研究了不同粒度的矾土基电熔锆刚玉对Al2O3-MgO浇注料常规物理性能、高温机械性能及抗渣性的影响。结果表明:矾土基电熔锆刚玉细粉(〈0.074mm)或1-0mm颗粒的加入对Al2O3-MgO浇注料的常温性能和热震稳定性影响不大;而3~1mm锆刚玉颗粒的加入对浇注料的常温强度有负面影响,但明显提高了浇注料的抗热震性,浇注料的残余强度保持率显著提高。不同粒度矾土基锆刚玉的加入对浇注料的高温抗折强度和抗渣性能影响不大。  相似文献

Low-creep andalusite bricks are characterized by high refractoriness under load, good anti-creep property, high mechanical strength, low porosity, good thermal shock resistance, etc. In this study, low-creep andalusite brick specimens were investigated in the lab using mullite, bauxite and andalusite. Andalusite with the different panicle sizes were used in the experiment and the specimen with the best property was selected as the production standard. In addition, the industrial produced low-creep andalusite bricks were compared with other low-creep bricks. The results show that the developed low-creep andalusite bricks is an excellent material for hot blast stove.  相似文献

以铝矾土(3.35mm~0.425mm和≤150μm)为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备出了一种氧化铝含量在70%以上的喷涂料。将试样经110%干燥后,每隔100%设置一次烧结试验。测定试样经过不同热处理温度后的体积密度、线性变化率、抗折强度和耐压强度。结果表明,研制出的高铝喷涂料在高温下具有较优良的性能。  相似文献

以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合系统,分别研究了不同粘土含量对铝矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。结果表明,铝矾土基喷涂料经过110℃烘干和1000℃热处理后,线收缩率随着粘土含量的增加而增大;经过1300℃热处理后,材料的膨胀率随着粘土含量的增加逐渐减小,最终出现收缩;经过1500℃热处理后,当粘土的质量分数大于2.5%时,随着粘土含量的增加材料收缩率减小。铝矾土基喷涂料经过1000℃和1300℃热处理后,抗折强度和耐压强度随着粘土含量的增加而增加;经过1500℃热处理后,抗折强度和耐压强度随着粘土含量的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化规律。  相似文献

The paper describes the ries with high thermal shock development of brick seresistance and low creep rate for hot blast stove, including research target and research plan on the basis of analysis on how to enhance the thermal shock resistance and to lower creep rate of the bricks. Efforts have been made on the selection of starting materials such as corundum, mullite, andalusite and sillimanite etc., together with some measures taken on multi-grade formulation, homogenizing of the matrix of bricks and addition of some special additives. The results indicated that the bricks were with characteristics such as higher thermal shock resistance of 〉 30 cycles under quenching in water from 1000℃, and creep rate of 0. 2 under 1400℃ for 20 -50hrs with load of 0.2 MPa. Now a series of products of this kind have been developed and produced. The application of the products in Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. showed very prospective results. Now most of domestic large sized blast furnaces say ≥- 1000m^3, including those of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co. , have selected the series products made by Gongyi No. 5 Refractories Head Factory(GYWN) for their hot blast stoves.  相似文献

The microstructure of high chrome bricks made at dif-ferent sintering temperature are analyzed by SEM. The re-sults indicate that the sintering temperature of high chromebricks has an optimum range, it is not the higher, the ber-ter. The high chrome. bricks made at this sintering temper-ature have the moderate crystal size in the matrix and ofdense structure. The closed bonding structure could be ob-tained between grains and matrix and no crackle occurred.The high chrome bricks with this microstructure have thebest dynamic properties.  相似文献

以焦宝石颗粒及细粉为主要原料,以硅微粉、铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,研究了不同热处理温度对焦宝石基喷涂料性能的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,焦宝石基喷涂料的体积密度无明显变化,线变化率随热处理温度的提高而增大。焦宝石基喷涂料的抗折强度和耐压强度随着热处理温度的提高呈现先减小后增大的趋势。  相似文献

基于我国存在大量高铁铝土矿的现状,对高铁铝土矿进行了低温磁化焙烧-磁选工艺的研究。经过大量的试验,研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、煤矿比以及磁场强度、给矿时间、液固比对实验结果的影响。该工艺与高温处理高铁铝土矿的工艺相比,大大降低了能耗,节约成本,同时能综合利用此类矿中的铁和铝,取得了较理想的效果。  相似文献

以97电熔镁砂和95鳞片状石墨为主要原料,添加金属铝粉和硅粉,以酚醛树脂为结合剂,制备了含铝镁碳砖,研究了二氧化锰加入量对试样高温抗折强度的影响,并借助X-射线衍射仪,扫描电镜等对试样物相和显微结构进行检测.结果表明:试样高温抗折强度在MnO2加入量0.5%时和未加入时相等,随着二氧化锰加入量的增大,试样高温抗折强度减小;在试样中加入二氧化锰,由于二氧化锰分解释放出氧气,抑制了铝粉的碳化和氮化,而直接氧化为氧化铝,部分转化为镁铝(锰铝)复合尖晶石,体积膨胀,结构致密;部分和基质中氧化钙、二氧化硅等杂质生成了低熔物,也促进了结构的致密化;但是随着二氧化锰量的增大,释放氧气过多,部分石墨被氧化,气孔率增大,并且生成的液相量增加,又使得试样高温抗折强度减小.  相似文献
