高品质齿轮钢28MnCr5的开发

山东莱芜钢铁集团股份有限公司采用"EAF→LF→VD→CC"工艺开发了28MnCr5齿轮钢,通过精确控制钢中C、Si、S、P等元素,得到能够满足成分要求的钢水。试验结果表明:采用该工艺生产高品质汽车用28MnCr5齿轮钢铸坯w(T.O)≤15×10-6,夹杂物种类、形态和尺寸得到有效控制,淬透性满足要求。     

车辆齿轮用H20CrMnTi-2圆钢氮化钛夹杂控制

介绍了邯钢一炼钢厂"铁水→转炉初炼→LF精炼+RH精炼→200 mm×200 mm方坯连铸"生产齿轮钢的工艺流程。针对H20CrMnTi-2齿轮钢氮化钛夹杂含量超标的问题,从控制钢水中氮含量和钛含量两方面着手,有效降低了TiN夹杂含量,实现了连铸过程齿轮钢的增氮量降到10×10~(-6)以下,H20CrMnTi-2圆钢B类(氮化钛夹杂)夹杂含量稳定控制的2.5级以下。     

窄淬透性带齿轮钢生产试验研究

齿轮钢20CrMnTiH的淬透性窄带化，是用户对20CrMnTiH钢的新要求。根据冶炼设备条件，进行了电炉→LF－VD→模注冶炼窄淬透性带齿轮钢20CrMnTiH的试验研究。结果表明，通过窄化钢的化学成分，电炉→LF→VD模注冶炼20CrMnTiH钢工艺可以实现淬透性窄化，钢的各项性能符合用户要求。     

高档轿车齿轮用钢20CrNi2MoSH的研制

本钢采用EBT→LF→VD→连铸235mm×265mm方坯→缓冷→加热→棒材连轧机组→缓冷→精整→检验→包装缴库→发货的工艺流程,成功研制生产了高档轿车齿轮用钢20Cr Ni2Mo SH。产品化学成分均匀,有害元素及气体含量低,末端淬透性稳定,钢材组织均匀,纯净度高,致密度好,满足了高档轿车齿轮用钢的使用要求。     

20CrMnTiH齿轮钢氧含量的控制实践

通过60 t LD→60 t LF→CC工艺生产20CrMnTiH齿轮钢的实践表明：转炉采用低拉增碳操作法,控制终点碳在0.05%～0.12%、温度控制在1640℃～1660℃、出钢下渣量控制小于30 mm、采用复合脱氧工艺;精炼采用Si-Al-Ca渣系,控制炉渣碱度R≥3.5,合理控制精炼节奏及吹氩模式;连铸采用全保护浇铸等一系列措施,可把氧含量控制在18×10-6以下,满足了汽车齿轮行业标准的要求,实现了齿轮钢的批量生产。     

低碳复合型快削钢精炼工艺优化

首钢贵阳特殊钢有限责任公司通过采用"60tConsteel EAF→LF→VD→CC"工艺流程,对低碳快削钢进行化学成分和精炼渣冶金效果优化,成功开发出化学成分稳定、夹杂物分布均匀和切削性能优良的低碳复合型快削钢。工艺优化后生产的低碳快削钢材料的切削性能指标明显好于优化前,其表面粗糙度达到了0.80μm的水平。     

Cr-Mn-Ti系齿轮钢添加硼元素的试验研究

 采用电弧炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→VD炉真空精炼→方坯连铸→轧机轧制工艺流程,对Cr-Mn-Ti系齿轮钢添加微量硼进行了对比试验研究。每炉钢水量50～52t,硼的质量分数在0.0008%～0.0010%范围内,铸坯规格260mm×300mm,轧制成130mm的圆钢进行对比试验。试验结果表明,保持Cr-Mn-Ti系齿轮钢主体成分基本不变或锰、铬含量适当降低的情况下,添加微量硼元素,可稳定和显著提高其淬透性。     

高质量齿轮钢SAE8620H(Z)精炼新工艺实践

通过试验,摸索出新工艺路线:100 t EAF→100 t VD→100 t LF→CCM 340 mm×300 mm,生产SAE 8620H(Z)齿轮钢,获得钢液纯净度提高、钢材中总氧含量明显下降、夹杂物评级得到改善、硫及其它化学成分易于控制、钢液精炼结束时的氢含量能控制在1.5×10-6以下、各生产工序在时间匹配上比较协调。     

IF钢洁净化生产工艺分析与实践

以鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四工区"铁水喷吹法脱硫→260 t顶底复吹转炉冶炼→挡渣出钢→RH-TB真空精炼→中厚板坯连铸"生产IF钢的工艺路线为研究对象,着重讨论了转炉冶炼、RH真空精炼和连铸3个关键工艺环节,从钢水T.O含量控制、RH升温控制、保护浇铸和浇铸过程稳定性控制等方面分析和提出了提高IF钢洁净度的措施,在改进IF钢洁净度、降低钢中夹杂物含量、提高成材率方面取得了良好的效果。
