A Research on the Evaluation of Urban Development Land-Use Intensity——A Views from Planning and Management

科学合理地确定评价指标体系是城市建设用地集约性评价的重要前提.从综述现有相关研究成果入手,对城市建设用地集约性的内涵进行了重新审视和剖析,在此基础上构建了基于规划编制和规划管理两个视角的城市建设用地集约性评价指标体系,即在规划编制层面重点引入城市总体用地、城市专项用地、城市配套用地层面的14项代表性指标;在规划管理层面重点引入居住类用地管理、产业类用地管理、公益性用地管理层面的12项代表性指标.最后提出了实现促进建设用地集约性的相关对策建议.     

The Psychological Status and Value Choice Inclination of Residents in the Old City District——Analysis of and enlightenment from the survey of old districts

This article discusses the "double environment" of the old city districts from the angleof settlement consciousness by analysing the survey conducted in Wang Jia Ma Tou sec-tion of Nanshi old district in Shanghai, and provides the basis for the planning and designfor the large-scaled renewal projects in old city.     

A Fiber Model Based on Secondary Development of ABAQUS for Elastic–Plastic Analysis

With the aim to provide an efficient platform for the elastic–plastic analysis of steel structures, reinforced concrete (RC) structures and steel–concrete composite structures, a program iFiberLUT based on the fiber model was developed within the framework of ABAQUS. This program contains an ABAQUS Fiber Generator which can automatically divide the beam and column cross sections into fiber sections, and a material library which includes several concrete and steel uniaxial material models. The range of applications of iFiberLUT is introduced and its feasibility is verified through previously reported test data of individual structural members as well as planar steel frames, RC frames and composite frames subjected to various loadings. The simulation results indicate that the developed program is able to achieve high calculation accuracy and favorable convergence within a wide range of applications.

This article—“The Research and Development of the Information System for City Planning and ConstructionManagement of Suzhou City”was written to expand the scope of research and to strengthen management and controlso as to provide a basis for policy-making,to bring both in-denth analysis and to combine qualitative and quantita-tive determination.The article introduces the basic structure and functions of the information system,including theinformation flow,division of sub-systems,hardware-model selection,the content of data base and their classifica-tion and coding,etc.The article also introduces the functions of treatment of graphic information,word numericalvalue information and its uniqueness in combining graphical and non-graphical information.This information sys-tem is comparatively low cost simple in operation,and there is a basic guarantee of source of information.A pre-limirary use of the system has proved its practivability,which forms the basic condition for the extended applicationof the system.

This article improves the distribution model ofmultipath transportation and puts forward its quickmethod computation--the node--distribution calcula-tion, it further expounds in detail such problems innode--distribution calculation as network treatment,the arrangement order of nodes under distribution andthe definition of parameters. The adoption ofnode--distribution calculation greatly enhances the spe-ed and capacity of the distribution method ofmultpath transportation which can be applied to transportation planning, traffic control and guiding systemof transportation of extra--large networks.
