针对遥控按键中的镉(Cd)和铅(Pb),使用HNO3和H2O2经微波溶解过滤后,分别使用国产和进口的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行检测。结果表明,两种仪器的检测结果相近,白色和蓝色按键中镉的检出结果相差不大于4ppm,而橙色按键中铅的检出结果相差小于6.2%。通过比对进口与国产ICP-OES的检测情况,简要地说明了使用ICP-OES检测塑胶遥控按键中Cd和Pb的一般方法及步骤,并为相关检测单位和人员根据不同需求选择不同仪器提供了参考。 相似文献

各类大型仪器的开发和应用是现代化工领域飞速发展不可缺少的重要条件。通过使用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF),电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),X射线衍射仪(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和能量弥散X射线探测器(EDX)对无机非金属元素含量进行检测。评价了不同仪器测试结果的可靠性,紧密度和准确性。实验结果表明并不是所有的大型先进仪器都可以对无机非金属材料元素进行准确的检测。除ICP检测技术外,其他表征测试手段的测量结果不具有代表性,存在较大的测量误差,相对标准偏差(RSD)较大,不适用无机非金属元素含量的检测。 相似文献

Metals in fourteen plants were analyzed in parallel by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) for the possible integration of the analytical techniques. INAA correlates well with ICP-OES for Ca, K, Fe, Mn, Mg, and Zn. Advantages of INAA include its nondestructive nature and ease of sample preparation. ICP-OES requires destructive sample digestion, but provides superior limits of detection. Therefore, ICP-OES is the method of the choice for low elemental concentrations. In general, ICP-OES is a better choice for Cr, Sr, and Cu in plant analysis for accuracy. On the other hand, a simple mathematical model was developed for predicting the concentrations of Cu and Cr that were measured by INAA. The predicted values of the elements showed consistency to their corresponding certified values as well as to the concentrations measured by ICP-OES, specifically for Cu or when the concentrations exceeded 5?mg/kg. 相似文献

国标GB/T5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》对生活饮用水提出了更多的限值要求,其中对铝也提出了新的要求,为适应新的形势的需要,我们开展了生活饮用水中的铝的分析研究。本文用硫酸对样品进行消解,然后对仪器的条件和分析的参数进行了一系列优化,形成全谱直读等离子体发射光谱法测定水中的铝的方法。该方法测定下限为0.025 mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.707%~0.862%(n=6),加标回收率为91.0%~105%。,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》的要求。 相似文献

To establish fundamental countermeasures for hydrogen embrittlement that occurs to several kinds of bearings, the mechanism of hydrogen generation from lubricants was studied. Sliding tests were conducted, and the amount of hydrogen generated from several kinds of lubricants during sliding was measured. It is concluded that the lubricant is decomposed and hydrogen is generated through a catalytic reaction with the fresh steel surface. The amount of hydrogen generated from each lubricant depends on its lubricity, not on its chemical structure. It is also confirmed that the lubricant with the larger wear brings more generated hydrogen into steel. Based on the above mechanism of hydrogen generation, methods of inhibiting hydrogen brittle flaking with additives were investigated. It is clarified that the addition of corrosion inhibitors that form a passive state film on the steel surface effectively inhibits generation of hydrogen from lubricants and penetration of hydrogen into steel. 相似文献
