金钢石薄膜与基材之间过渡层技术的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过TEM观察发现在金刚石膜与单晶硅片、金刚石膜与A1N陶瓷之间存在一层过渡层,过渡层的存在为金刚石的形核及生长提供了有利的条件,受此启发,为了改善金刚石与基材的结合强度,采用磁控溅射、空心离子镀、真空蒸镀等方法在MO片上沉积TiC、TiCN(C/N=1/2)、TiCN(C/N=1/10)等薄膜,研究了它们对金刚石膜与基材的结合强度的影响.  相似文献

掺硼对超纳米金刚石薄膜的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MPCVD)技术,利用氩气、甲烷、二氧化碳混合气体,制备出平均晶粒尺寸在7.480 nm左右,表面粗糙度在15.72 nm左右的高质量的超纳米金刚石薄膜;在此工艺基础上以硼烷作为掺杂气体,合成掺硼的金刚石薄膜.表征结果显示在一定的浓度范围内随着硼烷气体的通入,金刚石薄膜的晶粒尺寸及表面粗糙度增大、结晶性变好,不再具有超纳米金刚石膜的显微结构和表面形态;同时膜材的物相组成也发生改变,金刚石组份逐渐增多,并且膜层内出现了更明显的应力以及更好的导电性能.  相似文献

研制了特定比例的纳米金刚石浆料,采用了丝网印刷工艺在石墨衬底上大面积印制了纳米金刚石场发射薄膜,实验探索了石墨衬底纳米金刚石薄膜的烧结工艺和后处理过程,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了纳米金刚石膜的表面形貌,经后处理的薄膜中纳米金刚石露出薄膜表面,纳米金刚石的棱角是天然的发射体.采用本课题组研制的多功能场发射测试台在10-6Pa的真空条件下进行了场发射特性的测试,结果发现石墨上低成本大面积印刷的纳米金刚石薄膜具有均匀稳定的场发射特性,作为电子器件的理想冷阴极发射,可在宇宙飞船、原子反应堆等恶劣条件下工作的平面显示器中得到应用.  相似文献

采用等离子体浸没离子注入及沉积技术在钛合金(Ti6Al4V)表面制备了类金刚石薄膜和含有SiC/DLC过渡层的类金刚石薄膜。采用拉曼光谱及扫描电子显微镜分析了薄膜的成分和结构,并利用超显微硬度计、薄膜结合力测试仪和往复式摩擦实验机研究了薄膜的硬度、韧性、膜/基结合力和耐磨性。研究结果表明,SiC/DLC过渡层可以提高钛合金(Ti6Al4V)表面类金刚石薄膜的韧性及膜/基结合力,与未制备过渡层的类金刚石薄膜相比,含有SiC/DLC过渡层的类金刚石薄膜的耐磨性明显提高。  相似文献

用微波等离子体增强化学气相沉积方法(MPECVD),利用氢气和甲醇的混合气体,在硅片上沉积出纳米晶粒的金刚石薄膜.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、原子力显微镜(AFM)及扫描隧道显微镜(STM)对薄膜的晶粒平面平整性及纯度进行了表征.通过SEM发现,提高甲醇浓度或降低沉积温度可以减小金刚石膜的晶粒尺寸.拉曼光谱显示薄膜中确实存在纳米晶粒的金刚石,并且薄膜的主要成分为金刚石.用AFM测得薄膜表面的粗糙度Rms<80m,STM观测晶粒的平均尺寸在10~20m之间.研究结果表明,用MPECVD方法,利用氢气和甲醇的混合气体是制备纳米晶粒金刚石膜的一种理想方法.  相似文献

用MWCVD方法在无预处理铜基体上获得了金刚石薄膜和厚膜。所得金刚石膜从基体上自动脱落,但形貌分析和Ramman分析表明,所得金刚石膜具有较好的质量。因此铜是制备金刚石厚膜的理想基体材料。  相似文献

金刚石涂层在硬质合金(WC-Co)基体上的附着力,是影响金刚石涂层刀具切削性能和使用寿命的关键因素.采用微波等离子体化学气相沉积(CVD)法在经酸浸蚀脱Co的硬质合金基体上生长金刚石薄膜.通过对金刚石膜/基界面的微观形貌和成分分析,初步认识了金刚石薄膜的附着机理:机械锁合作用对金刚石膜/基附着力有较大贡献;界面热应力和弱中间相的存在是导致金刚石膜自发剥离的主要原因.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
