本文提出在CdBASEⅢ的应用系统中,如何设计全功能通用查询模块,它有很强很全面的查询功能,能对系统中任一字段或某些字段组合进行精确或模糊查询,从而避免了针对某一具体问题或具体要求编写查询程序。阐述了设计思想,详细分析了查询条件的形成规律,并列出有关程序清单。文中所提的设计思想,也可供其他同类型数据库管理系统,设计全功能通用查询模块参考。  相似文献

提出了在数字校园应用系统中,基于JSF的一种通用查询设计和实现。该设计的目的是达到数字校园应用系统查询功能的分布式和跨平台性以及较高的重用性与可配置性。该设计方法是在J2EE规范下,采用基于JSF组件的Web应用和EJB相结合的框架体系。对该设计进行了实现,达到了预想的效果。因此,采用JSF组件作为Web应用,结合EJB组件的通用查询设计可以获得更好的重用性和可配置性,而且拥有J2EE的良好的分布和跨平台性。  相似文献

dBASE系统在我国的中小型事务信息管理中得到广泛应用,但是,系统本身尚不提供专门的查询语言。本文报告了一种相对独立的专用查询工具,它不仅支持对多个数据文件的通用查询、而且用户界面直观,可以全屏幕操作。该工具已投入实际应用,取得较佳效果。文中介绍了该软件的设计思想,内部结构及使用特点。  相似文献

Static program analyzers (SPA) are interactive tools that enhance program understanding during maintenance by answering queries about programs. Depending on the maintenance task in hand, SPAs must process different source programs and answer different types of program queries. Flexibility is, therefore, a desirable property of SPAs. The author describes a program query language, called PQL, that facilitates the design of flexible SPAs. PQL is a conceptual level, source language-independent notation to specify program queries and program views. In PQL, one can query global program design as well as search for detail code patterns. PQL queries are answered automatically by a query evaluation mechanism built into an SPA. Program design models and POL form the core of an SPA conceptual model. He based the SPA's architecture on this conceptual model. By separating the conceptual model from the implementation decisions, one can design SPAs that are customizable to the needs of the maintenance project at hand. Depending on criteria such as efficiency of query evaluation or simplicity of the SPA design, one can implement the same functional specifications of an SPA on a variety of program representations to meet the required criteria. Apart from its role in the design of SPAs, the conceptual model also allows one to rigorously study SPA functionality in the context of the underlying maintenance process and programmer behavior models, in isolation from tool implementation details  相似文献

An extensible conceptual model for recording design decisions and other supporting information is described along with the tool shell OSC in which it is embedded. The OSC shell consists of a design database and a family of query, manipulation, and extension facilities. The design database maintains a record of the design process. The extension facilities can be used to enrich the design database scheme incrementally and create new query or manipulation facilities. The core model provides a base language for describing the design process. Extension facilities augment this basis with more powerful, customized facilities. In this paper we describe the design and implementation of OPT++, a tool for extensible database query optimization that uses an object-oriented design to simplify the task of implementing, extending, and modifying an optimizer. Building an optimizer using OPT++ makes it easy to extend the query algebra (to add new query algebra operators and physical implementation algorithms to the system), easy to change the search space, and also to change the search strategy. Furthermore, OPT++ comes equipped with a number of search strategies that are available for use by an optimizer-implementor. OPT++ considerably simplifies both, the task of implementing an optimizer for a new database system, and the task of evaluating alternative optimization techniques and strategies to decide what techniques are best suited for that database system. We present the results of a series of performance studies. These results validate our design and show that, in spite of its flexibility, OPT++ can be used to build efficient optimizers. Abstract: Retrieving ad hoc data from information systems is difficult for non-expert users. Despite the efforts made in improving query tools (e.g. visual query construction, Query By Example, query templates), empirical research shows that constructing a request is still difficult (Reisner 1988). The core of the problem seems to be in the difference between the way the user perceives the application domain and the way the system requires the user to see it (Carroll & Olsen 1988).
In this paper we describe the design and implementation of an ad hoc query tool developed by RCC for a personnel information system, and how AI techniques contributed to this module. The main novel idea incorporated in the query tool is to present the user with a means to question the conceptual model of the system instead of the technical model. To support this, a blackboard architecture has been designed and implemented with knowledge sources that translate the user's questions to database queries. The query tool is used in daily practice by over 100 users.  相似文献

针对任务系统自动化测试过程中,测试数据存储格式多样,测试数据查询方式多样的特点,本文基于MVC提出了测试数据查询分析平台的实现方案,包括平台体系结构的设计,数据查询分析的建模,该方案能够最大程度的实现测试数据和查询分析业务的解耦合,实现了平台的开放性和灵活性,该设计方案已经在实际项目中得到实现,具有较高的工程应用价值。  相似文献
