石化工业是高能耗行业,发展面临资源紧缺的约束。基于信息化和工业化深度融合的能源管理系统,大幅度提高了能源的定量管理水平,在支撑企业节能方面应用前景广阔。中国石化应用信息技术构建能源管理信息系统促进企业实现节能,取得了较好的效果。论文阐述了能源优化系统的整体规划,并基于石化业务特点进行了能源优化系统的功能设计。以蒸汽动力优化系统为例,分析了优化系统的业务功能,并从机理模型构建、数据检测、数据校验、在线优化以及在线模型校验等方面论述了优化流程。最后,从中国石化下属的三家试点企业的应用成效出发,为石化企业推进节能降耗信息化建设提供参考。 相似文献

The wet hemihydrate phosphoric acid process was modeled and simulated with some assumptions and simplifications. The process
consisted of grinding unit, reaction section, filtration section, and hydration unit and steady-state operation was assumed.
Modeling was based on actual operation data and models for each unit were combined to form the overall closed system. Results
of simulations showed that the model developed in this study described the behavior of actual plant very well. Various sensitivity
analyses for the fundamental parameters were performed using the model. In grinding section, the effect of specific breakage
rate on particle size distribution was examined. It was possible to regulate the temperature of slurry at reaction and hydration
stage by using slurry recycle ratio. The effects of the recycle ratio on phosphoric acid concentration were also investigated. 相似文献

The vast amount of hydrocarbon gas deposited in the earth's crust as gas hydrates has significant implications for future energy supply and global climate. A 3-D simulator for methane hydrate formation and dissociation in porous media is developed for designing and interpreting laboratory and field hydrate experiments. Four components (hydrate, methane, water and salt) and five phases (hydrate, gas, aqueous-phase, ice and salt precipitate) are considered in the simulator. The intrinsic kinetics of hydrate formation or dissociation is considered using the Kim-Bishnoi model. Water freezing and ice melting are tracked with primary variable switch method (PVSM) by assuming equilibrium phase transition. Mass transport, including two-phase flow and molecular diffusions, and heat transfer involved in formation or dissociation of hydrates are included in the governing equations, which are discretized with finite volume difference method and are solved in a fully implicit manner. The developed simulator is used here to study the formation and the dissociation of hydrates in laboratory-scale core samples. In hydrate formation from the system of gas and ice (G+I) and in hydrate dissociation systems where ice appears, the equilibrium between aqueous-phase and ice (A-I) is found to have a “blocking” effect on heat transfer when salt is absent from the system. Increase of initial temperature (at constant outlet pressure), introduction of salt component into the system, decrease of outlet pressure, and increase of boundary heat transfer coefficient can lead to faster hydrate dissociation. 相似文献

In recent years, many research activities have been carried out on effective use of natural gas. The first step for this process, however, is converting natural gas to synthesis gas (syngas). Natural gas reforming process by means of a reformer furnace is commonly used for syngas and hydrogen production.
In this paper a windows-based software, RIPI-RefSim, is introduced. By using rigorous heat, mass, kinetic and thermodynamic models as well as taking into account the effect of catalyst shape, the software has been developed in order to provide reformer furnace simulation for syngas and hydrogen production. RIPI-RefSim can be used in three different modes (rating, simulation and design) and provides a detailed understanding of furnace performance, product characteristics, temperature, reaction rates and pressure drop profiles, effect of catalyst shape, and so on. 相似文献
