本文在分析、讨论金属材料切削加工中热电特性的基础上,着重研究了如何利用金属切削加工中的热电参数及金属自身热电特性参数来表征金属材料的切削加工性问题。理论分析及试验结果都表明:金属材料的切削加工性可用金属材料切削加工中的热电参数Av与自身的热电特性参数Ks的综合作用指标Kv来表征。从而向传统的磨损试验方法提出了挑战。拓宽了金属材料切削加工性指标的追用范围。 相似文献

This paper presents the results of a programme of experimental work designed to assess the industrial significance of plate hardness in hopper and silo construction upon the obtaining of reliable flow of hard bulk solids from the vessel. Previously, it has generally been thought that plate finish is the dominant effect in determining frictional characteristics, and no attention has been given to the effect of plate hardness. However this programme has shown that the effect of plate hardness can in practice be quite significant, to the extent that choosing increased plate hardness can reduce the steepness of the hopper wall needed for reliable discharge and hence the headroom requirement for the vessel. 相似文献

An atomic force microscopy (AFM) based technique is proposed for the characterization of both indentation modulus and hardness of compliant materials. A standard AFM tip is used as an indenter to record force versus indentation curves analogous to those obtained in standard indentation tests. In order to overcome the lack of information about the apex geometry, the proposed technique requires calibration using a set of reference samples whose mechanical properties have been previously characterized by means of an independent technique, such as standard indentation. Due to the selected reference samples, the technique has been demonstrated to allow reliable measurements of indentation modulus and hardness in the range of 0.3-4.0 GPa and 15-250 MPa, respectively. 相似文献

The thrust measured during a drilling test is related to the hardness of the material being tested. When the test is performed on a superficially heat-treated specimen, the results do not correspond exactly to the hardness profile obtained by the standard Vickers micro hardness technique.Because of the extreme hardness of the surface tested and the small diameter required to minimise material damage, a drill is more suitable than a milling cutter. The thrust measured during testing thus integrates heterogeneous resistance along the cutting edge of the drill. Consequently, correspondence between the hardness profile and the measured signal is shown to be non-linear. By discretising the thickness drilled, we have developed an algorithm which yields the hardness of each elemental thickness. Results for carbo-nitriding steel are very close to those obtained by the Vickers technique and the accuracy is also very similar for both methods. 相似文献

采用高性能硬质合金YG610对洛氏硬度为HRC30和HRC45的两种堆焊层进行切削三要素的正交试验.试验结果表明:两组试验中三要素对加工过程的影响规律基本一致,即进给量、切削速度、切削深度对刀具切削里程的影响幅度依次减小.其中,进给量对刀具切削里程的影响是单调的,随进给量的增大,刀具破损速度急剧增加,最大切削里程降低.切削深度的增加对刀具切削里程的影响相对较小,尤其是高硬材料切削过程中,切削深度的增加对刀具切削性能的影响几乎可以忽略.因此,降低进给量和增加切削深度是冲击材料加工过程中保持刀具切削能力和提高材料去除率的良好方法. 相似文献
