针对地下矿生产计划传统手工编制复杂繁琐、图表展示困难的问题,采用多目标规划的理论和方法,以净现值、品位和金属量为目标建立多目标规划模型,快速准确地求解出可行的生产计划方案,避免了普通线性规划的局限性,并采用三维可视化技术清晰地展示地下各种工程在空间上的分布及其相互之间的逻辑关系。提供了一套可行的生产计划编制流程,简化了生产计划的工作,并以某铁矿的实例计算证明,该方法能够有效地优化矿山的生产计划,为矿山经营决策提供依据。  相似文献

针对地下金属矿山生产和经营特点,首先采用商业智能和组合预测的理论和方法,建立矿产品市场需求计划模型;然后根据矿产品市场需求计划模型提供的分析结果,采用多目标规划、专家系统、时间价格Petri网的理论和方法,对采掘作业流程进行建模,提出了求解流程最小成本的计算方法.某地下金属矿山的实例计算表明,该模型能够有效地优化企业的生产计划,提高企业的市场竞争力,降低企业的运营成本.   相似文献

针对地下矿山巷道、采场中个别结构体冒顶、片帮现象,以岩体结构分析为手段,利用自行开发的软件“岩体结构分析计算机系统”,结合国家“八五”科技攻关课题《大厂铜坑矿细脉带地压及充填体稳定性监测》,对其巷道的围岩稳定性进行评价。该系统可直接用于地下矿山巷道、采场围岩稳定性的分析和矿区主应力场方位的分析,一方面为矿山的生产提供安全保障,另一方面主应力场方位的分析结果可为矿山现代化科学生产设计与施工提供依据。  相似文献

Site layout planning can affect productivity and is crucial to project success. However, as construction is heterogeneous in the nature of its organizations, project designs, time constraints, environmental effects, etc., site layout planning for each project becomes unique. Affected by many uncertainties (variables) and variations, site layout planning is a typical multiobjective problem. To facilitate the decision-making process for these problems, a nonstructural fuzzy decision support system (NSFDSS) is proposed. NSFDSS integrates both experts’ judgment and computer decision modeling, making it suitable for the appraisal of complicated construction problems. The system allows assessments based on pairwise comparisons of alternatives using semantic operators that can provide a reliable assessment result even under the condition of insufficient precise information.  相似文献

在对通风系统进行设计或改造时,可根据矿井的开拓、开采和地质条件,拟出多个矿井通风系统方案。由于每个方案都有优缺点,这对方案的最终确定带来一定困难,所以矿井通风系统评价体系的建立十分必要。以云南省某铜矿为背景,在运用层次分析方法的基础上构建矿井通风系统的评价体系,确定矿井通风系统稳定性的一级评判指标并建立AHP结构分析模型,确定各项指标的权重,结合工程实践得出各评价指标在通风系统中的重要性顺序为:矿井通风系统环境、矿井通风安全管理、矿井通风设施状况、矿井通风经济合理性、矿井防灾减灾能力、职工素质。为矿井通风系统设计或改造升级提供科学依据。  相似文献

In order to estimate total disturbances including parametric uncertainties, unmodeled dynamics, and external disturbances, and achieve the dynamic feedback compensation of the estimated total disturbances, we design a double closed loop attitude active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC). By taking flexible vibrations of solar panels and a flexible antenna as an external disturbance, and using only the estimated transformation matrix of control input, a simplified dynamic model has been used to replace the accurate dynamic model of a rigid body in a flexible multibody satellite dynamics model. Simulation results indicate that the attitude ADRC designed still has the original dynamic response when large external disturbance acts on the system. Therefore, we come to the conclusion that the ADRC designed can be used to solve the problem of control systems with uncertainties in the process of modeling different flexible multibody systems.  相似文献

The selection of an appropriate project delivery system that suits all project and owner needs is one of the key decisions to a successful project. Therefore, this decision should be made based on thorough analysis. In this paper, a fuzzy multiattribute decision-making (FMADM) model is developed. The model accounts for uncertainties and imprecision in the decision space as well as fuzziness in the nature of the decision attributes. The model utilizes fuzzy decision-making approach in order to evaluate the membership function corresponding to the utility of each project delivery alternative. Project delivery system alternatives are ranked using fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method based on their utility membership functions and by evaluating the distance of each project delivery alternative from fuzzy ideal solutions. In the TOPSIS method, alternatives are ranked based on their closeness coefficient (CC). In addition, the risk attitude of the decision maker is considered in the model by using derived utility membership functions corresponding to the risk attitude of the decision maker. The model is applied to a petrochemical project as a case study. In the case study, the model outcome that ranked Turnkey system as the best system conforms to the lessons learned by the decision maker from several past projects. Moreover, sensitivity analysis is done in the case study. The results show the significant value of the FMADM model for selecting appropriate project delivery system for projects.  相似文献

Prefabrication, preassembly, modularization, and off-site fabrication, collectively termed as prework have become more viable with recent advances in design and information technologies. These construction methods offer a substantial opportunity to improve project performance when circumstances merit. Successful implementation of these methods on a particular project requires systematic analysis and early decision making based on specific factors of the project. This paper identifies those factors influencing decisions on the use of prework, and current industry practices for evaluating the applicability of prework on industrial projects. It then presents a decision framework to assist industry practitioners with evaluating the applicability of prework on their project, and describes a computerized tool to aid project teams in the decision-making process. The developed framework and tool are useful and effective in the decision-making process, and easy to use, as validated by practitioners in the industry.  相似文献

某磷矿为新建地下开采矿山,属缓倾斜中厚矿体,原设计采用上向水平分层充填法和上向进路充填法进行开采,鉴于该采矿方法采切工程量大、工艺复杂、安全性差、生产能力低和劳动强度高,难以满足矿山500万t/a的生产能力要求.通过对矿山开采技术条件及矿山生产实际的综合研究,确定采取盘区布置形式,预控顶中深孔空场嗣后充填采矿法和掘进机进路式采矿法开采,并使用大型无轨设备进行采掘作业.优化后减少了采切工程、简化了采矿工艺、改善了作业条件,降低了工人劳动强度.   相似文献

矿井通风系统方案优化实际上是一个灰色多目标决策问题。通过构造灰色关联系数矩阵,确定加权向量、灰色关联投影角余弦、相关模数和计算投影值等步骤建立了综合考虑5种因素的矿井通风方案优化决策灰色关联投影模型。利用灰色关联投影决策模型确定了某矿井下通风系统最佳方案,该通风方案实施后,井下作业环境得到了很大的改善,测定数据表明各项指标都达到矿山安全规程要求。利用灰色关联投影法确定矿井通风方案十分有效。  相似文献

Unreliability of numerical data causes difficulties in computer systems for decision-making, risk assessment, and similar activities. Much human judgment is non-numerical and able to make useful evaluations of alternatives under uncertainty. The Logic of Argumentation (LA) offers a basis for computerized support of decision-making in the absence of numerical data, and it is being used in a project on carcinogenic risk assessment, StAR. There are potential applications of LA in other artificial intelligence systems in chemistry, such as for synthesis planning.  相似文献

In a real construction project, the duration and cost of each activity could change dynamically as a result of many uncertain variables, such as weather, resource availability, productivity, etc. Managers/planners must take these uncertainties into account and provide an optimal balance of time and cost based on their own experience and knowledge. In this paper, fuzzy sets theory is applied to model the managers’ behavior in predicting time and cost pertinent to a specific option within an activity. Genetic algorithms are used as a searching mechanism to establish the optimal time–cost profiles under different risk levels. In addition, the nonreplaceable front concept is proposed to assist managers in recognizing promising solutions from numerous candidates on the Pareto front. Economic analysis skills, such as the utility theory and opportunity cost, are integrated into the new model to mimic the decision making process of human experts. A simple case study is used for testing the new model developed. In comparison with the previous models, the new model provides managers with greater flexibility to analyze their decisions in a more realistic manner. The results also indicate that greater robustness may be achieved by taking some risks. This research is relevant to both industry practitioners and researchers. By incorporating the concept of fuzzy sets, managers can represent the range of possible time–cost values as well as their associated degree of belief. The model presented in this paper can, therefore, support decision makers in analyzing their time–cost optimization decision in a more flexible and realistic manner. Many novel ideas have also been incorporated in this paper to benefit the research community. Examples of these include the use of fuzzy sets theory, nonreplaceable front concept, utility theory, opportunity cost, etc. With suitable modifications, these concepts can be applied to model to other similar optimization problems in construction.  相似文献
