针对煤矿机械、港口机械等对低成本焊接结构用高强钢的需求,宝钢开发了低成本TMCP高强钢Q690CFD,具有优异的综合力学性能和抗冷裂纹性能.对于高强钢厚板而言,焊后热处理工艺非常关键,它对接头的力学和使用性能有重要影响.在制造过程中,根据用户不同的服役条件,焊接结构要求不同的使用状态,比如焊态、消氢处理态和消应力处理态.按照相关的国家标准,采用实芯焊丝BH700-Ⅱ,制作了Q690CFD的富氩气保焊接头,分析接头的不同使用状态,包括焊态、300℃消氢处理和580℃消应力处理对Q690CFD/BH700-Ⅱ接头性能的影响.结果表明,焊态、消氢处理态和消应力处理态下,接头的力学性能均满足相关国家标准;按接头性能优劣来分,从好到差的顺序为:消氢处理态、焊态、消应力处理态.消氢处理可以一定程度上增加接头的冲击性能,但消应力处理使接头的冲击性能变差. 相似文献

随着造船、大型模具和能源等行业的发展,特厚板产品得到越来越广泛的应用.宝钢生产特厚板所用锭型为20世纪80年代初从日本引进的BF28锭型,该锭型上小下大,平头平尾,易形成中心疏松和二次缩孔,严重制约产品的竞争力.为提高特厚板质量,在计算机模拟的基础上,成功研制出适合本厂特厚板轧制的30 t大型扁钢锭.新锭型在成分偏析、低倍组织以及超声波探伤方面较原锭型有显著的改善. 相似文献

Oxide metallurgy technology has been developed at Baosteel for improving the heat affected zone toughness of steel plates for high heat input welding. After deoxidation with strong deoxidizers of Mg alloy,the complex inclusions containing parts of compounds of MgO,Ti2O3,MnO,Al2O3,MnS,CaS and TiN are formed.These kinds of inclusions are beneficial for promoting the formation of intragranular ferrite.After two-electrode vibratory electrogas arc welding with the V-type groove and a high heat input of 395 kJ/cm in a single pass,the former austenite grain is very fine in size,with an average grain size of only 85 μm.Excellent heat affected zone toughness is obtained for the developed steel plates with a thickness up to 68 mm. 相似文献

Compared with using semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding, using automatic TANDEM twin wire welding and twin wire gas metal arc welding (GMAW) to weld Q690 steel, a low-alloy high-strength structural steel used in the hydraulic support in the fully-mechanized mining face, the welding speed, deposition rate, production environment and welding quality can be obviously improved. Compared with GMAW twin wire welding, a refined microstructure in the weld and heat-affected zone (HAZ), narrow HAZ and improved joint strength were achieved with TANDEM on Q690. Also, due to the push-pull pulsed way in TANDEM welding, the droplet transfer, distribution on heat flow and interaction between two arcs were completely different from those in GMAW twin wire system. The heat input of TANDEM is only about 766% of GMAW, and correspondingly, the welding speed and welding seam can be obviously improved. The complete oscillation caused by TANDEM pulsed current occurred in the welding pool, which refined the grains in the microstructure. The results show that TANDEM twin wire welding is very suitable in the welding of Q690 used in the hydraulic support. 相似文献

Excellent Heat Affected Zone Toughness Technology Improved by use of Strong Deoxidizers (ETISD Technology) has been developed by Baosteel. When deoxidation of molten steel is conducted at the precisely controlled oxygen concentrations, the formation of the micro-meter inclusions and the nano-meter precipitates in the steel plate can be effectively controlled. During the welding process with high-heat input, the formation of acicular ferrite can be selectively promoted with the aid of micro-meter inclusions; the growth of γ grain can also be selectively restrained by the pinning effect of nano-meter precipitates. After welding with high-heat input of 400 kJ/cm, excellent heat affected zone toughness can be obtained for the steel plates with both of the above microstructures, and the average absorbed energy is greater than 200 J for V notch Charpy impact test at -20℃ . 相似文献
