报道了以4,4'-酸(4,4'-二氨基-二苯胺-2-磺酸)代替联苯胺,与H酸(1-羟基-8-氨基-3,6-二萘磺酸)、间苯二胺、苯胺等合成无致癌作用的环保型黑色直接染料。探索了合成工艺及反应条件,并对其应用性能进行测试。合成的染料在溶解度、耐酸、耐碱棉织物的牢度性能和上染率等方面与商品染料基本相当。  相似文献

本文探讨了工作液pH值、温度、时间、染料的浓度对改变pH法制备β-环糊精-分散染料包合物的影响,包结率与pH值呈正比,pH增加,包结率上升:包结率随温度升高而升高,超过80℃时,包结率下降:延长反应时间有利于反应达到平衡:当染料浓度接近饱和时,包结率趋于恒定。制定了最佳工艺方案:pH值等于11,温度50℃,时间2小时,β-环糊精:染料(摩尔比)为5:1,通过对包合物的外观、溶解度以及上染速率来鉴定包合物的存在。  相似文献

综述了超临界CO2流体中染料溶解度的测试装置与方法。分析了超临界CO2流体工艺参数与染料化学结构对分散染料溶解度的影响规律;总结了国内外近二十年的分散染料在超临界CO2流体中溶解度数据,并介绍了分散染料在超临界CO2中的溶解度增溶技术。指出加强染料结构对其溶解性能作用原理及影响规律剖析,超临界CO2中染料溶解行为数据库构建,染料拼色与配色研究三方面为未来的研究重点。  相似文献

采用流动法,以乙醇、丙酮、环己烷为夹带剂,测定了固体溶质α-萘乙酸在超临界CO2中的溶解度,并与相应的β-萘酚的溶解度进行了对比研究。试验结果表明,溶质溶解度随压力的升高而增大;高压下高温萃取有利,低压下低温萃取有利;无论何种夹带剂的加入,均能在一定程度上增加溶质的溶解度,但对于极性溶质,极性夹带剂对其溶解度的提高作用更加显著。  相似文献

本文采用溶剂挥发法和悬浮法制备了染料木素-盐酸水苏碱共晶,将其与PVP通过球磨法制得固体分散体,运用XRD等手段进行表征,并采用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了共晶及其固体分散体的溶解性能。实验结果表明,染料木素-盐酸水苏碱共晶与PVP形成固体分散体后,以无定型的形式高度分散在PVP载体中,染料木素在水中的溶解度有所提高;当染料木素-盐酸水苏碱共晶与PVP的质量比为1:5时,固体分散体中染料木素在水中的溶解度是染料木素的2.4倍,有利于改善染料木素的生物利用度。  相似文献

测定了4,5-二氯-2-硝基苯胺和醚化物在二甲苯和甲苯中的溶解度。实验结果表明硝基苯胺和醚化物在二甲苯和甲苯中的溶解度均随温度的升高而增加。硝基苯胺在二甲苯中的溶解度要大于甲苯中的溶解度,而醚化物在两种溶剂中的溶解度相当。与二元体系相比,硝基苯胺在三元体系的溶解度增加,但醚化物的溶解度未发生变化。对硝基苯胺、醚化物的溶解度数据进行关联,计算值和实验值符合良好。  相似文献

A series of amphoteric macromolecular dyes were designed and synthesized from poly(acrylamide‐co‐vinylamine) oligomer and reactive dyes. The structure of the synthesized dyes was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectra, mass spectra, and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy analysis. The solubility of the dyes was also investigated. The results showed that the solubility of the dyes can be controlled by tuning the ratio of amino to sulfonate groups in amphoteric macromolecular dyes. Based on the results of controllable solubility conducted by visible light transmittance measurements, amphoteric macromolecular dyes were used to dye cotton fiber; the fixation of the dye on cotton was more than 95% when crosslinking agent was added. The solubility parameters of polylactide (PLA), poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), and various disperse dyes calculated according to the group contribution method were used to explain the low sorption of some disperse dyes on PLA but the high sorption of the same dyes on PET. It was found that the dyes with high sorption on PLA tended to have solubility parameters near that of PLA, which has a lower solubility parameter than that of PET. It was also found that the solubility parameter, which was calculated based on cohesive energy and molar volume at 25°C, was more appropriate for explaining dyeings at lower temperature, 100 and 110°C, than those at higher temperature, 130°C. Based on the finding that dyes with solubility parameters near that of PLA tend to have high sorption on PLA, general structures for disperse dye that may have high sorption on PLA were proposed. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In order to understand the dyeing behaviour of synthetic fibres in supercritical carbon dioxide, the solubility of some disperse dyes in supercritical fluid, as well as the rate of dyeing and the equilibrium adsorption of these dyes, have been studied. Dye solubility was measured by a dynamic analytic method at a range of pressure (7.5–25 MPa) and temperature (50–145 °C). The apparent rate of dyeing was measured and the dyeing isotherm was obtained by plotting the equilibrium dye adsorption against the equilibrium dyebath concentration. Linear isotherms were obtained when poly(ethylene terephthalate) samples were dyed with the disperse dyes. The mechanism of dyeing using supercritical carbon dioxide was discussed by considering the solubility, the dyeing rate and the dyeing isotherm.  相似文献

The solubility of three disperse anthraquinone dyes and two azo dyes in supercritical CO2 was measured. The tested dyes are Celliton fast blue B, l-amino-2-methylanthraquinone, 1-methylaminoanthraquinone, disperse Red 1 and 4-[4-(phynylazo)phenylazo]-o-cresol. Solubility measurements were made at 313.15-393.15 K and 10-25 MPa in a high-temperature autoclave phase equilibrium apparatus. Pure physical properties of the dyes such as critical constants, molar volumes and vapor pressures were estimated based on semi-empirical methods. Also, the data were quantitatively modeled by both an empirical density correlation and a quantitative equation of state recently proposed by the present authors based on nonrandom lattice theory. We found that anthraquinone disperse dyes in general show higher solubility than azo disperse dyes in supercritical CO2 within the experimental ranges.  相似文献

For the liquid crystal display (LCD) black matrix (BM) with a low dielectric constant and high light absorption property, it is advantageous to employ dyes instead of carbon black or pigments. For this purpose, the dyes should have high solubility in industrial organic solvents. For improved solubility in industrial solvents, three metal-free phthalocyanines (PC), peripherally substituted with bulky groups, were synthesized and dye-based BMs were fabricated. The solubility as well as the spectral and thermal properties of the dyes were examined, and the optical, thermal and dielectric properties of a dye-based black matrix were tested. The greenish phthalocyanine dyes with high molar extinction coefficients and high thermal stability showed enhanced solubility in industrial solvents as a result of the greater steric hindrance among the dye molecules and higher affinity between the dye molecules and solvents. The dye-based BMs had low dielectric constants and exhibited superior optical properties and satisfactory thermal stability.  相似文献
