人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子下骨折

转子下骨折的高龄患者,常合并多种基础性疾病,如采用内固定治疗,患者一般需卧床5至8周才能扶拐部分负重行走,仍易产生坠积性肺炎、褥疮、泌尿系感染、深静脉血栓等严重并发症。本文探讨运用人工半髋关节置换术治疗高龄患者股骨转子下骨折,旨在实现让患者早期下床功能锻炼,减少长期卧床并发症的目的。     

大直径球头-骨水泥型人工髋关节置换治疗帕金森患者股骨颈骨折12例

目的：探讨采用大直径球头-骨水泥型人工髋关节置换的方法,治疗老年帕金森患者股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性病例分析2007年1月至2010年10月收治的帕金森患者合并股骨颈骨折12例,男3例,女9例,年龄65岁至87岁,平均年龄76.17岁。假体类型：人工全髋关节假体2例,人工双极股骨头10例。置换后3个月随访,进行围置换期并发症、影像学、髋关节功能评分（Harris评分）等方法评价手术效果。结果：所有患者均安全度过围置换期,置换术后3周出现脱位1例,无深部感染及深静脉血栓形成,无围手术期死亡病例;骨盆平片上出现髋臼侧透亮线1例,无骨溶解、松动及股骨柄下沉;Harris评分：90分至100分3例,80分至89分5例,70分至79分3例,〈70分1例。结论：大直径球头-骨水泥型人工髋关节置换治疗老年帕金森患者股骨颈骨折可有效改善关节功能,减少并发症,降低脱位率,提高患者生活质量。     

A new way for measuring the apparent band gap narrowing in bipolar transistors

This paper describes a new way for measuring the apparent band gap narrowing in bipolar transistors with Si base or epitaxial Si_0.80Ge_0.20 base from the temperature dependence of the collector current J_C(T). A graph of ln J_C as a function of V_BE is plotted based on the data extracted from the linear region of the Gummel plot as the temperature is kept as a constant. We have obtained two lines of ln J_C–V_BE at temperature, 300 and 77 K, respectively. From the intersection point of the lines we can calculate the values of band gap narrowing in Si and Si_0.80Ge_0.20 bases, which are 41 and 151 meV, respectively. The results are in good agreement with the measured values in reference.     

Low voltage bipolar resistive switching in self-assembled PVDF nanodot network in capacitor like structures on Au/Cr/Si with Hg as a top electrode

In this letter, resistive switching phenomena in self-assembled nanodot network of Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer in a capacitor geometry of Hg/PVDF/Au/Cr/Si is investigated. A stable & bipolar resistive switching with a set voltage ranging from 0.35 V to 0.9 V & reset voltage with a range of −0.08 V to −0.25 V is detected. A practical resistance ratio between HRS and LRS of 10–25 may have great potential in organic memories. Possible mechanism for the bipolar switching is discussed with the filament type conduction mechanism. Furthermore, the low voltage switching is elucidated with the high current density associated filament formation and it is explicated using the parallel resistor model.

Short-circuit protection for an IGBT with detecting the gate voltage and gate charge

This paper proposes a new short-circuit protection method for an IGBT. The proposed method is characterized by detecting not only gate charge but also gate voltage of the IGBT. This results in a shorter protection time, compared to the previous method that detects only the gate charge. A real-time monitoring system using an FPGA, A/D converters, and a D/A converter is used for the proposed protection method. Experimental results verify that the proposed method achieves a protection time of 390 ns, which is reduced by 68% compared to the previous method.     

集成双极晶体管基区表面电势的二维模型及其应用

基区表面电特性对双极器件影响很大,本文建立了集成双极npn晶体管基区表面电势的二维模型。文中还通过对采用SiO_2膜和Si_3N_4-SiO_2双层膜一次钝化的电容(MOS和MNOS)和栅控npn晶体管的表面电特性的研究,发现SiO_2-Si_3N_4一次钝化膜能有效地减小基区表面电势。     

固体模块在真空粗抽控制电路中的应用

叙述了固体电子模块在真空粗抽泵、阀控制电路中的应用及其原理；同时还介绍一种在断电瞬间利用不同电器瞬态过程时差来改变继电器锁定状态的保护电路。     

Optimizing the conjugation between N,N′-dicarbazolyl-3,5-benzene and triphenylphosphine oxide as bipolar hybrids for highly efficient blue and single emissive layer white phosphorescent OLEDs

Two bipolar host materials, mCPpPO and mCPmPO have been synthesized by Ni(II)/Zn-catalyzed cross-coupling of diphenylphosphine oxide and corresponding aryl bromide. The photophysical properties, HOMO/LUMO orbital distribution and triplet levels of these host materials are investigated and optimized by tuning the linking modes between electron acceptor triphenylphosphine oxide and electron donor N,N′-dicarbazolyl-3,5-benzene (mCP). When mCP is linked to the meta-position of benzene of triphenylphosphine oxide, the hybrid (mCPmPO) shows much higher steric hinderance than the para-position linked analogue (mCPpPO) so that it possesses a higher triplet energy. Equipped with the bipolar transport properties, mCPmPO-based blue PhOLED doped FIrpic shows a maximum current efficiency (η_c,max) of 40.0 cd/A, a maximum power efficiency (η_p,max) of 39.7 lm/W, corresponding the maximum external quantum efficiency (η_EQE,max) of 20.3%, and the current efficiency still maintain to 34.8 cd/A even at 1000 cd/m². Based on the optimized triplet energy level, the single emission layer white PhOLED hosted by mCPmPO shows η_c,max, η_p,max and η_EQE,max of 46.9 cd/A, 39.7 lm/W and 17.6%, respectively.     

双外延基区BJT基区渡越时间的模型研究

The doping profile function of a double base epilayer is constructed according to drift-diffusion theory. Then an analytical model for the base transit time τb is developed assuming a small-level injection based on the characteristics of the 4H-SiC material and the principle of the 4H-SiC BJTs. The device is numerically simulated and validated based on two-dimensional simulation models. The results show that the built-in electric field generated by the double base epilayer configuration can accelerate the carriers when transiting the base region and reduce the base transit time. From the simulation results, the base transit time reaches a minimal value when the ratio of L2/L1 is about 2.
