确定了TWIP980钢板的点焊工艺参数和焊接工艺窗口。结果表明:焊前预热200ms的工艺可以避免产生焊接飞溅,焊后锻压工艺明显增加了熔核尺寸和焊点强度,消除了缩孔缺陷,扩大了焊接工艺参数的调节范围。  相似文献

摘要:为了进一步提高冷轧双相钢DP980的强塑性,采用低C-Si-Mn-Nb-Cr成分,通过调整连续退火工艺参数,系统研究了工艺组织性能的关系,利用OM、SEM、EBSD分析了不同退火温度条件下各相的比例、尺寸、形貌、分布,同时利用力学拉伸试验手段研究了连退两相区退火温度对强塑性的影响。结果表明,通过优化调整连续退火工艺,不仅可以在冷轧铁素体和马氏体双相钢的组织上获得少量的残余奥氏体,也能细化再结晶晶粒,最终获得ReL/Rm≤0.5、高伸长率A50≥15%的冷轧DP980,提高强塑性的同时改善了成型性能。  相似文献

Three different types of tensile strength( TS) 980 MPa grade advanced high-strength steels used in automotive applications,namely,980 MS( martensite steel),980DP( dual phase) and 980QP( quenching and partitioning) steels were examined. The delayed fracture resistance of the steels was evaluated using a U-bend test,slowstrain rate test( SSRT) and a constant load tensile test. The results indicated that all the steels could pass the300h HCl solution immersion test and none of the U-bend specimens was fractured in the test. However,the steels exhibited different susceptibilities to delayed fracture under SSRT and the constant load tensile tests. 980 DP exhibited the highest resistance to delayed fracture among all the samples,while 980 MS was found to be the most susceptible to delayed fracture.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper aims at investigating the correlation between metallurgical and mechanical characteristics of DP980 dual phase steel resistance spot welds with attention focused on the transition in failure mode from interfacial to pullout mode during the tensile shear test. It was studied whether the conventional/industrial weld size criteria can produce pullout failure modes for DP980 spot welds. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental results, there is a minimum fusion zone size which beyond that the interfacial failure mode is avoided. Results showed that by increasing welding current, pullout failure mode was promoted due to increasing the fusion zone size and encouraging martensite tempering in subcritical heat affected zone (HAZ). Fusion zone size was proved to be key factor controlling mechanical properties of DP980 welds in terms of peak load, ductility and failure energy.

Ce document vise à examiner la corrélation entre les caractéristiques métallurgiques et mécaniques de soudures par points par résistance de l’acier biphasé DP980, en mettant l’accent sur la transition du mode de défaillance de mode d’interface à mode par arrachement lors de l’essai de traction-cisaillement. On voulait savoir si les critères conventionnels ou industriels de taille de la soudure pouvaient produire des modes de défaillance par arrachement des soudures par points de DP980. L’analyse théorique et les résultats expérimentaux indiquent qu’il y a une taille minimale de la zone de fusion au-delà de laquelle on évite le mode de défaillance d’interface. Les résultats ont montré qu’en augmentant le courant de soudage, le mode de défaillance par arrachement était favorisé, à cause de l’augmentation de la taille de la zone de fusion et de l’encouragement du revenu de la martensite dans la HAZ sous critique. On a démontré que la taille de la zone de fusion constituait une composante clé contrôlant les propriétés mécaniques des soudures de DP980 en ce qui a trait à la charge de pointe, à la ductilité et à l’énergie de défaillance.  相似文献

 汽车轻量化后对安全性和碰撞吸能性提出了更高要求,从而促进了高强、吸能材料及其拼接技术的发展。以汽车安保件之一的汽车B柱为研究对象,采用能满足要求的DP980双相钢和22MnB5热冲压成型钢异种材料进行激光拼焊,研究焊接热输入对焊接接头显微组织与力学性能的影响。通过保持激光输出功率不变(1.3 kW)改变焊接速度的方法控制焊接热输入,考察焊接热输入与拼焊接头组织和力学性能之间的关系。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度测试仪和拉伸试验机研究接头不同亚区的组织和性能。结果表明,当焊接速度为16~26 mm/s时,均获得了完整而无缺陷的熔化区组织;随着焊接速度的提高,不仅焊缝表面凹陷逐步改善,并且焊接热影响区宽度也随之减小。硬度测试表明,接头中存在明显的软化区域,主要分布在DP980侧热影响区的回火区和不完全相变区,而DP980侧热影响区的细晶区、粗晶区、22MnB5侧热影响区以及焊缝金属区的硬度则有所增加,形成了焊接接头的硬化区。拼焊接头在能形成完整接头的条件下抗拉强度保持为576~597 MPa,断裂均发生在22MnB5侧的母材区,断裂时有明显的颈缩现象;接头断后伸长率为11.9%~15.5%,介于DP980母材(11%)和22MnB5(22%)母材的断后伸长率之间;研究还表明,焊接热输入越大,焊接接头相同区域的组织越粗大。  相似文献

The application of advanced high strength steels in automotive industry has highlighted the need for research into spot weldability of these steels.Using weld lobe diagrams,the spot weldability of DP600 steel was found to be poor with conventional weld schedules.An enhanced weld schedule consisting of two pulses with reduced current on the second pulse gave a substantial increase in the lobe width;the first pulse removed the zinc coating and the second pulse controlled the nugget growth.A data acquisition system was designed to monitor weld expulsion during the weld operation.Of the three possible control strategies proposed,especially with AC welding equipment,the dynamic resistance signal is easily obtained and the least expensive.Expulsion phenomena,microstructural characterization and mechanical properties of spot-welded hot dipped galvanized DP600 steel and interstitial free steel were investigated.Further work on dissimilar welds in DP 600 and HSLA 350 was also conducted with emphasis on tensile and fatigue properties and fracture characteristics.The performance of dissimilar spot welds was different from that of the similar spot welds in each of the HSLA350 and DP600 steels.The DP600 weld properties played a dominating role in the hardness and tensile properties of the dissimilar spot welds.However,the fatigue performance of the dissimilar welds was similar to that of the HSLA welds.Details will be presented at the conference.  相似文献

This paper introduces the cold-rolled DP590 high strength automotive steel sheets produced by Sougang Steel,which involve two different composition systems,one with high Al content and the other with C-Si-Mn.These two materials are pot-welded and the optimized welding current range and the best welding current are obtained.Both the two kinds of materials welding current’s scope is 1 800 A,but the current of C-Si-Mn system DP590 is 1 400 A higher then the high Al content one’ s;when these two kind of materials are welded with the optimal current,the nugget can be get by no defect.There have some difference in these two base materials.High Al DP590 has a bandy metallurgical structure compose with ferrite and martensite,the volume fraction of martensite is 8%,the grain size is 10.5.C-Si-Mn system DP590 compose with ferrite and martensite also while the volume fraction of martensite is 9%,the grain size is 9.5.Weld structure of high Al DP590 are bainite and lath martensite when C-Si-Mn system DP590’s is lath martensite only.The variation of HV is same for these two materials nugget,the length of the are both 10 mm,there have no soft zone in the weld scope.The HV of the both materials are the same of 210 -220.The HV of high Al DP590 weld scope is 280,when C-Si-Mn system DP590 is much more then it with 425.After test these two welded sample get the same failure modes,the maximum shearing resistance and maximum positive tension of high Al DP590 are both less than the C-Si-Mn system DP590.  相似文献

Failure experiments were carried out through a stretch-bending test system for advanced high strength steels, i.e. dual-phase (DP) steels and martensitic steels (MS). The die radius in this system was designed from 1 to 15 mm to investigate the failure mode under different geometries. Two failure modes were observed during the ex- periments. As a result, critical relative radii (the ratio of inner bending radius R to sheet thickness t) for DP590 and DP780 steels were obtained. The stretch-bending tests of DP980 display some trends unlike DP590 and DP780 steels, and curve of DP980 in different thicknesses does not coincide well. High blank holder force exhibits more possibility of shear fracture tendency than low blank holder force. The unique character of high strength martensitic steel (1500MS) is that no shear fracture is found especially over small bending radius (R =2 mm) under the same experi- mental conditions. Microstructure analysis indicates that there are obviously elongated grains on shear fracture sur- face. It shows smaller diameter and shallower depth of the dimples than the necking failure.  相似文献

为了研究DP980钢的焊接性能,采用3种不同的激光焊接工艺进行焊接试验。结果表明,熔融区为板条马氏体,热影响区为马氏体、铁素体和回火马氏体,随着热输入增加,上下表面的熔宽逐渐增大,强塑积逐渐减小,热影响区的软化程度逐渐恶化。从熔融区到母材,显微硬度的变化趋势是先降低后升高。焊接接头静态拉伸失效位置均在亚临界热影响区,拉伸断口为韧性断口,随着热输入增加,杯状韧窝逐渐转变为较大的抛物线状韧窝,通过分析不同热输入条件下焊接接头的静态拉伸应变场云图,可知在塑性变形阶段,熔融区两侧呈双峰形貌,随着热输入的增加,软化区的面积逐渐增大,颈缩易出现在熔融区两侧的软化区部位。  相似文献

摘要:为了研究退火温度对镀锌DP980+Z烘烤硬化值的影响,退火温度控制在760~820℃之间,系统分析退火温度对烘烤硬化值的影响。通过准静态拉伸试验机测量烘烤硬化值及抗拉强度,采用lepara试剂对组织中的马氏体进行着色,利用金相显微镜及图像处理软件测量马氏体的体积分数;采用扫描电镜观察DP980+Z的双相组织特点,并且将组织图片通过CAD转化成有限元图进行网格划分,建立代表性体积单元(RVE),通过有限元分析铁素体、马氏体强度对烘烤硬化值的影响。在同样的变形量情况下,DP980+Z的原始屈服强度越高,烘烤硬化值越高。  相似文献

以C-Si-Mn系TRIP钢成分为基础,设计了四种不同Si和Mn含量的合金成分,并采用不同两相区奥氏体化温度的淬火—配分(QP)工艺进行处理,得到了兼具高强度和高塑性的QP钢。其中,当奥氏体化温度为820℃时,0.18C-1.8Si-2.2Mn(质量分数,%)钢和0.18C-1.8Si-2.5Mn钢在抗拉强度达到1 000 MPa以上的同时断后延伸率仍不低于20%,显示了极佳的强塑性结合。利用SEM和XRD等对热处理材料的显微组织进行了表征,结果显示,其显微组织为铁素体、板条马氏体和一定量的残余奥氏体,残余奥氏体多呈块状且被铁素体所包围,且奥氏体化温度为820℃时,材料中的残余奥氏体含量和平均碳浓度均较高。更多且稳定的残余奥氏体在变形过程中发生TRIP效应,可以在不显著降低材料强度的情况下更有效地改善材料的塑性,这也是四种试验用钢经820℃的QP工艺处理后显示出更佳强塑性结合的主要原因。  相似文献

The microstructural features that control the impact toughness of weld metals of a 980 MPa 8 pct Ni high-strength steel are investigated using instrumented Charpy V tester, optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD), and finite-element method (FEM) calculation. The results show that the critical event for cleavage fracture in this high-strength steel and weld metals is the propagation of a bainite packet-sized crack across the packet boundary into contiguous packets, and the bainitic packet sizes control the impact toughness. The high-angle misorientation boundaries detected in a bainite packet by EBSD form fine tear ridges on fracture surfaces. However, they are not the decisive factors controlling the cleavage fracture. The effects of Ni content are essential factors for improving the toughness. The extra large cleavage facets seriously deteriorate the toughness, which are formed on the interfaces of large columnar crystals growing in welding pools with high heat input.  相似文献

主要针对酸连轧机组高牌号无取向硅钢焊接工艺进行研究分析,明确了影响高牌号无取向硅钢焊缝质量的关键主控因素:焊接速度、拼缝间隙、退火电流、离焦量等,同时研究了不同硅含量的硅钢品种在不同退火电流下的实际焊缝微观形貌,发现不同硅钢品种的自身性能对焊缝通过性有较大影响。针对研究分析过程中发现的问题提出了改进意见,并提高了实际生产的焊缝通过率。  相似文献
