用单向凝固法生产特厚板坯的可行性研究

介绍了侧冷方式下单向凝固的特点，并探讨了用这种工艺生产厚板坯的可行性。研究结果表明，在侧冷方式下，用该工艺铸造的钢坯组织致密，夹杂物上浮情况良好，无集中缩孔，综合成材率可达９０％左右，用该方法生产特厚板坯极具有可行性。     

保温补贴在ZD60减速器大齿轮上的应用

在ＺＤ６０减速器大齿轮毛坯的铸造生产中，采用硅酸铝纤维型保温补贴工艺替代金属补贴工艺，降低了裂纹，气孔，夹砂，缺肉等缺陷，工艺出品率提高了４．９％，减少了金属补贴所需的切割和机加工工时，年增效益１．７６万元。     

Φ3800mm煤斗筛铸造工艺

煤斗筛的筛网由方格并排相错结构改成轮辐网格结构，减少了芯盒数量。采用刮板、组芯造型（芯），中心顶部注入式浇注系统，工艺出品率达８２％。

电解铝阳极爪架铸造新工艺研究

进行了消失模铸工艺生产阳极爪架的试验，对工艺方案进行了选择优化。对试验中存在的问题提出了解决方法。     

提高离心铸钢管质量的工艺探讨

通过总结生产经验,分析了影响离心铸钢管质量的主要因素,提出了工艺改进措施。新工艺使离心铸钢管合格率由70％提高到92％。

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
