白血病患者头发中钙及微量元素的初步研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
应用放射性核素~(238)Pu源激发X射线荧光法测定了63例白血病患者头发中钙及锶、铅、锌、铜、镍、铁、锰、铬、钛等9种微量元素的含量。与同期苏州地区115名正常成人头发微量元素相比,发现男女患者发中Zn、Cu和Ca含量均明显下降,而Pb含量均显著上升(p≤0.05或p<0.001)。此外男性患者发中Ni、Fe、Mn、Cr亦明显上升,而女性患者发中Sr明显下降(p<0.05或p<0.001)。男性白血病发病率高于女性,可能同男性患者发中Mn、Fe、Ni、Cr含量显著升高有关。 相似文献

用同步辐射X射线荧光(SR-XRF)技术分析了正常乳腺组织、良性乳腺肿瘤组织和乳腺癌组织中微量元素的种类、相对含量等.根据SR-XRF的结果,在这三种组织中微量元素的种类是相同的,但相对含量是不相同的,特别是正常组织和肿瘤组织中的Ca、Fe和Zn的差异相当明显.肿瘤组织中S、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu和Se的相对含量与正常组织中含量具有正相关性,即肿瘤组织的含量相对于正常组织是增加的,而K和Ca则是负相关性.P在正常乳腺组织和良性乳腺肿瘤组织中的含量基本不变,但在癌变组织中略有下降.恶性肿瘤中的Fe和Zn是正相关性,而在良性肿瘤中则是负相关性.可见:正常、良性和癌变的乳腺组织中微量元素的相对含量是不同的,可以为乳腺癌的诊断提供有用信息. 相似文献

为研究生活锅炉燃煤释放微量元素对环境的影响,应用同步辐射X射线荧光(SR-XRF)测定了锅炉原煤、底灰、飞灰及其PM2.5中V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Pb等元素含量,探讨了微量元素在煤炭燃烧过程中的转移特性和富集规律.还进行了As的K边x射线吸收近边谱(XANES)测量,研究As在煤炭燃烧排放过程中的价态变化特征.结果表明,V在飞灰中亏损,在底灰富集;Mn、Co在底灰中亏损;Cr、Ni、As、Cu、Pb、Zn等在飞灰和底灰中呈富集状态,As、Cu、Pb、Zn在PM2.5中高度富集.在煤中,As大部分以As5 存在,少部分以As3 存在,As5 占总砷的71%.经过高温燃烧,As富集在飞灰和细颗粒中.在底灰、飞灰和PM2.5中,As主要以As3 存在,相对含量分别为总As的84%、81%和87%. 相似文献

The nodular cast iron samples were prepared with the normal nodularizing process, in which the important antinodularizing elements Pb, Bi and Al were added respectively in order to research the influence of them on the nodularization of the graphites. The nodular graphites were extracted from the nodular cast iron by the electrolytic technique. The distribution of trace elements in nodular and deformed graphite were measured by Scanning Proton Microprobe (SPM). Most of the adding elements Pb, Bi and Al existed in matrix as impurities, a part of them intruded into the nodular graphites. A new suggestion of Ti antinodularizing properties had been proposed. The influence of Pb, Bi and Al on the nodularization was indirectly performed through Ti. Therefore, Ti is one of the most important antinodularizing elements. 相似文献

The graphite phase has been extracted from the nodular cast iron to measure the concentration of trace element in it. The impurity phase was removed from the extracted matter by dissolving it with HCl and HCl+H_2O_2 to get the pure graphite phase. PIXE measurements were performed with thick targets of the pure graphite phase. Differences in the trace element concentrations between the graphite phase and the matrix have been observed. 应用高压釜,金相及电子显微镜等研究了不同加工工艺的Zr-4包壳的疖状腐蚀行为。结果表明,改进工艺加工的管材比常规工艺加工的管材有更优良的抗疖状腐蚀性能,去应力试样比再结晶试样有较强的抗疖状腐蚀能力,影响Zr-4合金抗腐蚀性能的主要因素是Fe和Cr合金元素在α-Zr中的固溶含量,而不是第二相粒子的大小。 相似文献

The benchmark analysis of reactivity experiments in the TRIGA-II core at the Musashi Institute of Technology Research Reactor (Musashi reactor, 100 kW) was performed by a three-dimensional continuous-energy Monte Carlo code MCNP4A. The reactivity worth and integral reactivity curves of the control rods as well as the reactivity worth distributions of fuel and graphite elements were used in the validation process of the physical model and neutron cross section data from the ENDF/B-V evaluation. The calculated values of integral reactivity curves of the control rods were in agreement with the experimental data obtained by the period method. The integral worth measured by the rod drop method was also consistent with the calculation. The calculated values of the fuel and the graphite element worth distributions were consistent with the measured ones within the statistical error estimates. These results showed that the exact core configuration including the control rod positions to reproduce the fission source distribution in the experiment must be introduced into the calculation core for obtaining the precise solution. It can be concluded that our simulation model of the TRIGA-II core is precise enough to reproduce the control rod worth, fuel and graphite elements reactivity worth distributions. 相似文献
