球式热风炉和硅质球在我厂使用情况

我们是江苏省第一个使用球式热风炉和硅质球的钢铁厂。我厂19m~3小高炉原配置三座考贝式热风炉。一九七五年十二月份停炉大修时,在包头钢铁设计院、南京工业院、太原钢铁公司的帮助下,我们把3号考贝式热风炉改成了两只球式热风炉。一九七八年十二月份,又把2号考贝式热风炉改成了球式热风炉。今年三月份,~#1考贝式热风炉也改成了球式热风炉。这样,共有四只球式热风炉供小高炉使用。我厂四只球式热风炉属于落地式磨菇形。2号3号4号球式热风炉都是在原考贝式热风炉旧炉壳旧基础上改造的。1号热风炉在结构上进行了改进,采用了大帽子顶磨菇形,基础

 主要针对5000m3级别大型高炉的高风温热风炉技术进行技术比较分析,选择5000m3级别大型高炉的设计实例,在风温、风量、燃烧介质等热风炉设计参数相同的同口径条件下,对Didier外然式热风炉和顶燃式热风炉进行本体表面积和表面散热比较,同时通过数值模拟分析,比较这2种热风炉的高温烟气速度分布、高温烟气流场分布、格子砖顶面温度分布,为大型高炉热风炉形式的合理选择提供建设性建议。通过比较分析,顶燃式热风炉的本体结构技术、流场热传输技术较其他形式热风炉具有明显优点,顶燃式热风炉技术是目前高风温热风炉技术发展的趋势,对于大型高炉采用顶燃式热风炉技术可以取得可观经济效益。     

预热式天然气热风炉在预干燥生产中的应用
