基于心形孔的Hy-Vo齿形链的啮合分析及其设计方法 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
基于Hy-Vo齿形链与链轮刚柔传动的啮合原理及其链轮滚刀与链轮的滚切原理,以Hy-Vo齿形链工作链板齿形视作滚刀法向齿形的设计理念,建立基于心形孔的Hy-Vo齿形链—链轮—刀具齿条的啮合设计体系;根据Hy-Vo齿形链链轮与刀具齿条的共轭啮合条件,提出当工作链板齿形角不等于渐开线齿形链轮压力角时的参数变换的啮合设计方法,并进行实例设计计算。通过171 h台架磨损试验,研究该新型Hy-Vo齿形链的耐磨特性,由于该新型Hy-Vo齿形链链板孔形状类似心形,组成异型销轴截面的各段圆弧均为外凸曲线,因而异型销轴与链板心形孔外侧曲线定位时,比圆形基准孔和长腰形基准孔更稳定,接触面积更大,该新型Hy-Vo齿形链具有较高的耐磨性,试验研究表明,这种新的啮合设计体系和设计方法是科学的,是切实可行的。 相似文献

基于精准的数学建模,分别构建了Hy-Vo齿形链链板-链轮啮合模型以及滚刀-链轮啮合模型,通过构造辅助链板,提出了一种基于啮合变异的Hy-Vo齿形链渐开线链轮变位系数的新算法。基于实例,计算了不同算法下的变位系数。基于链轮的范成法模拟加工技术,得到了不同算法下的实际加工链轮。通过测量不同半径下的齿宽,分析了不同算法下的实际齿形与设计齿形的齿形偏差。基于多体动力学仿真,分析了基于不同变位系数算法下的Hy-Vo齿形链传动系统的啮合特性。结果证明,这种Hy-Vo齿形链变位系数新算法可以有效降低Hy-Vo齿形链传动系统实际性能与理想性能之间的误差,不仅计算结果更加精准,并且适用于任何滚刀齿形角与链轮压力角变异组合。 相似文献

在分析Hy-Vo齿形链链节围在链轮轮齿上定位时其节距增量和当量边心距增量对链轮公法线长度影响的基础上,根据Hy-Vo齿形链与链轮的正确啮合条件,通过参数变化,建立了Hy-Vo齿形链—链轮—滚刀三者之间的啮合设计体系,提出了既适用于链板齿形角等于链轮压力角情况,也适用于链板齿形角不等于链轮压力角情况的Hy-Vo齿形链链轮公法线长度的计算方法。试验研究表明,这种新的计算方法是科学的,也是切实可行的。指出了大负变位、短齿、齿顶倒大圆角结构形式的Hy-Vo齿形链链轮公法线长度、跨测齿数的计算与修正方法。 相似文献

通过对汽车发动机链条进行高速磨损试验和道路行驶试验,研究了汽车发动机链条的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,试验后链条的套筒与内链板以及销轴与外链板之间的压出力和扭矩均有所下降,这就说明了微动磨损现象的存在。通过对磨斑形貌的分析,探讨了其磨损机制,表明粘着磨损、疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损是主要磨损机制。对汽车发动机链条微动损伤防护方法进行了探讨,表明通过对链板孔采用挤孔工艺,增加套筒与内链板,销轴与外链板的过盈配合量以及改进链板、销轴和套筒的表面处理工艺来提高其疲劳强度,可增加抗微动损伤的能力。 相似文献

Proper meshing of Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket is important for realizing the transmis- sion of the silent chain with more efficiency and less noise.Based on the study of the meshing theory of the Hy-Vo silent chain with the sprocket and the roll cutting machining principle of the sprocket with the hob,the proper conditions of the meshing for the Hy-Vo silent chain and the sprocket are put forward with the variable pitch characteristic of the Hy-Vo silent chain taken into consideration,and the proper meshing design method on the condition that the value of the link tooth pressure angle is unequal to the value of the sprocket tooth pressure angle is studied.Experiments show that this new design method is feasible.In addition,the design of the pitch,the sprocket tooth pressure angle and the fillet radius of the sprocket addendum circle are studied.It is crucial for guiding the design of the hob which cuts the Hy-Vo silent chain sprocket. 相似文献

定期滴油润滑的摩托车传动链道路行驶试验结果表明,滚子链套筒与销轴零件的主要磨损机制是磨粒磨损,并伴随有疲劳磨损的特征;在磨粒磨损机制下,一定范围内,套筒与销轴零件的初始表面硬度较高,渗层深度和心部硬度匹配合理,渗层硬度梯度较小,较佳的渗层及心部组织,都有利于改善其磨损表面形貌状态和耐磨性. 相似文献

The high-speed multi-cycle impact and speed, load fluctuant characteristics of a kind of narrow-width automotive engine oil-pump chain 06BN-1 are studied through engine assembly and road-drive tests to satisfy the light-weight demand of engine. The worn surface morphologies of rubbing area between pin, bush and roller are also analyzed based on scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main wear mechanism of automotive engine oil-pump chain is fatigue wear, and it's failure mechanism is the forming, extending and flaking of cracks on top layer of pin and bush. Pin and bush both occurred cycle-soften phenomenon, and roller occurred cycle-harden. Fretting wear is one of the most important "fall to pieces" failure causes of automotive chain. Ensuring sufficient strength and plasticity of roller, as well as adopting suitable shaping technology are the effective methods to increase its resistance to multi-cycle impact. 相似文献
