尾门装饰条受热胀冷缩影响,容易变形或断裂;针对某车型尾门装饰条变形的现状,利用理论和实际相结合以及CAE分析手段分析在不同工况下尾门装饰条的变化量,综合查找导致装饰条变形原因,并根据具体原因制定整改对策,根据装饰条热胀冷缩的原理,对策主要包含两个方面,一是变形量得到释放,二是改善尾门装饰条本身的变形量;这两个方面的实施改善了尾门装饰条变形的问题。 相似文献

某载货汽车后驱动桥采用中段铸造两端插管式的后桥壳总成,其使用过程中出现变形、弯曲、渗油的问题。研究此类后桥壳总成变形弯曲问题主要从桥壳垂直弯曲疲劳、静强度和刚度试验、制造误差引起套管壁厚不均匀的桥壳强度与刚度的CAE分析、插管处过盈量增大对变形量的影响这些方面着手。经过分析可知,由于长期承受繁重的冲击载荷,服役环境恶劣,此种结构后桥壳总成往往先表现出变形弯曲及渗油的现象。通过研究分析进一步深入了解到,此种结构后桥壳总成薄弱位置在套管与铸造减壳过渡的地方,此处截面积变化大,施加载荷后此处应力也最大,整体桥壳的刚性相比其他结构桥壳差,为产品设计开发的最初结构选型提供很好的指导意义;当机加工过程引起的套管壁厚不均匀在一定范围内时,经CAE分析对后桥壳总成的刚性无明显影响,但其强度有所降低,应采用适合的加工工艺以减小制造偏差,并加严控制套管原材料的壁厚差;插管处的过盈量增大可以提高防松脱能力,但对提升桥壳刚性和强度基本没有贡献,无法解决桥壳变形引起的渗油问题。 相似文献

饲料冷却器是降低热饲料温度的一种换热器,格栅作为饲料冷却器中的主要结构,主要起到支撑冷却器以及排料的作用。在饲料的生产加工过程中发现,由于饲料冷却器三层格栅的变形不匹配,容易导致冷却器中的饲料发生卡料现象。通过对饲料冷却器的现场测试,获得了各层格栅的变形及平均应力分布情况。根据测试得到的数据,运用ANSYS有限元程序反推格栅各层的载荷分布规律。在此基础上,对格栅结构进行了改进设计,改善了饲料冷却器的卡料问题。 相似文献

针对熔融沉积薄壁件易产生翘曲变形的问题,采用建立翘曲变形数学模型,设计正交试验,极差分析的方法,对沉积厚度、喷头温度、托盘温度以及填充率4个工艺参数进行研究,得出各参数对翘曲变形量影响的重要因子。结果表明,沉积厚度0.4mm,喷嘴温度225℃,托盘温度70℃,填充率20%时,此时薄壁件的翘曲变形量最小,翘曲量0.392 mm。因此,影响翘曲变形的主次顺序:沉积厚度>喷嘴温度>托盘温度>填充率,理论分析与实验结果一致,并得出各工艺参数对翘曲量的变化。优化设计后工艺参数,产品的翘曲变形量减小86.2%,为成型薄壁件过程减少翘曲变形提供一定参考。 相似文献

为了研究轴向转动孔的流动特性,在旋转试验台上对轴向进气与预旋45°进气的轴向转动孔,进行了不同压比(1.05~1.3)与不同转速(0~9000r/min)下流动特性的实验研究。研究结果表明:随着压比增加,轴向进气转动孔流量系数增加,最大增幅为12.74%;而预旋45°进气时,流量系数先增后减,最大变化幅度为21%。随着转速增加,轴向进气转动孔流量系数降低,最大降幅为24.02%;而预旋45°进气时,流量系数先增后减,最大变化幅度为14.4%。同压比下,气流预旋45°进气时流量系数随转速变化的幅度显著小于轴向进气,流量大小更加稳定。 相似文献

The objective of this paper is to develop a Taguchi optimization method for low surface roughness in terms of process parameters
when milling the mold surfaces of 7075-T6 aluminum material. Considering the process parameters of feed, cutting speed, axial-radial
depth of cut, and machining tolerance, a series of milling experiments were performed to measure the roughness data. A regression
analysis was applied to determine the fitness of data used in the Taguchi optimization method using milling experiments based
on a full factorial design. Taguchi orthogonal arrays, signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are used
to find the optimal levels and the effect of the process parameters on surface roughness. A confirmation experiment with the
optimal levels of process parameters was carried out in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Taguchi method. It can
be concluded that Taguchi method is very suitable in solving the surface quality problem of mold surfaces. 相似文献

Temperature control of a rubber injection mold is important for the dimensional accuracy of the product. In this study, the arrangement of mold heater cartridges was optimized by using finite element analysis (FEA) and experiments. First, a heat transfer analysis was performed about the rubber mold currently used in a factory. The locations of heater cartridges were modified based on the analytic results. A FE analysis was then performed to improve the rubber mold and experiments were conducted to validate the FE analysis. The FE analysis was in good agreement with the experimental results. Design factors were selected for the arrangement of heater cartridges. Based on parametric analysis, we propose an optimal design method for the arrangement of heater cartridges in the rubber injection mold, thereby improving the outsole mold design. 相似文献

Over the past quarter century, much effort has been devoted to the design and development of simulation modeling languages,
and to methods for the development of simulation models themselves. Less effort, however, has been expended on the design
of the experimental models upon which simulation studies are based. This paper describes a methodology for the determination
of near optimal solutions considering experimental design and simulation modeling. Using this methodology, simulation scenarios
are created and analyzed using an analysis of variance (ANOVA)-based experimental design. This paper also presents an application
