通过建立弹片的三维立体模型,运用名义应力法并结合材料的S-N曲线,在ansys/workbench中对其进行静力分析和疲劳分析,得到弹片内部应力和总位移云图以及疲劳寿命云图等。分析结果和装机试验表明,弹片的分析结果基本符合实际,没有出现问题。 相似文献

针对某型轿车后轴在可靠性试验时扭杆断裂的问题,通过有限元分析的方法对其结构强度进行仿真分析。参照后轴疲劳试验条件,在疲劳试验极限位置,以强迫位移加载方式,对其进行结构强度分析及疲劳分析,通过仿真计算结果与台架疲劳试验及可靠性试验破坏结果的对比,得出了后轴疲劳断裂的原因,并提出了相应的改进方法。将改进后的后轴重复上述结构强度和疲劳分析过程,得到相对可靠的分析结果,在接下来的路况可靠性试验中未出现疲劳破坏现象。此方法也为后轴的后续改进设计提供了理论依据。 相似文献

针对传动轴系动载荷变化难以准确用数学函数描述的问题,基于刚体动力学理论,综合考虑轴系刚性与弹性振动特性,提出近似求解动载荷的分析方法,建立轴系动载荷分析模型。通过分析现有油膜轴承试验装置中传动轴系的机械结构组成,推导传动轴系在启制动工况突变时的动载系数计算公式;根据传动轴系的结构参数,确定动载系数取值范围;同时给出该动载系数模型在工程应用中的典型形式。计算表明:轴系在启制动之前,相比没有静压润滑的情况,使用静压润滑的油膜轴承的动载系数相对较小,振动对其油膜稳定性的影响较小。 相似文献

The axle drive shaft has important roles such as transferring power and changing the steering angle between the axle and the wheel in a power train system. It is used in most heavy construction machinery, where a high degree of reliability is required in the power train system. However, for axle drive shafts with a long span axle, failures are common at the snap ring cut that is machined on the drive shaft when there is significant fatigue damage under repeated loading conditions. Stress relief grooves have been applied at the snap ring cut to reduce the stress concentration and improve the fatigue life of an axle drive shaft. Although several studies have described how the stress concentration can be reduced by the stress relief grooves, details of the geometries of the stress relief grooves have been subject to debate and even controversy. We investigated the effects of the stress relief grooves on the stress concentration, and estimated the fatigue life of the drive shaft by using finite element analysis, taking into account the geometric parameters such as size and location of the stress relief grooves. As a result, the stress relief grooves presented by non-dimensional geometric parameters for an r/h = 1.2 and a d/b = 2.0 enabled a 22.3% reduction of the stress concentration, and a maximum improvement in the fatigue life that was approximately 3.3 times that of drive shaft with no stress relief grooves applied. These can be an index for selecting optimal geometric shapes of the stress relief grooves. 相似文献

随着风电机组服役时间的逐年增长,早期投产的风电机组陆续出现主轴的疲劳断裂事故。本文结合国内某风电场的NTK300风电机组主轴断裂问题,对断裂主轴进行宏观和微观断口分析,结果表明:风电机组主轴在额定工况载荷作用下,虽工作应力水平较低,应力集中不明显,但长期服役后仍可能发生疲劳断裂。同时,通过有限元分析发现,额定工况载荷作用下的主轴在断裂位置处应力分布相对集中。通过主轴高周疲劳断面SEM图片的对比发现,主轴在断裂位置的轴向截面应力分布梯度与某一时刻疲劳裂纹萌生和扩张的方向基本一致。 相似文献

以有限元法为基础,在建立驱动桥桥壳的有限元力学模型的基础上,先借助有限元软件ANSYS的瞬态动力学分析找出桥壳上的危险点,再通过ANSYS-Fatigue疲劳分析模块对桥壳进行疲劳寿命分析,得到桥壳整体的疲劳寿命分布。桥壳的危险部位主要分布于圆弧过渡区域,与台架实验结果基本一致。从而验证了有限元软件对驱动桥壳理论分析的正确性,为驱动桥壳的设计和相关性能的分析提供了一种方法。 相似文献

Cracks in mechanical components produce changes in their behaviour like increases of displacements or decreases of frequencies due to the flexibility increase. Some works related to the analysis of the behaviour of cracked shafts consider the front of the transversal fatigue cracks to be straight, but experience says that the front of these kind of cracks is approximately elliptical. Many expressions have been given for the flexibility of a cracked shaft with a straight front whereas, for elliptical cracks, only an approximate expression for the flexibility has been found in the literature. In the present work, flexibility expressions for cracked shafts having elliptical cracks are obtained, based on the polynomial fitting of the stress intensity factors, taking into account the size and shape of the elliptical cracks showing results according with reality. The static displacements in bending of the shaft for different support conditions have been calculated. The comparisons between these results and those obtained by FEM analysis and by experimental tests show that the closed-form expressions for the flexibility give us a very good approximation to the behaviour of the cracked shaft. 相似文献
