该文主要研究了一种PCB焊接接线端子紧固丝扣不良现象,通过分析端子的整个加工过程,最后确定在波峰焊后端子表面熔锡,导致丝扣破坏,此外,端子自身的攻丝结构十分薄弱,造成紧固丝扣不良问题。在调研同行业对端子的表面处理以及此类丝扣标准厚度后,引入高温雾锡以及镶件端子结构,并对接线端子进行必要的可靠性试验验证,满足要求后并投入应用,极好地解决了波峰焊表面熔锡及结构薄弱问题。 相似文献

为完善车身冲模结构设计的理论体系,提出了制件在冲模设计坐标系中定位的概念,并应用六点定位原理对这一问题进行了研究,探讨了冲压方向的选择原则与工序件的设计方法,根据数字设计的特点对拉延模零件及其特征进行了分类,在此基础上提出了拉延模数字设计的工作策略与方法.结果表明:制件在冲模设计坐标系中的定位是通过设计基准点与冲压方向实现的;拉延模数字设计的工作策略与方法经工程实例验证是可行的. 相似文献

Various analytical finite element method (FEM) tools have been developed for flow processes, including die casting, but they only give information about whether the predetermined die design is correct. Current shop practice uses trial-and-error methods to determine new die designs. This article describes development of a computer-aided die design system for die casting. The computer-assisted design (CAD) system was written using Auto LISP with a personal computer. This system was developed to present algorithms for automation of die design, especially a runner-gate system using three-dimensional geometry. This system quantifies practical knowledge and experiences in die design as the formulating procedure. The system allows engineers to make automatic and efficient designs and it will result in reduction of required expenses and time. The system is composed of selection of cast alloy and product design, and uses the runner-gate design. In addition, specific rules and equations for the system are presented. An example is applied to a cap-shaped casting using the proposed system. 相似文献

为解决航空叶片精锻模具磨损严重,设计参数确定困难等问题,本文在分析模具设计过程和锻造工艺的基础上,基于Archard摩擦理论,借助有限元分析软件对不同设计参数的叶片模具的精锻成形过程进行了模拟仿真,运用正交试验设计方法分析了模具成形角度、桥部厚度、桥部宽度对叶片成形力和模具磨损的影响,得出了有益于叶片成形和减小模具磨损的最优化组合设计参数,并对该参数的计算方法进行了改进,简化了计算过程且参数计算更加精确;最后,通过工程实例对上述过程进行了验证,其实验结果与仿真结果的一致性较好,减小了模具磨损,提高了叶片模具设计效率. 相似文献

Die-casting is one of the methods used to produce a large number of components with a good surface finish by injecting cast alloys into a metal mould under high pressure. The design of a die-casting die requires human expertise and is normally performed by trial and error, which leads to monetary and time losses. Automation at the initial die design stage would result in higher productivity and would reduce the production lead time. Decisions regarding the number of cavities, the layout pattern and the placement of cavities in die-casting are critical for die design and manufacturing. This paper presents research work on a system for computer-aided cavity layout design for die-casting dies. The proposed system consists of three modules: (1) determination of number of cavities; (2) selection of layout pattern; and (3) placement of cavities in the die base. It enables die designers to generate a cavity layout design automatically from a computer-aided design (CAD) file of the part with little information provided manually. The optimal number of cavities is determined by considering economic, technical, geometrical and time limitations, followed by the selection of a layout pattern. Thereafter, cavities are placed in the die base. The developed system depends on a database of die-casting machines and materials along with a knowledge base of die design. This system has been tested on a number of die-casting parts and results have been found to be along the lines of those obtained by the industry. The proposed system is more comprehensive than those presently available and is a step in the right direction for design-manufacturing integration for die-casting. 相似文献

A new approach to die shape optimal design in shape extrusion is presented. In this approach, the design problem is formulated as an optimization problem incorporating the three-dimensional finite element analysis model, and optimization of the die shape is conducted on the basis of the design sensitivities. 为了提高板料冲裁工艺与模具设计的质量和效率,实现知识的重用和共享,对板料冲裁工艺与三维模具设计的智能化、参数化设计技术进行了系统地研究,提出了以数据库、框架、规则、面向对象和数学模型等混合方法表示工艺设计知识,以几何模型/数据库混合表示法描述结构设计知识;提出了面向工程的动态设计方法,将实际设计知识记录到动态知识库中,成为半标准化的知识,支持系统的智能设计.根据提出的方法,基于Ⅰ-DEAS软件平台,利用宏命令与API接口函数相结合的方法,建立了冲裁工艺与三维模具设计支持系统,具体设计实例表明所建立的系统大大提高了设计的质量和效率. 相似文献
