我国标准化教育的发展现状分析

开展标准化教育是适应经济社会发展要求,提高标准化人才开发水平的必然选择。文章从标准学学科的建设、标准人才培养体系的构建和标准化教育的国际合作等视角,分析了我国标准化教育的发展现状,并进行了相应的总结。

文章分析了我国标准化人才的本质属性及标准化人才培养的特点,提出了标准化培养的几种模式.

语言培训服务业标准化建设是规范我国语言培训市场、促进市场可持续发展、帮助语言培训机构提高管理水平、完善自律机制、全面提升语言培训服务质量和水平的重要手段。文章分析了语言培训服务的内涵,阐述了语言培训服务标准化的意义,在介绍其标准化现状的基础上,给出了语言培训服务标准化建设的建议和措施。     

A Brief Introduction to Standardization Education at the School of Business Administration,Zhongnan University of Economics and Law

This article briefly introduces the history,current situation and characteristics of standardization management education in the School of Business and Administration (SBA),Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL).ZUEL's different levels of standardization education are discussed in detail,including undergraduate students,graduate students,and continuing education training for working professionals.Also ZUEL'steaching style,research foundation,and relative experiences in standardization education are introduced.ZUEL's capacity and characteristics are comprehensively shown and expected further developments in standardization education at ZUEL are provided.     

对电子商务模式标准化的探讨

本文讨论了在电子商务模式不断创新带动电子商务快速发展的大背景下开展电子商务模式标准化工作的意义,并对电子商务模式标准化的分类原则、模式运营的基本要求等规范化内容进行了阐述.     

2006~2015年中国标准化研究回顾

本文以CNKI所收录2006-2015年发表于《中国标准化》杂志的标准化研究文献为语料,结合计算机可视化分析软件CiteSpace,并结合传统的文献计量方法,从年度、研究机构、支持基金、高频关键词等方面考察这十年中国标准化研究的现状、热点及未来发展趋势.研究发现:(1)中国标准化研究院、中国兵器标准化研究所、国家标准化委员会等机构相互合作,在标准化研究中发挥着主要作用;(2)研究主要集中在标准体系、技术标准、行业标准以及具体领域国内外标准概述、对比等方面;(3)食品安全、通信技术、循环经济、智慧城市是标准化紧密结合的研究热点;(4)标准化研究从前期理论探索到如今借鉴国外先进经验,开始翻译中国标准英文版,推动中国标准走向国际舞台.     

标准化经济效益评价模型研究

本文介绍了澳大利亚、德国、英国、加拿大、法国等国家标准化经济效益评价研究工作的情况,并重点描述澳大利亚标准化经济效益评价模型。同时,证实了澳大利亚标准对澳大利亚经济所产生的价值以及标准和GDP之间呈现强大的正相关性。     

Expo 2010 Shanghai China Standardization Progress and Post-Expo Demand Study

The beneficial exploration and consequential harvest in the standardization field during the preparation of the Expo 2010 Shanghai China (Expo) is studied and discussed in this paper.Based upon the work that Expo needs to do to meet its requirement on standardization, many positive advances are proposed to conduct and supervise various activities in the processes of the Expo operation and post-Expo opportunities.

本文通过访谈、问卷调查和招聘信息收集,从标准化人员和企业两个角度,分析标准化教育培训现状与需求,以及企业对标准化人员可雇佣能力要求,进而分析影响制约标准化教育培训质量的主要因素,并从健全标准化教育培训评估体系和准入机制、完善标准化教育培训体系、加强标准学科建设以及建立标准化教育实习示范基地等方面提出对策与建议。

通过分析大型体育赛事与标准化的渊源关系,导入大型体育赛事基础标准化与专项标准化概念以及层次定位和范畴内涵.以北京奥运会、广州亚运会和深圳大运会为典型实例,介绍我国大型体育赛事专项标准化方面所进行的探索与实践,总结概述其基本特征与主要贡献.     

Research on the Evaluation System of National Standardization

Standardization receives varied attention in different countries. Based on the Chinese national standardization status, this paper sets an evaluation system of national standardization on the principles of logic, comprehensiveness and operability, taking into account national standards and standardization activities. The evaluation system evaluates the national standardization development level through four aspects: standard development,standards implementation, standardization supporting measures, and participation in international standardization. This evaluation system provides a reasonable basis to evaluate the national standardization development level. The survey shows that if China wants to enhance its standardization development level, China needs to improve its standard development level, strengthen implication and application of standards, expand the standardization support measures and continuously improve the level of participation in international standardization.     

Study on the Discipline of Standardization from the Perspective of Standardization Education

Standardization theory is viewed as an element of standardization education.This paper defines the discipline of standardization based on advancements in standardization theory,examines the relationship between the discipline of standardization and standardization education,and predicts trends in standardization.     

Standardization Contributes to preparation for Expo 2010 Shanghai

The task of standardization includes the formulation, organization, and supervision of standards, as well as the implementation of those standards. This paper outlines how standardization was illustrated, analyzed, and brought forward developmentally, while emphasizing implementation and supervision in accordance with the target and scope of the Expo 2010 Shanghai China Informatization.     

中国-东盟农产品贸易壁垒现状分析与标准化发展建议

本文通过对中国—东盟农产品贸易壁垒现状分析,从各国间法律法规、技术性贸易壁垒保护程度和标准化程度三方面进行了分析,以香蕉为例,重点对比分析了中国、泰国、菲律宾、越南4个国家香蕉标准,最后总结了标准化对中国—东盟农产品贸易壁垒的积极作用。     

中国与新加坡会展业标准化建设比较研究

文章分析了中国与新加坡会展业标准化现状,比较研究了两国会展业标准化建设情况,以期借鉴新加坡会展业标准化建设的经验,促进中国会展业的健康有序发展。     

我国气雾罐包装容器标准化研究

目的研究自1991年首次发布气雾罐国标以来我国气雾罐的标准化历程。方法通过解析历次发布的国家标准(GB 13042,GB/T 25164)和包装行业标准(BB/T 0006),从气雾罐形式、分类、规格尺寸、耐压性、检验项目等方面阐述我国气雾罐制造技术标准化的更新改进。结果气雾罐标准化的发展趋势,一方面是气雾罐不断满足气雾剂产业日益多样化的需要,另一方面是保证危险包装产品的质量安全需要,也是适应轻量化、节材化的绿色包装形势的需要。结论在深度参与国际合作与竞争过程中,我国气雾罐制造业国际化程度相当高,标准化工作需进一步与国际接轨,以引领行业发展。     

墨西哥标准化体系及与中国国家标准化体系的区别与联系

本文介绍了墨西哥标准化体系,并简要对比了墨西哥标准化体系与中国国家标准化体系的异同。并指出,在两国经济高速发展的今天,研究并掌握墨西哥国家标准化体系,对促进我国出口到墨西哥等拉美国家出口贸易额的增加具有重要参考意义。
