基于Ansys有限元软件,提出薄壁四点接触球轴承的逐级梯度细化接触区域的单元网格划分方法。建立等截面薄壁四点接触球轴承1/2单个滚动体与套圈及整个轴承有限元模型。计算分析了网格单元尺寸对四点接触球轴承接触特性的计算精度影响,求解整个轴承有限元模型在静径向力下的载荷分布规律,获得了薄壁四点接触球轴承较为精确的椭圆接触区域形状和四点接触状态。研究表明:对于接触特性计算,网格划分单元尺寸近似于接触椭圆短半轴的50%时便可以得到较精确计算结果,对于薄壁四点接触球轴承,钢球与内、外圈滚道的接触应力、等效应力和接触变形与径向载荷呈非线性递增关系,接触应力大小和载荷分布的计算结果与赫兹接触理论计算值具有较好的一致性。计算结果较为精确的模拟了薄壁四点接触球轴承的接触特性和载荷分布规律。 相似文献

给出特大型双排四点接触球轴承承载曲线的精确计算方法。绘制其静承载曲面,并对精确静承载曲线及简化静承载曲线进行比较。分析轴承游隙、沟曲率半径系数及原始接触角对静承载曲线的影响。结果表明:随着轴承负游隙绝对值的增大,轴承所能承受的最大倾覆力矩增大,最大轴向力减小。游隙在–0.2~0 mm范围内取值,对轴承承载能力的影响较小。沟曲率半径系数对轴承承载能力影响较大,随着轴承沟曲率半径系数的增大,轴承静承载能力减小。随径向力增加,轴承承载能力随接触角增大先增大后减小。 相似文献

This paper proposes a dynamic model to investigate skidding in angular contact ball-bearings with considering the interaction between balls and raceways, cage and lubricant. The differential equations governing the motions of bearing elements are established and solved using a fourth-order Runge–Kutta algorithm; traction forces between balls and raceways are evaluated based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory. The results show that the applied axial load significantly influences the behavior of skidding due to the changes of internal load, orbital and rotation speeds of ball under different operating conditions; appropriate axial load can be determined to avoid severe skidding. 相似文献

针对机器人用四点接触球轴承旋转精度难以预测和控制的问题,提出了同时考虑轴承内圈沟道和外圈沟道圆度误差的轴承旋转精度数值计算方法。根据轴承内部元件运动学和几何学关系建立轴承旋转精度数值计算模型。使用MATLAB编写轴承旋转精度求解程序,得到内圈沟道圆度误差幅值和谐波阶次、外圈沟道圆度误差幅值和谐波阶次、钢球直径偏差及钢球个数对轴承旋转精度的影响规律。进行了轴承旋转精度试验,验证了仿真结果的正确性。轴承旋转精度涉及很多指标,所研究的四点接触球轴承旋转精度衡量指标指轴承外圈径向跳动。结果表明:轴承外圈径向跳动随着内外沟道圆度误差幅值的增大先平稳后快速增大,随着内圈外沟道圆度误差谐波阶次的增大呈现周期性变化,随着钢球直径偏差的增大呈线性减小,随着轴承内部钢球个数的增大呈指数减小。所建模型解决了四点接触球轴承旋转精度难以进行理论求解的问题,能够准确预测轴承的旋转精度,为四点接触球轴承的精度设计提供了理论基础。 相似文献

A method to determine the shoulder height in an angular contact ball bearing using a 3D contact analysis is proposed. The load analysis was performed by calculating the distributions of internal loads and contact angles for each rolling element. From the results of the bearing load analysis and the contact geometry between the ball and raceways, 3D contact analyses using an influence function were conducted. The algorithm developed was applied to an angular contact ball bearing for an automotive wheel. The effects of axial load on contact pressure at the inner and outer raceways were evaluated and the critical axial loads in the present shoulder height were calculated. The critical shoulder heights were also determined when the bearing was subjected to a practical load for a steel ball bearing. The proposed methodology is generally applicable for the purpose of reducing the material cost and improving the efficiency of the bearing design process. 相似文献

预紧是保证轴承刚度和旋转精度的重要途径。为了保证双半外圈双列调心球轴承的预紧效果,对其预紧力的确定和预紧量的大小进行了分析计算。目前这种双半外圈双列调心球轴承在轴承分类中还没有,它结合了成对双联向心推力球轴承和双列向心调心球轴承的优点。既能实现大角度调心,调心角度达3°,又能进行轴向预紧。通过对这类轴承的力学分析,推导了轴向预紧力与轴承支撑负载的关系公式。预紧量是通过控制两个半外圈之间的隔圈厚度进行调节的,基于弹性接触理论,推导了轴承定位隔圈磨削量大小的公式。这种轴承在国家重大科技项目LAMOST天文望远镜像场旋转轴中得到应用,内径1100mm的轴承现场安装预紧调整后实测,在任意50°范围内(旋转轴工作范围),轴系径向跳动小于0.02mm,端面跳动小于0.03mm。满足了LAMOST对像场旋转轴系刚度和旋转精度的要求。跟星实测像场旋转精度RMS值优于0.3″。 相似文献
