<正>Design Concept:Essential Architecture Essential Architecture Using pre-fabricated steel solutions,this concept has been designed to block the intense light of the sun,while admitting air circulation at all times.Cross ventilation is guaranteed by open interiors fitted with room dividers and shutters.Open,shaded platforms have been designed in the Brazilian housing tradition.The buildings have been designed"glass free"to respond to condensation issues during the more humid months in Brazil.设计理念:基本建筑采用预制钢结构,这个概念设计强调在阻挡强烈阳光的同时使得空气畅通。采用开阔的室内装饰,如房间分隔以及百页窗来保证交叉通风。考虑巴西住房的传统,设计了开放的、带有遮阳篷的平台。建筑物的"无玻璃"设计,可以很好地解决在潮湿月份中的结露问题,见图1。

Design Concept:Novo Zepelin Housing Development Living togetherThe concept places four small towers of nine floors, and two horizontal volumes along the sides of the land parcel, creating a central courtyard or backyard that can be used as a communal entertainment area and children's play area. Each dwelling unit has a terrace as a continuation of a living room and residents will have the option to create a larger terrace by expanding the module either side into the space of bedroom modules.

蓝七工作室,圣保罗,巴西

已故巴西艺术家多米尼克·卡拉布朗尼的雕塑工作室有93m2（1000平方英尺）,被改造为蓝七爵士乐团的练习室。利用数字化建模的算法软件,屋顶天花的声响板通过表面的不同大小和角度反射声音,在室内创造一个混合声景。多角度的声响板还为音乐家如何在房间内定位提供灵活性。     

马科斯·阿卡雅巴住宅,瓜鲁雅,圣保罗州,巴西

马科斯·阿卡雅巴住宅是另一种在斜坡上基于保护场地自然生态的建筑原型。它位于巴西圣保罗州海边的一座山脚下,海拔70m,距海滩150m。基地上植被茂盛,长满当地的Mata Atl塶tica树,六边形的建筑造型使得这些树木能够最终保留下来。屋顶和地面是预制在轻型混凝土里的三角形地砖。墙面和栏杆采用夹合板。向上生长的三角形树型建筑主体结构,由工业生产的木柱、木梁、钢索和节点组成,所有这些构件都轻而小,只需要4个工人用4个月的时间就建造完成,把对基地自然生态的破坏降至最低。三角形是一种稳定的自然形状,连续不间断开启的窗户能够允许空间…

Civic Building: Forte,Gimenes & Marcondes Ferraz Arquitetos (FGMF), São Paulo

São Paulo-based practice Forte, Gimenes & Marcondes Ferraz (FGMF) places particular importance on developing relationships between architecture, its environment and the user. This is apparent in its two projects featured here: the FDE Public School at Várzea Paulista, for which the firm created concrete brise-soleils ; and the Edifício Projeto Viver, a community building at Morumbi, which it retained as a gateway for the favela it serves. David Knafo Tagit Klimor,建筑师和城市规划师,以色列

Design Concept: "Agro-Housing Concept" Combining high-rise apartments with a vertical greenhouse within the same building, the agro-housing concept allows tenants to produce their own food,reducing the need to travel for food and providing a green neighbourhood. The green house is equipped with a drip irrigation system and natural ventilation and heating system and offers a diversity of spaces for the benefit of its inhabitants. Featuring steel facades, this light steel structure will be prefabricated and installed on site.The project has great potential for future development of sustainable communities in urban China.

Design Concept The concept proposes volumetric steel modules constructed from a fully welded hot and cold rolled steel frame, which will be used for the substructure of the dwellings. The pre-fabricated modules are factory built and fully fitted out prior to delivery to site. The proposed project places apartments in staggered, terrace arrangements. The design promotes flexibility through its modular design, and low costs through energy saving measures, a high degree of insulation and building orientation.

2007年9月24日，国际钢铁协会、宝山钢铁股份有限公司联合中国建筑学会、国家建筑材料展览中心在北京举行了“Living Steel第二届可持续住宅国际建筑设计大赛颁奖晚会”。晚会上宣布了中国地区设计竞赛的优胜者名单：以色列设计公司Knafo Klimor Architects凭借其“农业生态住宅”（Agro—Housing）这一钢结构住宅设计方案获得了本次大赛的冠军，并赢得五万欧元的大奖。     

Living Steel第二届可持续住宅国际建筑设计大赛揭晓

2007年9月24日,国际钢铁协会、宝山钢铁股份有限公司联合中国建筑学会、国家建筑材料展览中心在北京举行了"Living Steel第二届可持续住宅国际建筑设计大赛颁奖晚会"。晚会上宣布了中国地区设计竞赛的优胜者名单:以色列设计公司Knafo Klimor Architects凭借其"农业生态住宅"(Agro-Housing)这一钢结构住宅设计方案获得了本次大赛的冠军,并赢得五万欧元的大奖。国内清华大学和西南建筑设计研究院也凭借其创新性的设计方案获得1万欧元的入围奖。作为奖励和与Living Steel的共同约定,获胜住宅设计方案将会在Living Steel、宝钢和赛博思公司的共同合作下于2008年在武汉黄金口小区付诸实践。今年已经是Living Steel第二次组织可持续住宅国际建筑设计大赛。竞赛的主旨是通过建筑设计创新来满足住宅可持续发展的需求。本次大赛得到了国际建筑师协会(U/A)的鼎立
