根据热电制冷器的制冷工作特性,分析了附加传热温差、焊缝电阻、杂散热交换、元件性能下降等因素对热电制冷器的制冷工作特性的影响,提出了减小电绝缘导热层的厚度,检查元件的电阻值,保证夹具夹紧力、平面度和平行度,优化焊接工艺和减少钎料用量等提高热电制冷器制冷性能的工艺措施。 相似文献

为提高智能可穿戴电子设备的热电性能,采用正交试验优化原位聚合反应的工艺参数,并制备改性聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩):聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT:PSS)基热电非织造布,通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热电偶测温仪、万用电表等对热电非织造布进行表征和测试,研究了热电非织造布的结构和性能。结果表明:PSS质量浓度为10 g/L、过硫酸铵浓度为0.15 mol/L、氯化铁浓度为0.1 mol/L、离子液体双(三氟甲基磺酰基)酰亚胺锌质量浓度为30 mg/mL条件下,改性热电非织造布热电性能最优,其塞贝克系数为18.13μV/K,电导率为2.85 S/cm,极大地提高了PEDOT类导电聚合物的热电性能,可用于制备智能可穿戴电子设备。 相似文献

The refrigeration system is essential for preserving food and processing frozen food. A system firmware is a common and important feature in refrigeration system. However, it is difficult to verify the software, optimize the energy efficiency, and solve the system fault without refrigeration hardware. A virtual environment was established to verify software. The firmware developed in the virtual refrigerator was ported into an actual refrigerator, and then energy optimization was performed by auto test system. Even after the firmware verification by the processes stated above, and required tests were executed under strict test condition, unexpected faults could be appeared when they are used by consumers in the field. As a solution, new method using Internet was adopted to gather data, and software defects were able to be reported in real time. The main goal of this study was to develop an apparatus that makes it possible to measure both, color, refractive index and
light scattering (turbidity) of red wines using a single device only. Typically such measurement of red wine quality requires
three different measurement devices. As an example of the efficiency of the present device we studied the change of the thermo-optical
and time-dependent optical properties of red wine samples. Here we report on change of optical properties of two Merlot wine
samples, which were obtained by opening authentic red wine bottles and preserving a set of samples both at room and refrigerator
temperature for 26 days, respectively. The interesting feature with both red wine samples was that the light scattering, i.e.
the turbidity of the samples, increased as a function of time due to oxidation process. It is suggested that the multifunction
spectrophotometer can be applied for optical inspection of red and other wine products. 相似文献
