以罗丹明6G(R6G)为母体,经一系列反应设计合成R6GHA。采用荧光光谱(PL)研究了R6GHA对pH值和不同离子的荧光发射行为,在pH为7的乙醇水溶液中,R6GHA荧光发射峰极弱,此时溶液透明。加入Hg~(2+)可诱导R6GHA在595 nm处产生荧光发射,此时溶液为橙红色,而其他金属离子未引起显著变化,基于此,可以对水溶液中微量Hg~(2+)进行裸眼识别,并对相关机理进行了探讨。结果表明,R6GHA对Hg~(2+)具有选择性荧光响应,并可应用于Hg~(2+)的检测,检出限为2.33×10~(-6)mol/L。 相似文献

The fluorescence quenching effect of polymeric carbon nitride-based materials can be efficiently applied to the rapid detection of Hg2+. Herein, we chose dicyandiamide and sodium hypophosphite as precursors to prepare bulk phosphorous-doped polymeric carbon nitride through thermal polycondensation, and then a one-step hydrothermal treatment caused the depolymerization of the bulk products and the formation of the nanorod-like structures. The depolymerization resulted in the good aqueous colloidal stability of the polymeric carbon nitride-based derivative, and phosphorus-doping significantly improved its fluorescence. More terminal amino and abundant surface hydroxyl groups led to the enhanced selective fluorescence quenching of Hg2+ by the depolymerized products. Therefore, the depolymerized phosphorous-doped polymeric carbon nitride with a fluorescence quantum yield of 23.2% showed excellent Hg2+ detection capability. The limit of detection of the depolymerized polymeric carbon nitride to Hg2+ can reach 0.74 nmol L?1. And the depolymerized products also showed good accuracy in the Hg2+ detection of shrimp samples. This work broadens the scope of polymeric carbon nitride-based heavy metal ion fluorescent probes, and provides a new roadmap for the highly selective determination of Hg2+. 相似文献

A fluorescent probe based on a simple coumarin derivative could recognise mercury ions (Hg(ii )) and thiols selectively in aqueous solution. The addition of Hg(ii ) induced a blue shift of the fluorescence emission band of the probe while the fluorescence was almost quenched by the addition of p‐toluenethiol or cysteine (Cys). The detection limit of the probe towards Hg(ii ) and Cys was 8 µmol/L. The probe could be used for the detection of Hg(ii ) and thiols by the naked eye under ultraviolet light irradiation. 相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、丙烯酸松香加成物与甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯酯化物(RAG)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,5,7-二羟基-4-甲基香豆素(DHMC)为荧光扩链剂,成功制备了稳定性好的松香基荧光水性聚氨酯乳液(FWPU)。采用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱等对FWPU进行了结构表征,探讨了DHMC用量、猝灭剂1,4-对苯二酚(HQ)对FWPU荧光性能的影响,测试了聚氨酯膜的紫外防护性能。结果表明,DHMC成功接枝到聚氨酯主链上,随着其用量的增加,FWPU的荧光强度逐渐增大,用量为1%时荧光强度最大(达5002);相比于DHMC,FWPU的荧光强度明显增大;HQ对FWPU荧光猝灭效果明显。加入DHMC,聚氨酯的紫外线防护系数从6.86增加到12.27,紫外防护性能得到改善,耐水性也有一定的提高。 相似文献

A simple dual analyte fluorescein-based probe (PF3-Glc) was synthesised containing β-glucosidase (β-glc) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) trigger units. The presence of β-glc, resulted in fragmentation of the parent molecule releasing glucose and the slightly fluorescent mono-boronate fluorescein (PF3). Subsequently, in the presence of glucose oxidase (GOx), the released glucose was catalytically converted to D-glucono-δ-lactone, which produced H2O2 as a by-product. The GOx-produced H2O2, resulted in classic H2O2-mediated boronate oxidation and the release of the highly emissive fluorophore, fluorescein. This unique cascade reaction lead to an 80-fold increase in fluorescence intensity. 相似文献
