研究了硬质合金刀片清洗过程中的各个工艺参数,分析影响合金腐蚀的主要因素。采用SEM、EDS技术对刀片进行了组织结构和成分的分析。研究表明:碱性清洗液对合金表面的腐蚀最弱,提高清洗液的温度,酸性条件下腐蚀程度变化明显,硬质合金里各种立方碳化物的加入,能够提高合金表面的耐腐蚀性,表面钴含量(文中含量均为质量分数)不同的合金表面腐蚀程度无显著变化,随着清洗液浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀程度逐渐加强。 相似文献

The finite element method is used to analyse the special features of plastic deformation in the weld zone of dissimilar creep-resisting materials produced by pressure welding in the presence of a relief of variable depth on the welded surfaces. The experimental results show that the weld quality can be improved by selecting a larger depth of the relief away from the edges of the welded surfaces. 相似文献

The thorough mechanical, corrosion‐mechanical, hydrogen permeation studies of X52 steel in as‐received condition and after 30 years of service in gas pipeline have shown the degradation of the bulk metal properties due to the exploitation. The structure degradation of exploited steels decreased the resistance to crack propagation, to stress corrosion cracking (SCC), HE and HIBC. The exploited steel exhibited specific anomalies of mechanical behaviour: (1) decrease in resistance to brittle fracture with simultaneous decrease in hardness; and (2) the opposite change of the plasticity parameters: decrease in the RA accompanied by the increase in elongation. Deformation ageing and formation of micro defects, assisted by entering and accumulated hydrogen evolved in corrosion processes which takes place in brine deposited inside the pipes, have been proposed to be responsible for the metal degradation and specific modification of the properties during the long‐term service of pipes. The extent of the steel degradation not being able to be detected by the standardized mechanical properties and routine microstructure observation can be efficiently determined by the specially modified methods and conditions. The information may be used in assessment of the conditions and of the life‐time of operated and newly constructed gas pipelines. 相似文献

The conditions for the exclusive oxidation of the most-reactive component during the corrosion of binary, two-phase alloys by a single oxidant are reexamined by using a more correct form of the mass balance for this component. Moreover, the previous treatment is extended to include the case in which the transition falls in the range of alloy compositions corresponding to the stability of the single phase rich in the most-reactive component. The limiting conditions for the transition in the single and two-phase fields are examined and discussed. 相似文献

首先对模板技术、参数化设计技术、自顶向下的装配设计技术进行研究,采用基于“顶层基本骨架”的装配结构定义拉延模板,并应用WAVE技术实现覆盖件模具结构的关联设计,应用参数化设计实现模具结构相关参数的驱动。然后,制定了基于模板的覆盖件拉延模具结构设计流程,并通过UG二次开发,实现了结构的快速设计。最后,通过实例,验证了本方法的有效性。 相似文献
