Scheduling and replenishment plan for an integrated deteriorating inventory model with stock-dependent selling rate

An integrated approach is used to clarify the critical issues of scheduling and replenishment planning in an advanced inventory system under stock-dependent selling rate environment. This is because integration removes the barriers between enterprises and improves overall performance. A close collaboration such as just-in-time (JIT) operations also improves product quality of the supply chain. Different from the single-stage inventory model, this study develops an integrated two-stage production-inventory deteriorating model for the buyer and the supplier with stock-dependent selling rate, as well as considering imperfect items and JIT multiple deliveries. Our paper proposes a significant method using a time-weighted-inventory approach to analyze the supplier’s saw-tooth holding cost. We derive the optimal number of inspection, optimal deliveries and the optimal delivery-time interval. A numerical example is also presented to illustrate the theory. The results show that the fixed demand rate, the holding cost and the unit inspection cost are critical in the management of the deteriorating inventory model.

Development and implementation of an integrated quality information system—a China experience

As quality is one of the essential factors for manufacturing success in the global market, the Quality Engineering Laboratory (QEL) of BeiHang University (BUAA) has been focusing on the research of methodologies for integrated quality information processes to support quality management for more than 10 years. An integrated quality information system—QQ-Enterprise has been developed for Chinese manufacturing industries. A three-dimensional quality information integration model and a flexible architecture are proposed in this paper. The development of the QQ-Enterprise, which is a general-purpose IQIS developing toolkit designed specially for the Chinese manufacturing environment, and an implementation template are also presented.     

模具特许连锁制造系统的分布式库存控制策略

讨论了确定型离散需求下的单仓库库存模型,然后将其扩展为确定型离散需求下的分布式库存模型,再将随机离散需求下的分布式库存模型转化成确定型离散需求下的分布式库存模型,以此求解各加盟企业的联合订货策略,并用某种性能指标来评价并选取满足要求的解。最后,给出了基于遗传算法的求解算法,并给出了计算实例。     

A new method of seamless land navigation for GPS/INS integrated system

For the last few years, integrated navigation systems have been widely used to calculate positions and attitudes of vehicles. The strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) provides velocity, attitudes and position information, whereas the global positioning system (GPS) provides velocity and position information. A method using neural network (NN) and wavelet-based de-noising technology is introduced into the SINS/GPS/magnetometer integrated navigation system, because system accuracy may decrease during GPS outages. When the GPS is working well, NN is trained using the velocity and position information provided by SINS as input and the corresponding errors as output. Wavelet multi-resolution analysis (WMRA) is also introduced to de-noise the errors, the desired output of NN. Test results showed that velocity accuracies improved using NN, but other accuracies remained poor. By re-training NN with WMRA, the system accuracies improved to the level of using normal GPS signal. In addition, NN trained with WMRA also improved the approximation to the actual model, further enhancing alignment accuracy.

介绍了工业维护管理发展的背景和原因，给出了工业维护管理的内涵和外延，构建了由哲理层、方法论层、应用实现层和技术工具层组成的工业维护管理理论体系结构，并提出了工业维护管理的实现模式，包括维护管理信息系统、维护决策支持系统、维护质量控制系统、维护操作过程系统、维护对象／资源管理系统和维护成本控制系统。     

集成化便携式车辆行驶称重系统的设计

设计了基于应变式集成化称重传感器的车辆行驶称重系统,其中包括集成化称重板的结构设计、利用有限元分析软件称重仪贴片位置设计、进行集成化称重系统的动态特性分析、以及进行信号采集放大与模数转换的硬件设备等介绍,同时也介绍了测试软件.该称重系统在公路车辆限速行驶状态下,能测出行驶车辆的静态质量、行驶速度以及轴距等车辆静态参数.最终经试验验证得到了本行驶称重系统可用于交通数据采集和辅助实施超载检查.     

一种集成组态的软PLC控制系统的研究

针对目前软PLC存在的不足,论述了一种软PLC与组态软件相结合的体系结构,基于IEC61131.3标准,在Linux平台上设计了一种集成组态的软PLC控制系统。阐述了系统的总体结构以及实现思路,重点介绍开发系统的程序转换算法和运行系统与组态软件的数据交换方法。

基于精英策略遗传算法的主动隔振系统集成优化设计

针对传统主动隔振系统先设计结构参数后设计控制器的方法很难达到全局最优这一问题,本文提出一种采用精英策略遗传算法对结构参数和控制参数进行集成优化的方法。该方法将主动隔振系统机械结构及LQG控制器的设计结合起来,以隔振平台加速度,隔振系统动挠度和底座动位移三者总加权均方根为性能指标,对主动隔振系统进行集成优化。通过理论分析与仿真结果表明此方法能有效提高主动隔振系统的隔振效果。     

面向生命周期的绿色产品集成模型的研究

绿色产品集成模型的建立是面向生命周期的绿色产品开发的前提。在分析绿色产品生命周期信息基础上，提出了基于产品结构的多视图集成模型，通过主视图向应用视图的信息映射，满足了生命周期各使能工具的信息需求，同时维持应用信息的差异性和关键性，并对该模型体系的实现提出了具体实施思路。     

基于知识的碟簧集成智能化设计

为适应多变的市场需求,提高企业产品开发能力,缩短开发周期,运用知识工程的原理和计算机辅助设计技术,将基于知识的智能化设计理念引入碟簧产品开发领域中,探讨了智能化设计的实现方法,并进行应用研究。最终采用面向对象的程序设计语言对工程软件CATIA进行二次开发,研制了基于知识的碟簧集成智能化设计系统。
