铌铁合金生产中铌实收率规律性的研究

用数理统计法研究了工业上生产铌铁合金时工业Ｎｂ_２Ｏ_５用量（ｘ）和铌实收率（ｙ）之间的关系，研究了铌实收率的规律性，建立了Ｎｂ_２Ｏ_５用量为１～４２ｋｇ时ｙ与ｘ之间的回收方程：ｙ＝ｘ／（０．０１０１２２７８ｘ＋０．００１９３９９２），其相关系数为０．９９４，剩余标准差为０．５６１９，相对偏差１．１２％，置信度可在９５％的区域内断定。

民新度剂２－「２－（５，６－二本并噻唑）偶氮」－５－「（Ｎ，Ｎ－二羧甲基）氨基」苯磺酸（５，６－Ｃｌ－ＢＴＡＤＣＡＢＳ），并研究了其与钯（Ⅱ）的显色反应，在０．４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＨＮＯ３介质中，５－６－Ｃｌ＝ＢＴＡＤＣＡＢＳ与钯反应生成稳定的１：！蓝色水溶性络合物，其最大吸收波长６９０．４ｎｍ，钯量在０－１．２μｇ／ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。用以波长测定，表观摩尔吸光系数ε６９０．５－５００．０＝９．４     

2—（1,3,4—三氮唑偶氮）—5—二乙氨基酚与钒显色反应的研究

研究了新试剂２－（１，３，４－三氮唑偶氮）－５－二乙氨基酚（ＴＺＡＰＮ）与Ｖ（Ⅴ）的显色反应。Ⅴ（Ⅴ）在ｐＨ６．０～７．５的范围内与ＴＺＡＰＮ形成稳定的紫红色络合物，其组成比为Ｖ（Ⅴ）∶Ｒ＝１∶２，最大吸收波长位于５４０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝２．６２×１０４，Ｖ（Ⅴ）在０～４０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从比尔定律。在氟化铵和硫脲存在下，方法具较高的选择性，用于铝合金和合成水样中Ｖ（Ⅴ）的测定，结果满意。     

对羟基苯甲醛缩—5—（8—喹啉偶氮）—5—氨基喹啉与铜的荧光熄灭反应研究

本文合成了一种新的荧光试剂：对羟基苯甲醛缩－５－（８－喹啉偶氮）－８－氨基喹啉（ＨＢＱＡＡＱ）。在中性至碱性介质中，试剂发射出黄色荧光，其激发与荧光波长分别位于３８０ｎｍ与４８０ｎｍ，当溶液中有铜离子存在时，可与试剂形成稳定的络合物而使试剂荧光熄灭。测得铜络合物的组成为Ｃｕ∶Ｌ＝１∶２，并推测了它的可能结构。反应具有较高的灵敏度与选择性，可用于痕量铜的测定，其检出限为１．０ｎｇ／ｍｌ（１．０ｐｐｂ     

新显色剂2—（1,3,4—三氮唑偶氮）—5—二乙氨基酚与铁的显色反应研究

研究了新有机试剂２－（１，３，４－三氮唑偶氮）－５－二乙氨基酚（ＴＺＡＰＮ）与Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）的显色反应。（Ⅲ）在ｐＨ７．０的ＮＨ４Ａｃ级冲溶液中与ＧＺＡＰＮ形成稳定的组成比为１：３的紫色络合物，其表现摩尔吸光系数为５．４１ｘ１０４．Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）在０－１０ｕｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从比尔定律。所拟方法用于纯用和铝合金标样中微量铁的测定，结果满意。     

氯盐体系中分离铁,钴,镍新方法的研究

研究了在含有高铁、低镍钴的氯化介质溶液中采用成一定比例的铁粉、硫化钠和硫粉作沉淀剂，硫化沉淀镍钴的方法与铁分离，取得了较好的沉淀效果。最佳工艺条件是：Ｆｅ／（Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ）＝１．５，Ｎａ２Ｓ／（Ｎｉ＋Ｃｏ）＝１．２，Ｓ／Ｎａ２Ｓ＝０．５，４０℃，ｐＨ０．５～１．５，沉淀时间０．５ｈ，镍、钴沉淀率不低于９８％。     

Ti—3Al—2.5V合金的热稳定性研究

TSAB─CTMAB分光光度法测定锌合金中微量锑

研究了ＴＳＡＢ、ＣＴＭＡＢ与Ｓｂ（Ⅲ）的反应条件。在ｐＨ３．５～５．２范围内,Ｓｂ（Ⅲ）与ＴＳＡＢ形成稳定的１：２络合物,其最大吸收波长为４７０ｎｍ,摩尔吸光系数为３．１２×１０４。０～９０μｇＳｂ／２５ｍｌ符合比尔定律、用于锌合金中锑的测定,结果满意。     

巯基棉吸附分离－DBC偶氮胂光度法测定钢铁中痕量铋

本文提出了在０．１５ｍｏ１／ＬＣ１介质中用巯基锦吸附分离钢铁中痕量铋,用３。０ｍｏｌ／３。０ｍｏ１／ＬＨＣ１洗脱,在０．６ｍｏ１／ＬＨＣ１Ｏ４介质中Ｂｉ（Ⅲ）与ＤＢＣ－偶氮胂形成蓝色络合物,络合比为１：２,Ｂｉ量在０～２０μ／２５ｍ１比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为７．８４×１０￣４。方法适用于不含高钨、高铌的各类钢中痕量铋的测定,检测限可以达到０．００００％。     

5-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯分光光度法测定微量铱(Ⅲ)的研究

研究了用新试剂５－（５－硝基－２－吡啶偶氮）－２，４－二氨基甲苯（５－ＮＯ２－ＰＡＤＡＴ）分光光度法测定微量铱（Ⅲ）的适宜条件。结果表明，在ｐＨ５．０－６．４的ＮａＡｃ－ＨＡｃ缓冲溶液中，５－Ｎ０２－ＰＡＤＡＴ与Ｉｒ（Ⅲ）反应生成稳定的络合物。在０．１２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ２ＳＯ４溶液中其最大吸收波长，表现摩尔吸光系数铱浓度在０－０．７ｕｇ／ｍｌ范围内遵守比尔定律。以ＤＣＴＡ为掩蔽剂。大量的常见金属离子对测定无干扰，方法灵敏度高，选择性好，用于催化剂中微量铱的测定，结果满意。
