The proliferation of microplastics in the ocean and other water bodies is becoming an alarming issue. The development of plastic-free water- and oil-resistant paper can contribute toward mitigating this problem. Herein we report a plastic-free paper coating derived from chitosan and sunflower oil. Chitosan grafted sunflower oil paper coatings were prepared via the ring opening of the partially epoxidized sunflower oil with chitosan. The product of these reactions was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy techniques. The sunflower oil grafted chitosan solution was coated onto a Kraft paper. The Cobb 60 and kit rating values were determined to be 8.00 g/m2 and 7.66, respectively, for the optimal formulations. Meanwhile, the water contact angle was found to be 94.0 ± 1.6° after 30 s. Scanning electron microscopy analysis was employed to gain insight regarding the changes that occurred on the paper surface at the microscopic level.  相似文献

以蓖麻油和环氧树脂为改性剂,对水性聚氨酯进行了改性,乳液红外分析证实了改性剂的有效接枝.改性后的聚氨酯其耐水性得到明显提高,吸水率降至3%以下.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、腐蚀电位和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法对改性聚氨酯的富锌涂层进行了表征.结果表明,改性水性聚氨酯言锌涂料具有良好的耐蚀性;随着锌粉含量的增加,涂层耐蚀性提高.  相似文献

以硬脂酸、软脂酸、油酸、环烷酸4种有机酸和活性MgO为主要原料,设计合成复合无机-有机酸镁腐蚀抑制剂,考察使用性能,并对其作用机理进行探究。结果表明:复合碳酸镁-环烷酸镁腐蚀抑制剂具有较好的效果,加量为1000 μg/g时,烟气中SO3含量降低了70.0%,钢片腐蚀速率降低了21.6%。进一步分析表明,合成的产品是一种纳米级MgCO3粒子在有机酸镁胶束包裹下形成的稳定胶体体系,有效解决了MgCO3粒子在燃油中分散性差的问题,有利于发挥无机-有机镁盐的协同作用。随着燃油燃烧,腐蚀抑制剂产生的MgO与燃油产生的V2O5结合,降低了V2O5的浓度,减弱了其对SO2向SO3转化的催化作用,使烟气中SO3含量降低,抑制了低温腐蚀。同时,MgO的存在使燃烧生成的钒酸盐种类由低熔点变为高熔点,高温腐蚀得到缓解。  相似文献

The efficacy of using domestic (LFM-3) and imported (Oleophobol C and Scotchgard FC-251) preparations for decreasing the wettability of fibre materials was investigated. A significant difference in the chemical composition of the preparations, latex particle charge, and stability of dispersions was found. It was shown that the domestic and imported products are equally effective for giving fibre materials oil- and water-repellent properties, and LFM is more technologically effective. Oil-type sunflower seed hybrids grown in North Dakota were evaluated for yield, seed characteristics and composition. The study consisted of 74 hybrids grown at Casselton, ND, during 1981. Mean analytical values were: yield (x = 2047 kg/hectare), seed weight (x = 9.9 g/200 seed), test weight (x = 40.3 kg/hectare), hull (x = 26.7%), embryo (x =73.7%), oil (x = 45.3%), protein (x = 20.8%), ash (x = 3.5%), lysine (x = 4.5 g/100 g protein) and chlorogenic acid (x = 2.0%). Increasing the lysine content of hybrid sunflower protein appears to have possibilities for further study. The mean chlorogenic acid content was slightly lower than levels previously reported.  相似文献

介绍了采用Ninaph2-Ali-Bu3-BF3·OEt2-含氧化合物四元镍系催化体系合成高门尼粘度顺丁橡胶、并经充高芳烃油制备充油顺丁橡胶BR9073的研制过程。研究了四元催化体系的聚合规律、充油技术及充油橡胶的力学性能,在此基础上进行了工业试生产。结果表明,四元催化体系合成高门尼粘度橡胶并经充油生产BR9073在技术上是可行的。  相似文献

We investigated the influence of the intramolecular fatty acid distribution of dietary triacyl-sn-glycerols (TAG) rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) on the structure of chylomicron TAG. Fish oil and seal oil, comparable in fatty acid compositions but with different contents of major n-3 PUFA esterified at thesn-2 position (20:5n-3, 46.6%, and 5.3%; 22:6n-3, 75.5%, and 3.8%, respectively), were fed to rats. Mesenteric lymph was collected and the chylomicrons were isolated by ultracentrifugation. The fatty acid composition of chylomicrons largely reflected the fatty acid composition of the oils administered. The intramolecular fatty acid distributions of the TAG fed were reflected in the chylomicron TAG as the fraction of the total contents observed in thesn-2 position of 20:5n-3 were 23.6 and 13.3%, and of 22:6n-3 were 30.6 and 5.4% for resultant chylomicrons following fish oil and seal oil administration, respectively. Thus, after seal oil administration, significant higher load of n-3 PUFA was esterified in thesn-1,3 positions of chylomicron TAG compared with fish oil administration (P<0.05).  相似文献

The effects of precursor pretreatment and addition methods of lanthanum species on stabilization of alumina (surface area loss, phase transformations and high temperature interaction with lanthanum species) have been investigated by BET specific surface area measurements (BET), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, thermal analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) in the range of 600–1150°C. Although powder La2O3, which is mechanically mixed with γ-Al2O3 or pseudo boehmite, can effectively retard the α phase transformation by solid phase interaction with Al2O3, it does not show a positive effect on retarding the loss of surface area. Compared with the direct impregnation of γ-Al2O3, the gelation of pseudo boehmite by acidification accelerates phase transformations and weakens the stabilizing influence of lanthanum species. At 600°C and for atomic ratio of La/Al up to 0.1 or at 1150°C and La/Al≤0.02, the lanthanum species is highly dispersed in alumina. With the increase of calcination temperature or lanthanum content, lanthanum species is present as dispersed La2O3, LaAlO3 and crystalline La2O3. At T≤1000°C the surface area loss of alumina is mainly attributed to the sintering of particles. The follow-up loss at T>1000°C results from both sintering and phase transformations. The highly dispersed lanthanum species retard both sintering and phase transformations, and their associated surface area loss. However, the formation of LaAlO3 mainly retards the surface area loss resulting from the α phase transformation. Having considered the purely mechanical mixing effect of additive on the surface area loss of alumina, an influence criterion of lanthanum species on retarding the surface area loss whether resulting from sintering or from α phase transformation at high temperature ≥1000°C has been proposed in this paper.  相似文献

对湖北省4种中品位磷矿进行制酸评价试验,获得如下结果:二水法制取磷酸各种矿的优惠SO3质量浓度及技术经济指标;滤酸浓缩和澄清过程中,浓酸黏度,澄清效果、杂质系数与磷矿组成、杂质系数的关系;二段浓缩与一段浓缩所获浓酸组成及沉淀物量;二段浓缩中酸浓的选取以w(P2O5)40%~42%为宜,因此时酸的黏度不是最大,而非磷酸盐的总体溶解度最小。  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) separation of diacylglycerol acetates to quantitatite disaturated species of lung phosphatidylcholine (PC) was studied. The diacylglycerol acetates were applied on a reversed phase column, eluted by an isocratic solvent, acetonitrile/isopropanol/water (35:15:1, v/v/v) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min, and detected by differential refractometry (RI). This isocratic HPLC method was useful to separate disaturated species from the others of lung PC. The quantitative analysis of the molecular species separated by HPLC was studied by RI detection. Chroamtograms obtained by RI detection and radioactivity determination of diacylglycerol [3H]acetates prepared by [3H]acetic anhydride were almost identical. The RI detector responsed in the same degree for different, authentic standards of diacylglycerol acetates. The detection limit with RI detection was about 30 nmoles. Molecular species of PCs from human lung and carcinoma tissues were analyzed by this HPLC method. The contents of disaturated species were very similar to those reported previously. These results indicate that RI detection is very useful in the nmole range for the quantitative analysis among the molecular species containing disaturated species.  相似文献

A majority of the individual molecular species of phosphatidic acid dimethyl esters derived from multispecies egg yolk and soybean phosphatidylcholines have been separated by reverse-phase high pressure liquid chromatography. Two Partisil-10 ODS columns connected in tandem and the eluents acetonitrile or methanol/water (95∶5) were used for molecular species resolution, based on total fatty acyl carbon number and degree of unsaturation.  相似文献
