高炉进风口水冷套(简称风口)状况的好坏直接影响着高炉的正常生产。延长风口的使用寿命,减少风口漏损而造成的休风是当前高炉设备改进的一个方向。70年代末,上海宝钢引进了日本的贯流式风口,具有良好的性能。我厂自1983年开始试制,经过一年的努力,试制成功了19个贯流式风口,经试用,最长寿命达220天,于1985年通过部级鉴定,并获1988年国家科技进步二等奖。我厂从1987年起正式生产使用贯流式风口,两年多来,给炼铁厂带来了巨大的经济效益。 相似文献

在湘钢2号高炉上进行了贯流式风口试验。在试验过程中,对被磨损的风口曾进行过分析,发现喷吹煤粉的冲刷是磨损的主要原因,同时贯流式风口的外形及其安装方式也增加了磨损的作用,使风口更加速磨损.为此,本文认为贯流式风口的外形应改为直风口为好,同时在风口内壁加装SiC-SiN复合耐磨材料制成的衬套,定能使风口寿命进一步提高。 相似文献

通过内螺纹旋压成形模具设计、工艺验证试验、齿形参数测量和单管热交换性能对比测试,研究了 Ф7mm 高密齿内螺纹铜管旋压成形工艺和热交换性能。结果表明 :Ф7×0.24×0.18,70 条齿,齿顶角 12°,螺旋角 30°的高密齿内螺纹铜管成形的最佳旋模比为 550 ;试制的高密齿样品管其热交换性能较现有同规格普通内螺纹铜管有显著的提升,尤其是其冷凝热交换系数平均提高 8.1%,而在制冷剂质量流速较大时,其压力损失仅增加 1.3%。 相似文献

The water cooled tuyere noses, through which hot blast is blown into the furnace, are exposed to very high temperature region of raceway inside the furnace. As a result the chances of rupture of cooling pipes within the tuyere nose are significantly high. The rupture causes water dripping into the furnace and if it continues and unnoticed for a prolonged period it lowers down the local raceway temperature and thus adversely affects the product hot metal and slag quality. Moreover, with heavy water leakage, there is a danger of explosion; monitoring of the cooling water is therefore essential. Despite the availability of water flow metre at each tuyere it is difficult to identify the leaking tuyere at the early stage unless the rupture size grows bigger and so the leakage. In several cases the furnace is forced to shut down to manually inspect the leakage occurring without prior knowledge of the exact tuyere number. Identification of water leakage at an early stage is therefore necessary to prevent process disturbances due to chilling of the furnace and avoid the unscheduled downtime for tuyere replacement. This paper presents a method to identify the water leakage from tuyere nose cooling circuit in blast furnace and the adverse effect of water leakage on the performance of the blast furnace. A system called water leak detection system is developed for different blast furnaces in Tata Steel Jamshedpur to monitor the water leakage through tuyere nose and identify the exact leaking tuyere based on a dimensionless number called leak detection factor. 相似文献

以SIMPLE算法编制了数值求解描述填充床内气体运动规律的Ergun方程的程序,就不同的气体入口设置高度、不同的气体流入床层方式、不同床层结构计算了填充床内的速度场和压力场。结果表明:只要入口距出口足够远,出口及与其相连的床层内大部分区域的流场在不同气体流入方式下是相同的,通过模拟计算获得的对进风口设置高度的认识、非均匀床层中气体流动规律的认识对高炉工艺有借鉴意义。 相似文献

The process of pulverized coal combustion inside the tuyere and raceway plays a very important role in the performance of a blast furnace. A three‐dimensional multiphase CFD model using Eulerian approach has been developed to simulate the coal devolatilization and combustion process inside tuyere and raceway. The velocity field, temperature distribution, and combustion characteristics have been determined in details and the effect of tuyere diameter on the pulverized coal combustion process has been predicted. Numerical results show that the pulverized coal combustion process displays different characteristics when the tuyere diameter changes. For a bigger diameter tuyere, there is more coal devolatilization, and combustion occurs inside the tuyere, which results in a better combustion condition compared to smaller tuyere diameters. The gas temperature distributions inside the raceway are dependent on the tuyure diameter; the temperature for the large size tuyere is higher than that of the small one. The coal burnout changes from 85.3% to 60.0% when the tuyere diameter reduces from 0.165m to 0.146 m. 相似文献
