基于智能模糊控制策略的有源消声   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
有源消声是一种有效的低频噪声控制方法,由于空间有源消声过程具有时变性和非线性,传统的自适应算法不能进行很有效的控制。本文采用智能模糊控制策略,建立了基于智能模糊控制策略的有源消声系统,通过实验与传统自适应控制算法的消声效果作对比分析,证明智能模糊控制器不但控制速度快,易于实现,而且消声效果明显优于后者,具有较大的应用推广价值。  相似文献

噪声主动控制技术目前已用增加双隔板结构对声音进行衰减。在这项研究中,声音穿过双隔板进入房间有三种控制途径:在双隔板的空气间隙中应用声控源(腔控),在辐射板上应用振动控制源(板控),在接收房间内应用声控源(房控),都进行了实验研究和相互比较。每种方法中涉及到的机械装置都有例子,有效减少噪声的状况都经过考查。结果表明,每种方法(腔控、板控和房控)的模态重叠和涉及到的机械装置是两个重要的因素,它决定了每种方法有的有效性。  相似文献

Feedforward control is a particular form of engineering process control. If a known input variable zt can be measured and appropriate relationships built between the input variable, a compensatory variable xt, and the desired output yt, then a feedforward control system can be developed. Using feedforward control, we show under both sudden jump shifts and trends in the mean of the input and compensatory variables that the use of statistical process monitoring tools, such as the exponentially‐weighted moving average and the cumulative sum (CUSUM), significantly reduces variability in both the output variable and the controller relative to the use of feedforward control alone. This paper provides a survey of the main advanced control techniques currently adopted in factory automation. In particular, it focuses on five classes of control approaches, namely: model-based control, control based on computational intelligence, adaptive control, discrete event systems-based control and finally event-triggered and self-triggered control. A particular focus is put on the most significant and recent contributions in these areas with attention to their application in the factory automation domain. Finally, open issues, challenges and the requirements of further research efforts for each class are pointed out.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe the development of the variable dimension and variable sample size T2 control chart (VSSVDT2), which is an enhancement of the variable dimension T2 chart (VDT2). In the VDT2 control chart, the number of variables that are measured to compute the T2 statistic is made variable. Some of the variables are easy or inexpensive to measure and are always monitored. The variables that are more difficult or expensive to measure are measured only when the T2 value from the previous sample exceeds a specified threshold. The VDT2 control chart performs well for moderate and large shifts in the mean vector. However, its performance for small shifts is poor. To improve the chart’s performance in detecting such shifts, we propose the application of the variable sample size technique to the VDT2 control chart, resulting in the VSSVDT2 control chart. To promote the use of the VSSVDT2 chart, a user-friendly software has been developed, which the final user can use to find the best parameters of the VSSVDT2 chart for a particular process.  相似文献

The idea of a variable sampling interval with sampling at fixed times (VSIFT) has been presented by Reynolds. This paper extends this idea to the other two adaptive ―X charts: the variable sampling rate with sampling at fixed times (VSRFT) ―X chart and the variable parameters with sampling at fixed times (VPFT) ―X chart. The VSIFT, VSRFT and VPFT ―X charts are inclusively called the adaptive with sampling at fixed times (AFT) ―X charts in this paper. The control scheme and the design issue are described and discussed for each of the AFT ―X charts. A comparative study shows that the AFT ―X charts have almost the same detection ability as the traditional adaptive ―X charts. However, from the practical viewpoint, the AFT ―X charts are considered to be more convenient to administer than the traditional adaptive ―X charts. Abstract

Three different on‐line computer control methods, namely the identification and optimizing control technique, the direct design method and the digital form of P‐I‐D control, are applied to control the response of a double pipe heat exchanger. The relative merits of the methods are studied and discussed.

The experimental work is accomplished by the use of a HP‐1000 model 5L microcomputer. A digital voltmeter; the HP‐3456A, is used for reading and transferring data from the process to the computer. A data acquisition system, the HP‐3497A, contains a thermocouple relay and a D/A converter which can read input data from a thermocouple and also convert digital outputs to 4–20 mA signals required by control elements.

Results indicate that the identification and optimizing control technique gives superior performance in most cases, but requires longer computation time. Digital form of the P‐I‐D control requires the least computation time but yields poor performance and is limited in its potential for application to multivariable systems or to tracking problems.  相似文献

为了解决结构控制计算复杂及控制力迟时等问题,用GM(2,1)模型模拟了地震作用,深入研究了控制力的预测和迟时控制方法。采用模糊控制和次优控制方法研究了受控结构的减震效果。研究表明,两种控制方法均能有效地减小结构的地震反应,通过合理选取控制系统的参数,次优控制方法能取得接近模糊控制的控制效果。  相似文献

In order to assure safety and serviceability, structural responses are kept within certain limits by active control methods. Control forces as well as responses (displacement and velocity) are considered constraints in an optimal control system. The exact solution of the optimal control system under the aforementioned constraints is derived in the first part of the paper. An approximate solution is also suggested in the paper. 传统集中式控制方法需同时采用系统所有测量信号,进而计算出所有作动器的控制力并发出信号进行振动控制,其控制系统复杂且可靠性较差。近年来出现的基于系统局部信息反馈的分散控制策略,设计简单及可靠性高,已经成为目前研究的热点之一。目前分散控制策略的作动器控制力仅采用建筑物的相邻两层测量信号进行控制,虽然能够控制住结构的响应,但信息过少,控制效果不好。为了达到更好的控制效果,在鲁棒控制策略的基础上,通过设置特殊矩阵的方式,提出了一种基于建筑物相邻四层信号的鲁棒分散控制方法。从动力仿真的结果来看,本文方法的控制效果比仅依靠相邻二层信号的控制效果好得多。  相似文献

The variable sampling interval (VSI) feature enhances the sensitivity of a control chart that is based on fixed sampling interval (FSI). In this paper, we enhance the sensitivities of the auxiliary information-based (AIB) adaptive Crosier cumulative sum (CUSUM) (AIB-ACC) and adaptive exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) (AIB-AE) charts using the VSI feature when monitoring a mean shift which is expected to lie within a given interval. The Monte Carlo simulations are used to compute zero-state and steady-state run length properties of these control charts. It is found that the AIB-ACC and AIB-AE charts with VSI feature are uniformly more sensitive than those based on FSI feature. Real datasets are also considered to demonstrate the implementation of these control charts.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce novel results for the performance of the surplus-based decentralised production control method. The main objective of this production method is to guarantee that the cumulative number of produced products follows the cumulative production demand on the output of any given network. As a starting point of our research a general idea of this method is presented for the case of one manufacturing machine. Then our analysis is extended to a line of N machines. The proposed methodology is reformulated in terms of variable structure control. The production flow process is described by means of difference equations and, in order to analyse the performance, the Lyapunov theory approach is exploited. The results obtained for the production error bounds for each machine in the line and for the buffer content bounds for each intermediate buffer are discussed. Performance and robustness issues of closed-loop flow line models are illustrated by numerical simulations. It is shown that the method can be implemented in enterprise planning tools.  相似文献

Exponentially distributed data are commonly encountered in high-quality processes. Control charts dedicated to the univariate exponential distribution have been extensively studied by many researchers. In this paper, we investigate a multivariate cumulative sum (MCUSUM) control chart for monitoring Gumbel's bivariate exponential (GBE) data. Some tables are provided to determine the optimal design parameters of the proposed MCUSUM GBE chart. Furthermore, both zero-state and steady-state properties of the proposed MCUSUM GBE chart for the raw and the transformed GBE data are compared with the multivariate exponentially weighted moving average (MEWMA) chart and the paired individual cumulative sum (CUSUM) chart. The results show that the proposed MCUSUM GBE chart outperforms the other two types of control charts for most shift domains. In addition, an extension to Gumbel's multivariate exponential (GME) distribution is also investigated. Finally, an illustrative example is provided in order to explain how the proposed MCUSUM GBE chart can be implemented in practice.  相似文献

应用模糊PID 控制技术设计并实现了激光陀螺速率偏频控制系统。对模糊PID控制规律中 参数的选择进行了分析,并对控制结果进行了讨论。结果表明:偏频台速率平稳性优于3.12×10-4,角速率正反向换向速度快,在±63°s-1之间的转换时间约为14ms, 且换向过程超调很小。  相似文献
