中间包镁质干式振动料的研究和应用

以烧结镁砂颗粒和电熔镁砂细粉为主要原料,分别研究了结合剂加入量,促烧结剂加入量及细粉加入量对镁质干式振动料强度的影响。结果表明：在此实验条件下,结合剂加入量在5％,促烧结剂在1％～1.5％,细粉加入量在30％左右时干式料强度较好。在此基础上研制的干式料在某钢厂现场使用获得成功。     

高炉及热风炉炉壳保护层的新颖喷涂料

武汉冶金建筑研究所和有关单位研制了一种用做高炉炉壳内侧保护层的喷涂料.这种喷涂料选用了膨胀珍珠岩作骨料,高铝粉作掺合料,矾土水泥为结合剂,外加Li矿化剂.该所对这种喷涂料进行了配比和矿化剂加入量确定的试验.所研制的喷涂料高温绝热性能良好,热面1300℃时导热系数为0.47千卡/米·时·度,可在1300℃下安全使用,烧后体积密度1.7克/厘米~3.通过实验室模拟试验表明,50毫米厚的喷涂层就能使相当于炉壳的钢板表面温度稳定在220℃以     

连铸中间包镁钙喷涂料的性能改善研究

研究了连铸中间包镁钙喷涂料的CaO的引入方式、结合剂的选择、添加剂、纤维的选择、纸纤维的加入量、喷涂料线变化率的控制等对喷涂料性能的影响.使用表明,该喷涂料具有良好的性能:施工性能良好,自然干燥及烘烤过程中,无裂纹、不剥落;能减少钢水夹杂;对钢水和渣的抗侵蚀性能好,满足连浇6～8炉钢的要求;用后喷涂层易与永久衬分离、且内衬砖砖况良好.     

热风炉用耐火喷涂料的开发与应用

介绍了以高铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,辅以硅微粉和少量复合添加剂研制喷涂料的试验过程,研究了水泥、硅微粉、复合添加剂加入量对喷涂料物理性能及施工性能的影响,确定了最佳加入量。经生产应用验证,研制开发的喷涂料具有理化性能优良、材料输送性和润湿性好、粘结性强、反弹率低等特点,能满足热风炉风管和预热室使用环境及要求。     

中小高炉主铁沟无沥青捣打料的研制

以Ａｌ２Ｏ３＞８０％的高铝熟料和ＳｉＣ＞９０％的碳化硅为主要原料，加入适量的炭素材料、抗氧化剂及复合结合剂等研究出无沥青中小高炉主铁沟捣打料。该捣打料应用在出铁温度为１４５０℃的３００ｍ＾３高炉主铁沟，不修补使用８天，通铁量为８０００ｔ。使用结果表明，该料具有无污染、强度大、耐冲刷、热震稳定性好等特点，是理想的中小高炉用捣打料。     

回转窑预热器用喷涂料的研制与应用

以二级甲矾土熟料及特级特级矾土熟料为主要原料、矾土水泥为结合剂,添加适量的增塑剂、促凝剂制成的石灰窑预热器用喷涂料试样。试验结果表明:随着矾土水泥加入量的增加,喷涂料的815℃烧后强度先增加后下降,矾土水泥的适宜加入量为4a%。随着SiO2微粉加入量的增加喷涂料815℃烧后强度逐渐增加,其适宜加入量为3b%左右;随着促凝剂加入量的增加,试样初凝时间缩短,结合现场施工要求,认为其加入量以2c%~3c%为宜。研制的喷涂料应用于某公司日产600 t活性石灰回转窑预热器,使用效果良好。     

炉喉喷涂技术在本钢4号高炉上的应用

本钢二铁厂4号高炉(1070m~3)采用料罐供料,入炉原料结构为90％热烧结矿 10％竖炉球团矿。第七代炉役于1992年11月3日开炉投产,至今已连续生产6年半时间,没有进行中修,仅在1997年8月16日借更换大钟的机会,深空料线至风口,将风口以上部位的炉衬进行一次喷涂造衬。喷涂后投产13个月,由于受各种因素的影响,4号高

武钢高炉使用澳大利亚矿石简况
