为了实现MBD技术在叶片泵装配工艺设计中全面应用,摆脱以二维图纸为主、三维模型为辅助的传统设计制造模式,利用UG二次开发技术对UG进行相应模块功能开发.产品工艺信息与三维实体建模相结合,建立了面向工艺信息的MBD模型.通过叶片泵装配工艺设计过程分析,用开发的UG连接车间装配管理系统,实现三维建模工艺信息集成一体化,使产品生产真正达到无纸化、数字化、网络化、协同化制造.并以泵轴工艺信息为实例做了应用说明.  相似文献

 为了节省材料、降低制造成本和提高生产率,在分析产品负荷特征,装配关系及原设计和工艺的弊端后,对汽车半轴套管进行了产品集成开发研究.从分体式设计开始就考虑先进的复合成形工艺与用户的要求等因素.在分体式设计的基础上采用创新的正挤与横轧工艺和摆动辗压工艺成形半轴套管后,收到了节材、节能,提高生产率与降低制造成本等综合经济效益.  相似文献

工艺过程设计是产品设计和制造之间的中间环节。长期以来,它是依靠工艺人员个人的经验进行的,设计方案因人而异,工作效率低,而且很难实现最佳工艺方案,不利于产品的更新换代。为了使石油机械制造工业能迅速满足市场的需求,增强企业的产品竞争能力,根据中国石油天然气总公司的指示,由西安石油学院、江汉总机厂、第三石油机械厂联合对石油机械回转体类零件工艺设计自动化进行开发研究,目的在于对石油机械工艺过程这一产品制造环节进行全面改革,实现一序一卡,增强企业活力,减少生产准备周期,使工艺设计人员从繁杂的工艺设计中解放出来,将主要精力去从事创造性劳动。  相似文献

随着数字化与智能化生产方式在制造业中的广泛应用,引导企业重视并发挥制造大数据的价值对革新产品工艺设计具有重要意义。本文旨在面向企业数据与业务深度融合的应用需求,提出一种基于制造大数据挖掘的产品工艺自适应设计应用方法,用于解决企业中制造数据利用率不足等问题。以企业制造数据为起点,提出了"数据+知识+决策"的产品工艺自适应设计模式,总结了该模式的制造数据挖掘与利用流程,涵盖多源异构数据融合、数据清洗与预处理、数据变换与降维、数据挖掘、数据可视化和设计决策6个过程。最后以汽车产品焊接工艺为例,建立焊接工艺参数与焊接缺陷的预测模型,用于改善焊接工艺并提高焊接质量,实现制造大数据驱动的焊接工艺自适应设计。研究表明,制造大数据蕴含丰富的知识与模式,可以指导产品设计决策,支持实现不同制造环境下的产品工艺自适应设计;建议进一步推动大数据与第五代移动通信技术等新兴技术的结合,增加对大数据平台、算法设计平台研发的投入,激发制造大数据与产品工艺设计的更大交融。  相似文献

Tolerancing is one of the most important tasks in product and manufacturing process design. The allocation of design tolerances between the components of a mechanical assembly and manufacturing tolerances in the intermediate machining steps of component fabrication can significantly affect a product's quality and its robustness. This paper presents a methodology to maximize a product's robustness by appropriately allocating assembly and machining tolerances. The robust tolerance design problem is formulated as a mixed nonlinear optimization model. A simulated annealing algorithm is employed to solve the model and an example is presented to illustrate the methodology.  相似文献

In this article, we show that the manufacturing target for a product characteristic affected by degradation is not the value that maximizes the quality of the product. By sacrificing some quality at the manufacturing stage it is possible to increase the product's lifetime and thus reduce the quality loss over a long period. We propose a procedure for finding the optimal manufacturing target that maximizes both quality and reliability of the product.  相似文献

针对产品在使用过程中出现的失效现象,利用CAE技术对包装箱产品的成型过程和静载承压过程进行了模拟,分析和研究了制品承压时的应力分布以及不同注塑浇口位置对注塑件在静载承压情况下所造成的可能失效的问题.研究结果表明,改变注塑成型工艺参数,浇口位置、个数可使注塑制品在静载承压时破裂的危险系数降低.  相似文献

Product design is an important stage in the product development cycle. A large proportion of a product's cost is governed by product design. Every effort should be made to ensure a product is “rightly designed for manufacture” at the design stage in order to avoid unnecessary expenditure of time and money in production resulting from a need for redesign. An evaluation tool in the form of an expert system has been developed for product designers to assess manufacturability of product designs. This paper describes the mode of operation in the development of the expert system from which manufacturing information such as selection of processes and materials, and estimation of cost can be obtained. The system enables product designers to evaluate product design alternatives by comparing the analyzed results to come up with the optimum design that best satisfies the requirements. Manufacturing systems of the future highly demand that the product data are built into the product model,and smooth data transfer to other computer-aided technologies are enabled.Depending on the type of the manufacturing system,it is envisaged that virtual engineering(VE) technologies play a significant role in integrating the computer-based technologies involved in the product's life cycle.Simulations in a virtual world and exchange of real-time product or design data are among the benefits for today's global oriented manufacturing business.To highlight the significance of design as carrier of product data and the key role played by VE technologies to inter-link design,manufacturing and associated components,this paper presents an overview and analysis of the state-of-the-art VE technologies to indicate potential applications and future research directions.  相似文献
